I remitted an amount of Rs 1350//on13/11/2018 through Tata Sky app from my account with Corporation bank ,J.P Nagar branch at 14.25 hours under net payment transaction no 131118. My account has been debited but the amount has not been accounted for by you even after lapse of 2 weeks. Can you please look into and advise me as to the steps to retrieve the amount?

Hi Team,

It's been almost more then one and half month and I have not received the money refunded back against my disconnection request.

I made several calls and sent multiple reminders and so far no resolution, let me know if I need to go consumer court or.

This is regarding cancellation & refund towards your Tata Sky account. As discussed with you, at your request, we have cancelled your Tata Sky account on 19/10/2018. In case you wish to retain your Tata Sky connection, please contact us within 90 days. Further, we won’t be able to continue the services on your old set top box after 90 days. (Yes, that means a brand-new set top box and a whole new subscriber id!).
We wish to inform you that the Set Top Box (STB) subscribed by you and installed in your premises, along with the Digicard and other related parts is i.e. Tata Sky Limited’s property and is owned by Tata Sky. The same have been provided to you for the purposes of availing Tata Sky services, in accordance with the Subscription Contract.

Accordingly, in case of cancellation, you would be required to return the Set Top Box along with the Digi card and other related parts and the amount available in your Subscription Account would be subject to forfeit.

During our discussion, you have requested for processing the refund of this balance amount. Being a valued subscriber, refund will be initiated post surrender of Tata Sky assets towards the available balance amount of Rs.15,963.27 /-.

I have attached No Objection Certificate(NOC), in case of Transfer Connection to be processed, we request you to kindly send the scan copy of No Objection Certificate form to help@tatasky.com if transfer connection request to be processed.

We await your confirmation for further action on refund, if to be initiated.

My tata sky set top box is not recieving signals and i am not able to reach out to the customer care my id is 1005928831. Please do needful as i m facing this problem since last 2 months.

My subscriber ID - 1236412118.
Two months back I faced the same problem that it is not receiving the signal. Then I called a technician and he replaced something at the antenna and he took Rs.400 for that. Now again the same problem is repeated. But I don't know what is the problem. Can you please solve the issue?

Dear Sir,
I have 2 Tata Sky connections in my name with Reg.No. 1143668778 and 126963143. Recently after telephonic discussion with your executive I deposited Rs.3175/= against both the accounts on 23rd. Dec.2018.

But connection with the Reg.No. 1143668778 is not working. I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it within two working days. Either you start my connection or cancel this connection and make the refund of the payment made to you.

As I obsessed that many times I recharged with different amount but Tata sky runs only one package which is running from beginning of the activation. Now I have got recharged by Rs 212/-please recharge family kids package only, my Registered mo no is 9424490993. For your action and query. Thank you

I want to have the FTA package, with all Bemgali Free channels, without the shopping, Music & religious channels. I also want to add (1) Calcutta News(1335,free), (2) Z Bangla (1308, Rs.22), (3) Star Jalsa(1312, Rs.22.42), (4) Z 24 Ghanta(1315, Rs.0.12), (5) News 18,(1325, Rs.0.13). Alternatively, I would accept your suggested pack Bengali Regional (Rs.220).

I have tried several times through Tatasky App. for both choices,(Order request:655192 687 dt. 16/02) but not able to view the clannels accordingly. Your Helpline nos. are also not connecting. Please help & call me on my RMN 8092277362.
