Sol I'd 3204 krishnagar Branch. ATM not functioning for a long time.New ac holder can not take debit card because ATM is totally closed.what is the use of issuing debit card when ATM in totally closed.IFS Code PUNB0320400. PL do the needful.

I purchased virgin coconut oil and castor oil Rs833 from amazon on 03/01/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 4/03/2019 and 5/03/2019 and i got 139 rs in my card , i din't get refund of 544 rs, now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference #267067630409.

But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behaviour by PNB branch also. Dont know what to do.

As per message received from IM-PNBDBD regarding block of ATM CARD w.e.f.31/12/2018. I have raised a request on dt. 12/12/18 of my debit card xxxxxxxxxxxx6637 hotlisted with SR A091669705 through PNB helpline TOL FREE No. 18001802222. After that I have raised a request for apply New ATM CARD.
On dt. 25/12/18 I had contact PNB helpline TOL FREE No. 18001802222 and the customer care rep. told me that your ATM card generated and sent it to Bank branch on dt. 21/12/2018 against CARD DESPATCH REF. NO. ERP03.

On dt. 11/01/2019 I have personally visited to bank branch, regarding received of my Debit card. The bank branch executive told me that the branch has not received any ATM card related to me.
I want to asked a question from you, what is the despatching method regarding your postal despatch, why the ATM is not arrived to your bank branch after a long time i.e. 22 days and secondly why the PNB sent ATM card to branch not individual customer residential address. I am very much suffering from this type of act.
Please look into the matter on urgently basis and sent my debit card in my residential address as early as possible.

By the fault of bank staff my cheques hasbeen refund.they said not entered my pan no but my pan no has been entered before 22 years already. When I had joined here on 13/12/1996 as a lecturer in this college.(where established the bank.) As I had gave my cheque someone for payment but returned said due to unavoidable my pan no.for your kind information entered the pan no before 22 years .not even they fined for that fault (where they produced my cheque for payment ).

So what is the solution of my case?not only this last year a consumer has died biten by the bank staff of pnb r.d &d j college munger, Bihar. so I am requesting take step immediately otherwise another incident will be happen again.

All staff of Punjab national bank branch buggawala haridwar, uttrakhand has been full corrupted. All staff of this branch do not work according to time. many customer are suffering due to the all careless staff. all staff do not work due to this care less of all staff of this branch. please take action against this branch staff as soon as possible.

My name is Junaid. I was withdrawing and amount of 10000, and 3000Rs from my account from a PNB ATM. Both the times money was cut from my bank account but wasnt dispensed by the ATM. Its been almost a month since I made a formal complain with the bank but there has been no solution. Pls give me a solution.

Mai apni maa ke liye a/c khulane ke liye gaye the (document: voter card + ration card). so manager ne mana kar diya hai, bolata hai adhaar card + pan card chahiye. sir adhaar card to to jaruri nahi haha, so app hi bataye ham kaya kare? (hamara bank ifc code hai- punb068500). aap se anurodh hai app yeha kisi ko bhej kar pata lagaye. Yeha par sab kam bade adami ka hota hai, garibo ka yehain khuch nahi hota hai. esi tarah raha to Pnb bank ka naam kharab ho gayega (pnb bank Hisua ka purana bank hai pahle sab kam thik hota tha ab system kafi kharab ho gaya hai naya manager ke aane se. please kuch kare sir please (mukeshk).

My 16k Rs has not been credited to my PNB bank account.

Punjab National Bank, Branch - Morta, Ghaziabad, IFSC CODE - PUNB0478800, i have same inform to the bank but they did not take any action against the guilt person even they have informed them and told them, Mr. Kishan Singh S/o Rupa given written application to us. Bank staff is with the guilty person in this fraud. please it is a request to take any action agaist the bank and they took loan on my name even i don't know them personaly. उपरोक्त विषय के संदर्भ में अवगत करना है कि जब मैंने खाता संख्या 00197 की नकल निकलवाई तो पता चला कि मेरे स्वामित्व के खसरा संख्या 577, 627 व 690 को पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, मोरटा के बंधक विलेख दिनांक 17.02.2016 के अनुसार किन्ही अन्य भूमि खाता नंबरों के साथ चढ़ा दर्शाया हुआ है और बैंक में बंधक रखा गया है (प्रति संलग्न) व लोन लिया गया है। जबकि मैंने न तो बैंक में अपने स्वामित्व की ज़मीन को बंधक रखा है और न ही उसके विरुद्ध कोई ऋण लिया है। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि इस जालसाज़ी में बैंक का भी कोई कर्मचारी शामिल है। वरना किसी और के ज़मीन के कागजात लगाकर लोन पास होना संभव नहीं होता।

Subject: Complaint for not intimating the customer (undersigned) about increasing/decreasing of Interest rate on Home Lone.

Sir,
This is submitted that I borrowed Loan for purchasing residential home from Punjab National Bank in May/2012. My Home Lone Account No. is 521900NC00003674 opened on 19.05.2012. At the time of borrowing Loan Interest rate on home loan was told 9.25%. I have been continuously re-paying EMIs of my Home Loan since inception. During the period from May-2012 to till now Repo Rate has been revised numerous times by the Reserve bank of India which must have affected rate of interest on my home loan also every time but surprisingly I have never been advised or communicated about increase and decrease of the interest rate on my Home Lone and offered an opportunity to opt for lower rate of interest by the concerned authority of above said PNB Branch at Saharanpur.

This is pertinent to point out here that in the past, I had taken home loan from ICICI Bank and the authority concerned in the ICICI bank had every time communicated me about changes in the rate of interest on my home loan and always reduced total number of my EMIs intimating me through letter. The purpose of my discussion about my old experience with ICICI bank is simply to remind that when a private sector bank is informing customer regularly about the change in the interest rate on home lone then how it is possible that staff of nationalized bank can refuse the customer to pass-on such an important information by saying that bank is not rule bound to communicate each and every customer about the change in the interest rate on his home loan.

For discussion over this matter, I visited some Sharma Ji, the concerned dealer of home loan in the above said Branch at Saharanpur and asked about existing rate of interest on my home loan, Mr.Sharma informed me that rate of interest on your home loan was 9.25 in May-2012 which is still same and you are paying EMIs on same interest rate. This was very shocking for me that during the period from May-2012 to 2019 repo rate has been revised various times by the Reserve Bank of India. Mr. Sharma also told me, on being asked, that at present the current effective rate of interest on home loan is 8.10 which is recently revised. On being asked as to how can I opt and get lower rate of interest (8.10%) on my home loan against existing rate 9.25% which is effective from May-2012. He stated to file an affidavit with copy of Adhaar card etc. but further, on being asked, he added that lower rate of interest on your home loan will be effective as and when you will file the affidavit but he could not satisfy me on my queries as to why the customer was not communicated as and when the rate of interest increased & decreased from my-2012 till now and who will be responsible for loss which occurred to me for not intimating for getting lower rate of interest every time from the period May-2012 till now.

There is another gross negligence on the part of the concerned bank employee who did not supply any copy of agreement executed between the bank and costumer in May-2012 which left the customer acquainted with the terms & conditions of the loan agreement. This act of the bank employee confirms that customer was deliberately kept in dark about terms & conditions of the loan agreement. In this regard, during the discussion when Mr. Sharma was requested to supply a copy of loan agreement, he refused by saying that it is not available now. This act of the bank employee not only reflects lack of transparency in service but also against the Right to Transparency, Fair and Honest Dealing with the customer.

Thus I am quite dissatisfied with the conduct and service being provided by the bank and the act of the bank staff gives smell of some fraudulent acts on their part which needs investigation. Therefore, it is requested to let me know as to how over payment of interest paid by me will be adjusted by the bank due to failure on the part of the bank employee. An early & satisfactory reply will be appreciated failing which applicant will have no option but to approach higher authority in Nodal office, Customer Care Office, HO, Dwarka, New Delhi, Banking Ombudsman, etc. at New Delhi.
