Very bad experience of Honda bike. i have buy a cb shine honda bike but in 30000 km the engine service is bad, the engine take various type of problems such as smoking sound and etc. I have complaint the showrooms and the honda service center but replied that your warionty period is expire. But asked him that in 30000 km bike engine how to dead. I have been never purchase honda bike in future.

U don't have manner to talk n don't have service quality, Washing is very bad. Problem has not resolved till after complaint also. I have paid for six month teflon polish, but not a polish in my activa 5g, no give original invoice for oil change, only estimate invoice , service center name: Prakash Honda, Sector-8, Noida, My scooty number: DL7SCF6199.

I purchased Honda cd110dream Dx from Sohanpal Honda Kathgarh branch Punjab. I faced many problems in this bike like engine warming very quickly., gear shifting into neutral point, meter no. Is running when I start the bike and give a race, paint quality very poor. No proper service still I face these problems from day one when I purchased (only two months ago).

i have purchased honda aviator scooty in 2016 and it only runs 10000kms i always visit service center for servicing/repairing at kashmir honda (hyderpora Srinagar) before one month i visit there they have serviced it and replaced all the lubricants/ filters and after few days in evening it was not starting on next day i visit service center for starting trouble issue, they telephonically informed me that engine oil/air filter needs to be replaced even i have replaced it before one month and it covers only 120 kms, also they said it may needs engine overhaul.

its very unfortunate vehicle only covers 10000 and engine needs overhaul. you are requested kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, and resolve my issues i am one of your unique customer.

I Am purchase the activa 5G dealer Doshi honda indore dated on 5 nov 2018 ,after 10 days bike seat separated form bike. how can be possible honda which types of parts used in activa. also inform to dealer Doshi honda showroom but their service engineer misbehavior also not supported. please resolve issue on priority bases, other we will take other action, invoice attached herewith and bike photographs.

I usind scooter on road. i dont know so much smoke pass from engine. i go to service station operator is ask me engine fail i am speak to operator my vehicle is in warranty. i am not agree in warranty scooter repair engine. i am not payed 60000 for repair engine honda is selling me reused scooter why? Answer me 24 hours compulsory so i am take strong action in honda two wheeler.

Juss now i went to Shanti Honda lohgaon center 21/11/18 9:40am. The guy who was in incharge for the serving he’s behaviour was Pathetic. I came early at 9:40 so that i will get bike early as possible, but he said it will take till 3:30. I mean for just one bike servicing they take 6 hours. Why Honda hire people like this? I never expected this from Honda.

Had my Honda Activa serviced by M/s Shree Durga Parameshwari Motors Pvt.Ltd. Attapur main Road, Hyderabad, Telangana on 3rd October 2018. The service was very poorly done and oil was found leaking from the gear side, the very complaint for which it was serviced. The very next day was at the service center to get it rectified but they said it's normal and ok.

Till date have visited them 4-5 times and every time some new guy gives a new excuse. Till date nothing has materialised. Have been on tours and hence the delay in reporting. Moreover charging exorbitantly for no work at all. The printed bill and the charged amount are different.

Hi, I have purchased DIO DLX from Haikue Honda Domalur ,old airport road, Bangalore and have taken vehicle delivery on Wednesday 27th November at around 4 pm, at the time of delivery I have been asked to register and download Honda joy club App by the show room manager after the formalities have came out. the service person brought the vehicle in front of main door of show room and left the vehicle with a key and went off without any communication /information about vehicle handling.

I have taken the vehicle and fill the tank and drive about 7 KM, while coming from my assignment the vehicle was stopped in the middle of the road near ACC centre old airport road. I have tried self-start and tried to start by kicker but the vehicle didn't stated after number of try and vehicle didn't start at all and I have called the sales executive and informed he has sent his senior technician, he reached in one hour, he also tried to start the vehicle but it was not then he had tow me in the vehicle till show room and checked and advised me to not to fill fuel full tank and he changed the battery and gave the vehicle it was around 8.15 Pm.

next day morning at 11.00 ( Thursday 28/11/2018) I have started with the vehicle to my office from LB Sastrinagar and the vehicle stopped near Jeevan bhima nagar within 4 km of driving same as previous day, not stating with self nor staring by kicker at 12.30 noon I have called the sales executive for assistance he said hell send one more senior technician and told they'll reach the sport within 20 minutes , waited till 2.30 PM and called sales executive he said I have raised complaint and done my duty sir you only have to speak to the technician and he shared the technicians number when i reached him " he said all the boys have gone for lunch pls get the vehicle to the show room will rectify it and give" this vehicle is like dead how can be pushed from Murgesh palya to domalur?

I Have called showroom the disc attendant gave the phone to sales executive again he said the same and told they are left to pick up my vehicle, at 3. Pm i have called again show room again and taken show room manager number and spoken to him and narrated the incident then he promised that he's sending the technicians. 2 technicians reached me at 3.40 PM and tow my vehicle to showroom and around 6.30PM I got a call from show room technician and ask me to come and pick up the vehicle before 7.30PM since I was away from show room and due to transport and reaching time i have told them that it is not possible to come and take the vehicle on said time so they ask me to come next day.

On 29th at 11.AM i reached and asked the condition of the vehicle the senior technician conformed that he had replaced new battery and cleaned chock so there won't be any problem in future too insisted i have informed him you're changing the new new battery's but it could be any other problem but he denied and said " we have done all the work and checked thoroughly" you'll not get any problem" but still I have countered him since I’m traveling till JINDAL I have reconfirmed the status of vehicle still the technician gave assurance and said if anything go's wrong we are there to assist , after my work while returning to my way back again the vehicle stopped near CPRI signal at 5.40 PM immediately have called sales executive for assistance and waited up to 40 minutes but there is no response, again called him again he gave the technician number and told he has shared my number to technician too after half an hour I have called the technician he said me to get the vehicle to the show room, I have asked him how it can be this vehicle is not at all starting then he told he can send technician till TV Tower so asked me to manage and get the vehicle till there then somehow i have pushed the vehicle from CPRI signal to TV tower bus stop. again called show room manager for the assistance , he said he has sent senior technician from service centre and he has reached at 8.PM and checked in front of me to start the vehicle but it didn't then he changed once again new battery and started and said its fine since i have to travel to Chennai and don't want to take chance so i have taken technicians vehicle and went on Friday 30th November, Till Monday afternoon there is no any response from show room and I have reached show room at 12 noon then they have said the same changes has been done and explained and said changed new battery and cleaned chock then it will be fine

Within two days of vehicle taken delivery 3 times this DIO9SCV110FK BLACK, Engine no JF39ET5050278 VEHICLE breakdown on the road and 3 new batteries were replaced , they're unable to find the cause of battery drying and not get starts by kicker. since I have used this vehicle I’m able to manage the situation, imagine if my doughtier or wife would have taken what would be the scenario. so change the vehicle nor settle my payments.

My bike's kick is giving problems since 2 months of purchase. Despite getting fixed it 2-3 times, it is again giving similar problem today (19-Dec-2018). Service center is fixing it again n again, but the problem cropping up again. It should be fixed with new part ASAP as it is resulting in me getting late to the office or have to take a leave which is financial loss to me.

mere pas Honda 125 2008 model tha or phir 2015 or ab 2017 hai per mujko aik e complain hai k ap ne kick wali side ka taapa bnaya hai kick maarte huwe paon sath lgta hai to taape ka colour utar jata hai ab mere pas new 2017 model hai us ka bhi pain utar gya hai b bohat saaf rakhte hai per kick side ka taapa ka pain utar gya hai.

ap is complain ko apni is khaaami ko drust kren plz..1 lakh 15 thousand ki cheez hai or ye khaaami hai. mujko new taaapa dia jaaaye company ki taraf se ap ki meharbani ho gi.

Very bad service provided by platinum honda Chandigarh. They make a long bill and said that there is a problem in your activa and change the genuine part of honda and add other Honda parts. After 4 days your activa stop working.... Very bad experience never go to the honda service center. They are just fraud. It's better to go some other mechanic for service.

Mane 12 /11/2018 ko Mahesh honda delor kapurthala punjab se bike cd110 dx kharidi thi. Jis waqt mane gadi or clai to mujhe engine or pichle break me aawaj aa rhi thi jiski complain 13/11/2018 ko agency jaker ki jisko koi manne ko hi tyaar nhi h ki gadi me koi awaj h. Phir dobara se 1st service ke job card me bhi not krai jiska koi solution nhi nikala gya or uper se khaa gya ki 3 service ke baad setting hogi ye aawaj company se hi aati hai. Kisi or agency ko check kraya to wo khte h ki gadi ko change kro gadi me engine problam h. Jis pr koi sunwai nhi ho rhi hai.
2nd problem ye hai ki bike lete waqt salesman se ye tay hua tha ki wo mujhe reg no 1786 provide karayenge jiske liye mujhe 5000 rs extra pay krna hoga jo mane pay bhi kr diya .Uske baad bhi mujhe jabardasti koi or no diya ja rha hai.
Mujhe bike Wales krni hai iske liye mai kya kru.
Meri problem ka solution nikala jaiye

I had purchased honda unicorn 150cc two wheeler bike on Jan 2018 and I have used 9300 km in it.This is to inform you that my bikes disc pad and disc plate was damaged within these 9300 kilo meters.And one more thing is that chain set was also worn out from my bike. How it was happened?, I will say only because of very poor quality of spare parts.

I need to replace these spare parts with company's cost. i cannot accept these type of poor quality products from a reputed company like honda.Hope you will revert with your actions on this case as earlier.

Service of my scooter is not good. Petrol showing meter is not working. I bought it in 30/06/18.

Here service very poor and vehicle maintain not properly and mechanic very very poor and no idea about motor cycle and not fitting body correctly. i am fully disappointed. Check and clear my suggestion and my vehicle.

Very much dissatisfied by the service of Honda. Worst 1 service of all the automobiles. Please dont ever take this in your life.

Hii, I harshit from jodhpur sir at bombay motor circle the firm arora motors manager don't have manner to talk with customer in front of her owner and owner don't say anything. And they don't do delivery at time we are there from the one hours they get our scooty ready but they did not give bill at the time plz take action.

Vivek Honda, Very worst service in ever had in Honda two Wheeler. Road side service centers are far better than viveks Honda. Bull shit response nd quality of service. Their only aim is to earn money. They do any thing for money.
