I took a printer L360 NV VGGK181239 on the date 21-12-2016 to the Shyam photo store Varanasi, according to which my printer's warranty is from 21-12-2017.

Printer is Epson L485 ink tank

1) If an MS word file is with graphics is emailed, page prints without graphic
2) If same file is printed by connecting through USB cable, graphics are perfectly printed

Dear Sir,

Don’t you feel ashamed for receiving this complaint due to negligent attitude of your authorized seller / service centre at Jabalpur – who least bother for the grievances of their customer just after they have sold out your product

I am unfortunate to bye EPSON L130 printer as per following details on 27.3.18 and right from the date of purchase facing trouble in performance of the same which has been reported to the shop and service centre time to time; but no fruitful results.

The printer does not work satisfactorily very often either due to manufacturing defects or disowned responsibility of service providers to whom, not less than 10 complaints have been lodged so far .Formal replies and one visit has been made by the service engineer without finding out a permanent solution.

I am of the opinion that they do not keep the complaints on record. Shall I bow down to the dealers will, which may be against Epson’s marketing policy. So far customers believe on EPSON international goodwill because of quality manufacture and satisfactory after-sale services to their customers.

My important job suffers on this account and adversely affect my business.

You will agree that your genuine customer will never recommend others for purchasing such a product. I may here mention that prior to this purchase I have worked with EPSON T13 model for a long period of 4 years (which is said to be a failure in the market)

Dissatisfaction, reluctantly, leads to approaches to Consumer Forum which can be avoided with due response.

My L380 STD EPIL Serial No. ( X2Q5248353) Printer not working in Black and colour printing. My complain customer care centre on dated 2/7/2018 and Service engineer visit to 06/07/2018. Service engineer asking the ink is refilled with duplicate ink and printer head is damaged but my ink is epson printer is original. My epson printer warranty period on 28/09/2018. Please change the printer head. Service engineer is not satisfied. please immediate action please.

I am from indore (M.P.) I have a printer "EPSON M200". My printer did not giving output correctly. I also use head cleaning aprox 15 times. When i try to call on your tollfree number , it says something in another language. Please tell me something that what can i do now...Or send me right toll free number that can help me in english language.

My printer's serial number is X2Q5415033. Meri ek technician se bahas ho gayi thi vo inside warranty nahi de rahe hai. Sitapur se naval gupta hai vo battmiji se bat kar rahe hai. Ab mere pas upbhokta forum ke alava koi rasta nahi hai.

I bought one C1300 Epson A3 color printer by online purchase. Though the printer was bought before an year back the printer started functioning only recently. It is not used for taking not more than 500 copies. Now it is under repair on matters regarding "improper loading of paper". The matter was reported to "Gloria Kollam", the company"s authorized service agent here. They are too irresponsible and careless in their behavior to me. They have sent a staff after my repeated request on many occasions directly and by phone. Their response and condition are not binding to an ordinary customer. The technician who came told me the printer has ASF complaint, to be replaced of course. How can be a part of such a printer be damaged within such a low usage. Cannot a standard product should give a minimum usage guarantee. The period bar guarantee is unscientific without specification of a minimum usage, where almost all companies of other products give minimum usage bar period guarantee.

Above all my requirement is that my printer should get repaired at my shop. It is only a part replacement. They can charge reasonable repair charges and should be undertook within a reasonable time. It is not possible . I want a reply stating the reason why not. And also if I am insisted to deliver the unit there, can you guarantee against any unfair handling on account of part removal or any mechanical manipulation resulting in future malfunctioning?. Is their any such machinery at work in favor of the customer. I mention it here because I am a victim of such a gross treachery. But that was in the case of a computer bought online. Please mail your reply to dispel my reasonable doubts and complaint repair.
