Touchpad of my laptop is not working from past 2 months and when I complained for that then I was ensured that it will be fixed soon but it is not fixed till now. My complain no. is 8005742146 and service order no. Is 7006977178. DOA certificate was provided by Lencare but dealer is not replacing my laptop. Dealer is not giving the priority to the doa certificate.

Need a support on Power Bank Inv. No. MH-BOMI-137387351-190998. Where I can reach in Ahmedabad (Gujarat)? Either free or paid I don't care just need correction so that product works.

I purchased laptop on june-13,the keys in the keyboard are not working. The phone never connects to the customer care centre. please inform to your team member to rectify the hardware problem as far as possible.

I purchased Lenovo Ideapad Flex From Abudhabi. Within one month it stopped working. It opens up and asks few basic info, when I submit it , it says "WINDOWS COULD NOT COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. TO INSTALL WINDOWS ON THIS COMPUTER, RESTART THE INSTALLATION.". Then when I press "ok" , it restarts again and the whole process continues.

I would be really thankful, if it is rectified as soon as possible. Please inform your team member to come to my residence for rectification.

The usb ports in my newly bought Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 are not working properly. they only supply power to the devices connected to them. they does not do any other functions like sharing data, functioning external devices etc.
