Lethargic and unprofessional staff
Sector 11, Rohini staff is very poor and unprofessional. The staff keeps on talking about there personal life on high pitch while working. And, the whole staff was not even present. It was quite sad to see that in the absence of one staff member means that particular department is not functional. Its difficult to come everyday for just ATM card activation.
Netbanking error

In regard to money deduction frommy account

I would like to say that, I have given letter at branch of obc IEML greater noida on 15-jan-2019 regarding deactivation my account and he received my letter and he told me ok i would deactivate your account and you would receive msg at mobile phone but still i did not receive any msg regarding deactivation my account. so, please deactivate my account because i do not have any need that account and i have been paying minimum balance penalty last 3-4 years so please.

Fraud case in your hamidia road branch obc
Please kindly solve my problem, one month already complete. Last month 10th of december my account was hacked. Please kindly refund back my money because its bank responsibilities how account is empty suddenly otherwise i will publish news in newspaper against fraud news of obc bank hacking. Complaint against staff poor services and misbehaviour
I m Sandeep Singh. My complaint is against dhanauri branch (Jind), Haryana-126116. Sir this place (dhanauri) belongs to a rural area. Population of this village is 40 percent illetrate. So they don't know how they can take benefits of banking services. Today morning when I went to bank for opening my bank account for krishi card, then I saw that the behaviour of bank staff was not good. They abusing the customers and they abuse me also. So please acknowledge the my complaint.
Pension related grievance
CPPC/OBC is deducting commuted amount from my pension, more than prescribed from my employer Nrly since 1st Jan 2016 and secondly deducting it from my Basic Pension amount instead of deducting from Gross Pension amount.
Today I noticed it and has written to all concern-eds for redressal of my grievance. Let us see how much time they take to sort out/correct this gross negligence happened at their end.

Worst service, worst customer care
I am from Bangalore, I withdrawn money i did not got cash, but debited from my account, Customer Service Executives after asking all the details like Account Number, Account Holders Name, Address, Do any one traveling remember the date & Year they opened account, Does any one remembers Customer ID? even after telling all these details they are telling to go to branch & complain so then they will take action. Then what the **** they will do in customer care & branch, i called 4 times to customer care & again to Branch.

सविनय निवदेन यह है कि मै राजेश जायसवाल Account Number : 05012041001019 है 07 -02 -2019 को हमारे खाते से online फ्रॉड हुवा है जिसकी सूचना हमको ऑनलाइन टोल फ्री नंबर पर कॉल कर कि पता चली तो हमने विभूति खंड थाने मेँ and ब्रांच को कि दी है और FIR की एक प्रति विवेक खंड ब्रांच मै भी दे दी है । आज 16 -02 -2019 को हमारे पास 0522 -2327699 महानगर से फ़ोन आया की हमने जो कम्प्लेन करवाई थी वो रिजेक्ट हो गई है । Online फ्रॉड की सूचना का हमारे पास कोई भी मैसेज नहीं आया और हमारे Account से पैसा कट गया है । इस फ्रॉड को चेक्ड करे ये घटना आप कि ही ब्रांच से Online हुई है।
श्री मान जी से निवदेन यह है कि हमारे account से जो धनराशि कटी है उसको पता करे कि यह धन राशि किसके account मेँ गई है उस अकाउंट होल्डर के खिलाफ करवायी करे और वह धन राशि वापस ले कर हमारे Account मेँ क्रेडिट करने की कृपा करे. आप की महान कृपा होगी।

Dear Sir,
I have A DR Card that is linked to my saving A/c no 00152010012030 with OBC Chawri Bazar Branch, Delhi. On 23.02.2019 at 17:50 I went to AXIS Bank ATM situated in Sita Ram Bazar, Delhi To withdraw an amount of Rs.3000., The said ATM processed my transaction but did not disbursed CASH and a message of debited transaction received on my registered mobile. When I made another transactions for Rs.7000, Rs.3000 and Rs500 at the same time on the said ATM I surprised it disbursed the amount. When I checked my a/c for the transaction for which the cash was not disbursed and noticed that my a/c was debited on 23 Feb 2019 with reference CWDR/SPCN2545/905417015046/6070855001866341 3,000.00 SPCN2545.
From the same day i.e. 23.02.2019 I am trying to informed on customer care no of OBC 18001801235 several times about the same and request them to charge back the transaction of Rs.3000/- for which cash was not disturbed but I have not received it back till the writing of this complaint.
It is requested to kindly take up the matter and recovered Rs. 3000/- and credit to my above saving a/c immediately.

Dear Team,
I am Luxman Swarup Gupta (I’m your client last 10 Year), First time, I faced this situation that, while withdrawing Rs. 5000 from ATM Khurja (Kabari Bazar Chauraha, Khurja, Bulandshahr – 203131). But at the time power cut in the atm. ATM closed and Light come after 10 minute Restart the atm give the message on the atm screen server not working.I didn’t receive the money. But, the money (Rs. 5000) was debited from my account on 11 Feb 2019 at 19:51 hrs (07:51 pm) So, I filled the report form on 13.02.2019(My account is also in this branch), with our local branch located at 13, Panchvati, Junction Road, Khurja, Uttar Pradesh, 203131.
I waited for 7 days, and then visited our local branch again on 20.02.2019. They told me my case is closed, and no reason was given. Manager of Khurja branch said – Give other application. So same day I am given application and Manager of Khurja branch said- Come after 5. Today I am going today our our local branch located at 13, Panchvati, Junction Road, Khurja, Uttar Pradesh, 203131. And face same problem and branch manager say Complaint sent to Gurugram Branch but there is no response from there so team closed complaint. And today I am go to the khurja branch and manager say coming tomorrow. Khurja branch not do help me, and so I am send an e-mail to the main branch (Gurugram) regarding this on 26.02.2019.
