My friend had a ticket on 4/12/2015 from Delhi to Mumbai, VISTARA flight no UK995 and time 10.15AM. We were told that your flight has left in the morning. But later my friend paid 1485 Rs again to be boarded on the same flight, which is completely wrong. And this is so wrong since A reputed copany like TATA is attached with this company. I will complain about this directly on Ratan Tata and Cyrus Mistri's site too if you wont resolve and satisfy us.

I travelled on your flight from bangluru to new delhi. And on arrival , i checked my luggage is severely damaged, which i notify to the concerned there who assured for timely action. Later from your end broker visited the place and took away the luggage while assuring to change it at the earliest. But till date no action has been taken. I am a frequent traveller and appreciate the prompt services of aviation sector. And can only say that your performance is worst in this regard. plz note detail of my ticket.

Called customer service numbers ( +919289228888,+919958962222 ) but no response despite being on line for nearly 45 minutes. then sent our service request by Mail. In auto reply received a land line number +91 120 669 9901/02 but same cant be connected.

Kindly advise HOW do you expect a customer to get in touch for SPECIAL SERVICE REQUESTS or any other service request or requirements or if in trouble.

Sorry. Not expected from a company run by TATAs who are very well respected. Kindly look into it and improve your system.

Subject: Unacceptable behavior of the crew member & charge 6500 rs for 2.2 years of kid because of their fault even if the half ticket was booked for kid from Paytm for vistara airlines.

I am Nitin Bali; the story starts from booking air ticket for my sister and her daughter of 2.2 years. I booked the ticket from Paytm.com for both of them and I don’t find any validation for 2.2 years of kid regarding booking norms, In the website page , I mention the birth date & year of the kid and I don’t find any validation and finally I booked the ticket with half value of the adult flight fare.

There I don’t find any validation regarding age of kid & adult so finally my ticket was booked & I got relaxed. The ticket booked from Paytm for Vistara airlines.

Now the story starts again when my sister reaches to airport to catch the flight, in the entrance of airport, Police man checked the ticket & id proofs and no body obligate for age issue later she reached to vistara booking counter and they issued the boarding pass for her, Again, No body obligate for the age issue, and once she board to the flight along with her luggage, kid & sit relaxed after 3rd verification of the vistara group, One air hostage came to her and asked for kid ID card, My sister shows her birth certificate and she told that you are not eligible to go in this flight as your kid is not less then 2 years after four validation check which is totally unacceptable. 2 more host & hostage come to my sister and told to her, either pays 8000 rs of get off from the flight. The complete crew member were too rude to my sister even if the fault was from their end, She was not having any option as she was with a her small kid and at the last moment they create such worst situation in front of her, She reached to airport 90 min before from the flight starts and took her boarding pass from the counter even then they haven’t notice any issue, once she sit to the flight, They starts creating issue for her. It was totally unacceptable because of their fault.

The worst situation when she agree to give money to them via her debit card, They refuse to take the card option and told her to pay by cash which was totally unfair as she need to catch this same flight for some very important work, they don’t even give any other option and told her to get off from the flight with her luggage and kid or else pay money.

Now let’s consider, if she didn’t have cash that time would have big problem for her and how she will be manage her kid alone.

This was the worst chapter for her from Paytm.com & especially from vistara airlines.

I really recommend taking the action against crew members and refunding my money, Finally after discussion & argument, they asked for 6500 rs to my sister, which is only because of their fault, as there system should tell to the user about their norms & other stuff with their validation option using UI authentication.

I will not recommend to any body to use vistara airlines because of their worst behavior & they don’t have any helping crew members.

I want my money back to my account & apology from such a worst behavior , Which is crew members creates for me after 4 check of validation & authentication.

The worst journey i ever had with vistara till yet.

Dear Sir,

I have booked tickets with original PNR no LQTCYL for four passengers name A K Singh Gangwar,Preeti Gangwar,Dhan Devi and Rishi Gangwar from Hyderabad to Delhi to travel on 21st Oct'17 to celebrate Diwali and bring my mother from Hyderabad. But my wife Preeti Gangwar got sick with high fever and got admitted in Park Hospital, Sector-47, Gurgaon. Myself and my wife Preeti Gangwar could not reach Hyderabad due to illness.

I have talked to your representative Mr Somnath at customer care and he broken my original ticket in two parts and created a PNR No MNABP3 to cancel tickets on medical background.

I value Tata services to consider my request to refund my money on medical background for two customers as genuine reason. Other two are flying with Vistara. The medical treatment report and hospitalization as well as discharge details are attached herewith.

I have booked tickets through IRCTC and paid money from below accounts:

My tickets was from Ahmedabad to Chandigarh for 19th Jan.2018 and we dropped at Delhi airport instead of Chandigarh. My wife who was serious patients with me.We are bring harassed by vistara officials that I can't explain. We retained at Delhi airport for 4-5 Hours and after my enquiry our tickets was cancelled by them. They committed to refund the full amount as charged by them.Now inspite of sending various mails as well as telephonic call , They are not giving any response .V P GUPTA 9815903858

I frequently travel from CXI to Hyd in Vistara. I had good experience with all my previous travels.I must reiterate that the services are superior, especially commitment of cabin crew, in & off flight,cleanliness, quality of food & beverages etc.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience on 30.03.18 while traveling from CXI to Hyd via flight no.UK879(VNT319). The brief complaint on lost my mobile stolen by the House keeping staff is as follows : My actual seat no. from CXI to Delhi is 9B and as requested by Cabin Crew I shifted to 10A to take the responsibility of emergency evacuation as the old lady of 10A is not ready to do. I kept my phone in 9A seat pocket. (I would have not lost mobile if same allot till hyd) I kept my phone in 9a seat pkt. After reaching Delhi again cabin crew requested me to shift to 15C. While I was shifting my baggage I forget the cell in the pocket of 9A in the meanwhile house keeping staff came for removing news papers and stolen the mobile from 9A seat pocket. I immediately complaint this to cabin crew who in turn informed to security for check but all their efforts are vain.

My loss is only due to security lapse in your system and pl enquire this on prority and trace it from the staff of house keeping service of your flights. Awaiting to hear from you.

We traveled from Chandigarh to Hyderabad on 11th August 2018, flight no UK 879 , PNR OA467G,.Two nos. of luggage were handed over at the counter at Chandigarh .But at Hyderabad one bag with tag no
O 228 UK 055374 was found missing and complaint was registered immediately.at the Hydra bad airport on 11/8/2018 . On 12th a person of the airline called me that our bag had been received and where have been putting up, when I told the address, he told me to collect the bag from airport and disconnect the phone. I took a taxi and reached there . On contacting, one person of the airline namely Hussain Khan, brought a bag near the information centre at the Hyderabad airport, where we were told to wait, which was not mine,on checking it was found carrying different TAG no. The gentleman felt sorry and told me THAT he will trace my luggage and inform later on .I felt very bad and harassed,wasted money on taxis to and fro ,time and got harassment they could haven't checked tag number before calling me?

We did not get the bag containing our clothing, garments, under garments, costly cosmetics, shaving kit, ladies sandles three pairs, and other goods of daily use valued at more than 40000 INR and some important documents..we were forced to buy all these necessary goods of daily use, a fresh at Hydra bad as we have no relation or contact living in Hyderabad.

In the mean time we kept contact with the customer care but nothing happened.We returned to Chandigarh on 19/08/2018 PNR O9GXCH. Thereafter I lodged complaint on the portal of vistara airline also and requested for early tracing of my luggage but no use .I again contacted on customer care but was told they would contact me but none.I contacted.Again on 6/9/2018 to know the status of my luggage, every detail was asked again for 10 minutes and promised to inform higher authority , still waiting for response
Please give me the compensation if my luggage is not traceable. Waiting for early response.

I have traveled with family members in Vistara Airline Flight No.UK-754 on19th with PNR SGYNIA (IXR-DEL Flight UK-754) (19 Jul 19 2025). During flying we have buy meal in Flight and Air hostesses not accept cash. she demand debit card for payment and during swipe of card she went inside the cabin and than comeback and done transaction through my UBI Visa card.

Air hostess stolen my card data and done fraud transaction from my card Rs.25000.00 today morning 21.07.2019. We request to take action and refund my money.

Vistara had conducted a major Anniversary offer in January 2019, and I booked my flight to Delhi and back (UK882) for September 2019. We have a major get together and many of us have finalized our vacation plans and booked tickets and accommodation. As I got an awesome deal for the Anniversary offer, I booked a Premium Economy class ticket both ways at just Rs 7000. Was very pleased and happy with Vistara airline for this fab offer.

Yesterday, July 24, I get an SMS saying they have Downgraded me to Economy class ticket and I can avail an upgrade by sending my PNR number to an email ID for a future flight !!!! How ridiculous is that??? So your Anniversary offer was a hoax? So that we book our tickets and you will conveniently pull away the offer and "downgrade" the customer?

I immediately emailed to the Cust Care and received no response or acknowledgement - I called Customer Care and was told I can cancel my ticket and get a full refund, and then I can re-book a new economy class ticket! This is so ridiculous it seemed funny. Because I did not book my ticket as I am desperate to fly Vistara and they will refund my ticket if cancelled; I have a purpose to fly to Delhi and there are other people who are joining me - 2, we all know I will not get a return ticket in Economy to Delhi now at this price.

Disgusting and classless service. I was a TATA employee myself, and the first thing TATA identifies with is integrity and ethics.

I demand that I travel by Premium Economy class as that is what YOU offered during Your Anniversary offer - if you feel that is not possible, I demand that I get the price of the Economy class ticket that was running DURING the Anniversary offer in January, the delta of the Prem Economy and Economy class ticket should be refunded.

I am stunned to think this is a TATA firm that is telling me to cancel my ticket and they are "sorry" nothing else can be done! I feel cheated and fooled. They think customers will pay for Premium Economy and Business classes during Offer period, and they can conveniently take the offer away and push everyone down to Economy class.

Now I am glad I did not book Business Class, I would have lost that money as well? Pathetic service and response.

I am a regular customer and travel by vistara on chandigarh ranchi circuit and back mostly. I spoke to customer care on 28 May and got to know no flights from ranchi to delhi . i wanted to take connecting flight to chandigarh. but could not manage one from del to chd due to paucity of time difference between other airline flights and vistara.

I again changed my plans and tried my booking from ranchi to Delhi and further to chandigarh after 1st June. i could not manage one thus had to book with go Air. I thought to travel back to ranchi from chandigarh on 14 Jul and it showed on airline site a rate of 5500/- approx

when I starting booking the seat rate shot up to 6300 plus /- and I opted for a seat so additional 500/-. It is not understood the company such as TATA is known for its righteous approach, integrity, infact two of my first cousins are working with TCS and this system of luring by showing cheap fares and adding additional charges without consent of customer. it is improper. i tried raising issue with customer care and called on 06 jun between 1800-2230 .a total of approx 24 calls were made from two mob but none were answered. In fact the auto answering machine connected twice and i had to wait for 7 min plus each time but was not connected. it was not expected from a company like yours which we all held in high esteem. Hope my mail is answered and get to know the details attached as appendix for hidden costs .I made calls from these two nos. I tried booking my ticket through HDFC card. A favorable reply is solicited please.

Abruptly my flight for 28th March was rescheduled by Vistara to 29th March 2021, which is not acceptable to me as I have to reach Mumbai from Kolkata by Sunday only (28th). There is nobody available to assist me in this matter. Last 3 hours …. am trying the connect your customer care. Please ask your customer care to connect me asap.

Re e ticket booked through easemytrip. com, PNR 6ERGJ9 for BOM to CCU flight on 26/7/2021.In the ticket price printed was Rs 6693/- which I paid. It was also printed in the ticket Airline Cancellation charge as Rs 3710/-if cancellation time is before 4 hours of scheduled departure time. After talking to Vistara Customer Relation as well as Ease My Trip, who also reconfirmed above cancellation charge I cancelled the ticket on 25.7.2021 at 12:30 PM directly with Air Vistara and requested Ease My Trip for refund. To my shock I have been refunded Rs 108 /- only.

I talked and mailed to the agency to know why such a huge deductions? The agency informs through email that Airlines has charged cancellation fee of Rs 6275/-

I talked to Air Vistara customer relation who said that Airlines has charged cancellation fee of Rs 3150 /- only. When I requested to mail me above deduction I was told I will get the mail within maxm 48 hours. Since then 4 days passed and my repeated calls to customer relations to expedite the mail bore no result except repeated assurances.

Tata Group's name is associated with this airlines and I really never expected this type of dealings from such a reputed house.

May I get a proper reply from you?

Since 5/1, written several mails to designated concern people of vistara airlines.All efforts went to vein as no one responded to senior citizen on trouble of flying on given date as COVID restrictions. To utter surprise, service industry is behaving this popular brand airline. Not a single response from any offical inspite of regular follow up.

I have the most horrible experience in my life with one of the most prestigious airlines (Vistara)

Incident so far -
We booked two tickets for Vistara from Mumbai to Bengaluru. Because of luggage check-in I reached earlier and take my boarding pass...but after some time when my husband reached the airport. They don't give my husband a boarding pass. At the airport, Aarti Chauhan and someone named Preeti told him the reason that he is late but he comes 1hr prior. The flight (UK853)was not full. A lot of seats are available and also they accommodate other next flight passengers in this flight. my husband's seat is also taken by one of those passengers. And the flight is takeoff at 4.44 pm actual time was 4 pm. the flight was delayed by 44 min.

The staff was not cooperative. because of this inconvenience service, my husband had to take another very expensive flight. we are very disappointed by Vistara's service. I expected that you note my complaint and refund all the money...if you do not take any action then I file a complaint against you or share my overall experience with social media. Hope u understand and do as fast as possible.

1.The Sandwich offered during flight from Hyderabad to Bangaluru is cold & not worth eating. Either you supply warm sandwich or give something which is dry & need not be refrigerated.
2.The flight on December 23 rd was more than an hour late from Bangaluru to Hyderabad & all the passangers were eagerly waiting but none of the staff bothered to announce how & why there is a delay. They keep saying flight is on time which did not make sense when it was more than an hour late.

I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Jaipur with Vistara Airlines under PNR 5HQLKC for 6 passengers.

I reached the check in counter at 4:10 PM however, i was denied boarding. On repeated requests and protests, Airline allowed boarding for 3 persons and denied boarding for remaining 3.

Now airlines is offering to give seats in another flight if available and charging approx. 3000/- per passenger.

This is against DGCA rules and fair practice as i was denied boarding against my wish and too partial denial.

You are requested to take immediate action and direct the airlines to provide seats in next available flight at no extra cost.
