I tried calling +91 9555800800 number to reschedule my flights and am getting 'its a wrong number.'

Can you please provide any alternative number (not toll number that starts with 1800) so that i can call to reschedule flights.

Please note if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hrs and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

I had made a reservation for a hotel in New Delhi. The payment was done and yatra received the money however I have still not received any booking confirmation. It has been three days. I have written two complaints through your website links however not even one has been responded to. Your helpline numbers too seem nothing but taking me in loops. Kindly address this issue as soon as possible. I cannot afford to have such delays.

Sir, I booked a bus ticket for my relative named Md. Shahid. But after a few hours I got a message that the operator has cancelled the bus. Then I refused to take any alternate facility. But It is a talk of extremely sorrow that I have not yet got my refund till yet. My ticket PNR was B33P4G98, Booking ID 3010812329441 and Booked on 30th October, 2018. Kindly resolve it quickly.

I have booked a hotel online for 26 January one night at Panchmari Hotel M.P during booking I entered three adult and one below 12 yrs but after completing my booking voucher shows three adult and one child below 1 yrs. Please rectify the details of person and send new voucher to me and Hotel Amarpali also.

I have done many booking on yatra in customer care number .089420.07201.that I have cancelled four tickets. During cancellation it shows this amount will get refunded in 20 business days. I was booked Dibrugarh to kishanganj train my reference no was1306220079617 my refund was not credited my account. why?

I was trying to book a flight to delhi for 5th Oct, payment was successfully done and money was deducted via UPI but yatra app was still struck and my booking wasn’t done. Please look into this matter ASAP. There is no customer care contact please update about my booking i need a refund. I am unable to do another booking since my booking isnt done. Please respond.
