highly condemned service, in fact no service
Why Videocon has not sent any msg to me for confirmation of my channel selection on 31st jan-2019 at 6.15 pm. On calling at : 091156 91156, the attending lady said your selection of channel will be confirmed through msg, your pack is costing 478 rs only. should i move to consumer forum, is it a cheating with me?

Pathetic customer care service
I called 47 times on customer care no. And the machine is continuously saying all line are busy... and alternative no 9115691156 is not connecting at all . What you guys want videocon is fooling thr customers seriously. And i’ll make sure tht i’ll suggest everybody not to go for videocon.

Issue in channel subscription
I had done recharge after 24 hours but still no channel started. I tried to call customer care since yesterday 100 times but no respond. I think d2h having 3rd class service. My customer id is 24026869.
Poor service
Very poor service i ever observe with d2h dish tv.my customer id is 3057167 and trying to resume my service since 2 days after Recharge. But not able to do so all contact no are false.
Channel blocked
I have paid for New Diamond pack. How can videocon stop screening channels for which I have paid already.
Not complied my problem
I had called your customer care nos.today,regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my product.
I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the service provider.
