I went to icici bank tawang branch for a fixed deposit of Rs. 8,00,000 and followed all the procedures told by the bank for FD. But after three months I was given a life insurance policy document by the bank saying that it is more profitable than FD. Now I being too old and financially weak, I am not able to pay the annual premium. moreover the staff's of bank are very uncooperative. I request for cancellation of my policy and return back my money as I was misguided by the bank. hoping for a quick response from your end. my policy no.19181282.

My policy with no.00220163, for which premium is due on 31-10-2016. I have paid Rs.5135/- on 10-10-16, through ICICI Bank and the receipt is due to receive by me. I purchased this policy in the year 2003 for 15 years. The sum assured is Rs 81000. My monthly premium is 533. If we calculate this premium at the end of the maturity I pay around rs. 94000 above where as all the bonuses will be calculated at sum assured I.e 81000. So my question is 1. What about my extra amount other than the sum assured. 2. ANY rule from IRDA that the insurance company can charge more amount than the sum assured if so plz provide me the same.

Not satisfied with agents working in your company. They tell lie, they make to follow the clients in such way that they (agents) are in profit and clients are in heavy loss. They don't bother about the loss of party. Somehow they opened policy whether the policy is good or bad. After that they never return back. Like this so many demerits are there in them. Request take serious action, teach them properly. Don't only think about Icicipru, bother sometimes about customer. Because of customer, people know Icici prudential.
