Myntra delivery service is very poor.... and waste. I am disappointed.

I need a solution for my issue m facing..! No reverts no callbacks received.

U cannot deactivate my account without notifying me specially wen u have my credits in account , i have so many products shopped from u which r to b returned / exchanged. I need my credits bck. I need to return missing/ defective products back. I cannot let go my money waste. Its complete Breach of trust..! Thorough disappointment..!

Will take u to consumer court if no help received ..! Wat is ur "No question asked return policy." U cannot deactivate my account wen u have my credits with u, wen i have so many products to return & exchange. I received missing products/ damaged ones/ wrong products...i have fit issues. How can u lock my account without even informing me.

Totally disappointed. Total fraud!

I have ordered four sarees from Myntra of Chhabra 555. Out of them, 2 sarees were different from what I ordered. On the same day, I raise the issue. They have not asked for any images and have just declined the request. I called again to re-investigate. Again, without checking what I had received, they just declined. I share all of my images with a brand and a price tag. But they are not ready to accept that they delivered an incorrect product. I've been talking to them for four days, but instead of apologizing, they refuse to understand my problem. I am a frequent Myntra customer and used to do shopping worth around 10K per month. This time, I spent around 20,000 on products.

Can anyone please help me to return the wrong products that I have received?
