I ordered blushinsta combo make up kit (Set of 11) on 3rd December, 2018, and I received my order on 10 December, 2018 near before 03:00 pm, my order id is OD114067619795432000. The set Contents: 1 eyelashes, 1 eyeliner, 1 eyebrow pencil, 1 eyemascara, 1 mac matchmaster foundation, 1 moisture foundation, 1 face and body foundation, 1 prep+prime primer, 1 prep+prime visage, 1 compact powder, 1 mac lipstick.

I am very much regretful to inform you that I got 3 pcs of MAC kajal (2 out of list), MAC eyemascara definitely not the picture product, 1 face and body foundation, 1 mac matchmaster foundation, 1 makeup-puff setter (Out of list), 1 compact powder, 1 eyelashes, 1 eyeliner,. That's all.

I didn't receive the 1 prep+prime primer, 1 prep+prime visage, 1 mac lipstick, 1 moisture foundation.

Please take the extra product and deliver me my missing products. Atleast, be honey with your buyers.

I called to your customer care, but they said they do nothing except refund. I don't want any refund. I want all the product as per the order. Kindly help me out with this or else I have to take an action against flipkrat (which I definitely don't want to do) and the Seller JASBUD.

I have raised a service request and an engineer came from MI to look into the display issue. he said display is completely gone and it needs to be changed. I don’t understand how the display is damaged in just 3-4 months after purchase.

Date on 07/12/2018 some amount 331.66 and 104 rupees was deducted from my icici credit card without my information by the flipkart. Whenever i had also not any shopping on that date(07/12/2018). During i had no shopping Why deducted money by flipkart to my credit card. I hv request to you. plz refund my all balance.

01=transaction no. 3281404201 and amount is 331.66 only
02= transaction no. 3281404191 and the amount is 104.24 only
I hope you will have investigation on my complaint and will be also hope refund my balance.

Sir as per my order I have requested but not received the same my last order was titan watch for which I have requested a return request but from your side my account was blocked why???? plse reply what you think that same thinking can be mine also but I as a customer what I have got. I have reported but instead of looking into the matter and solving my issue you people have barred my account why. I want solution because I have paid for the product I requested not for the product I have received. Kindly return the product and transfer my amount to my account. plse It’s a request.

If flipkart think that his customer are fool then plse don’t think so because as you think you’re customers can also think but that is not the matter to help and solve the customers issue does matter. I have made a several return request on flipkart I agree but what flipkart think that I do personally no it’s not if i am ordering something and receiving something that what can I do I don’t have any options other than requesting a return for the same and if flipkart doesn’t agree for that the why he is not contacting to the customer to help him or her, instead flipkart is barring the logging account to his site.

But what about the amount paid for the original product not for the product received which was not ordered
Why plse don’t do such thing if you don’t trust on your customers then don’t let them in middle of the sea if you want to close or block ones account then notify him or her previously and if possible then transfer his or her any wallet or coupon amount to account or solve the issues.

Dear sir,

Its really very bad experience with flipkart. I am a regular flipkart Plus member and I had order Nike Winflo 4 shoes Size (Uk 9) but the shoes which were delivered was of size Uk 7. I then requested for return and replacement of the above shoes and my request was approved. The shoes were replaced to me but when i opened the box i found same size (UK7) shoes and it was really very worst experience for me and when I called the flipkart helpline number they said the seller is not ready for replacement you have to take refund. i purchased the shoes during the offer for price of Rs. 3759/- and now when I tried to buy the shoes the price is Rs. 4797/- but why should I buy the shoes again. They say to buy it again and take the refund. When I had already purchased the shoes with size (UK 9) and its seller"s mistake as He had send wrong size (UK7) to me. I should be given the right size product with size (UK9).

I am really not happy with the flipkart and its seller service. No one is helping to solve the problem and I think I should approach consumer court as this is a serious matter as they are cheating the customer. Please look into the matter and help me out.

Flipkart company don't cooperate with customer as I am not open any paylater account. One product of Rs 220 has sand to my house say that payment has done. Later Flipkart asking me to pay online. I many time say to customer care as well as collection department to manage to take your product.But company don't have any flexibility to solve customer solutions. After many compliments company don't manage to solve customer problem. Injustice to me.

I purchased intex staari 10 last week, phone didn't getting charged ,very next day I informed to flipkart regarding the issue, there was no suppliers phone number or email id on the bill also, now this rascals flipkart is denied to taken back the phone, I will be go to consumer court against flipcart as well as the supplier who is from Delhi, during this time I get harassment by the flipkart, I also lost 1lac rs.business, flipkart and the supplier both have to pay for that.

This is my 2nd compliant letter against your service / product. last week i have purchased an item No OD114163519317139000 and No of quantities are - 2, in that i have received today and i got surprise!!!!!!! do you know why?? instead of sent 2 they have sent only 1 and D.O pill everything they have mentioned 2 why your people kept and cheating the customer again and again. even i have paid the amount for 2 quantities. if you can’t maintain then why you people doing business.

I need my 2nd qty by 20th Dec. will not then i will go consumer court and take legal action or pay INR 100000 to me for your excuse.

Flipkart team does not honour exchange commitment and look for even minor defects in order to refuse exchange and get money. I was forced to pay the exchange price as my exchange was not honored during
delivery. They should understand that any used product will have some corrections after some years of usage and accept it as long as the product works fine. Nobody would want to exchange a brand new product
that they have. This is a black mark on Flipkart.

I got F&D F210X on 21 Nov 2018 & today is 21 Dec 2018. I was happy but last 2days this sound not working properly when I connected my phone via Bluetooth and play songs then F&D F210X start torn sound and system will restart. I am very very disappointed from this product. As i wants to oder smart tv but by mistake i have ordered this requested returned 10-11 times between return politely date but every time seller' reject the request. I have evenly called the flipkart for return 4-5 times but they' wouldn't help me. I am vary much dissatisfied with flipkart service. However, whenever I have talked to the Flipkart customer executive on phone via customer care no. they assured me that refund will be transferred to your account. When I have logged into my Flipkart account it is coming that..

"We're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request. Please refer to flipkart return policy".

However I have returned the fresh original item with tags. Kindly, resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hi Flipkart,

Am Syed Mubarak a flipkart customer. I couldn't login to flipkart account. I tried through my registered mobile number (+91 9789519123) also i tried with my registered email id (asyedmubarak555 @gmail.com).

Once i try to login with me registered mobile number or email id, am getting an reply popup notification "LOGIN UNSUCCESSFUL. PLEASE TRY IN A MINUTE". Every time am getting the same response.

Even i tried to change password with the option "FORGOT PASSWORD". Once done am receiving OTP to my mobile number and also to my email, but while changing new password am getting same reply "LOGIN UNSUCCESSFUL. PLEASE TRY IN A MINUTE".

Am yet to order more through flipkart. Please reply me in this email regarding this issue or you can call me at my Saudi Arabia mobile number: 00966551721907.

Firstly, product is not delivery on given time. Secondly, the product is reached on wrong address (as a call got from courier on different place). Thirdly, product is not reach to me , but in app it showing product is delivered.

And I already complain about it 2 times.

Last as talk with Hajira S(Flipkart customer services) she will follow up this matter, buy totally disappointed on your customer service desk person.

Finally, if you can't send my product then send my money back within 2 days either m report in consumer forum.

I bought mi led tv 43" but led is not working its flickering so just i want to refund payment. And i don't want to use mi product so please refund.

Flipkart is having hidden policy for customer to making fool to everyone. Those Product are wrongly book by customer it will not be return . Totally fraud you guys and i suggest to everyone dont purchase from this site use another one.
