I went to C.R. Branch,south delhi today at 10.00am but shockingly found the branch locked and shutter down. I found the guard in the ATM room. I was told that this late opening of branch happens quite often and there is a lot of mismanagement in the branch regarding this issue. The matter should be seriously looked into and the problem solved at the earliest.

I am regular consumer of your Branch-Mohan Co-Operative New Delhi , On 19/9/2018 I withdrawal amount 9500 at sbi atm (id-BHNC000734110) but not any amount withdrawal and amount 9500 deducted from my account but amount not refunded on a/c. so sir I request you please take serious action against this. ATM Se nikal kata hua not ke sambandh me Bank Branch aur ATM me cash dalne vale apni apni jimeddari nahi hone ki bat kah rahe hain. To Phir es samband me keski jimmedari hai aur hum kisko kamplent karen.

Hello sir, I am mohammed ahmed from hyderabad. my a/c is at obc attapur, hyderabad...my complaint is about branch manager (Arjun Kumar). His mobile number is 9676800755. A few days ago i went bank to withdraw n i have withdrawn money but mistakenly cashier gave me one misprinted 500 note...so after a day when i went to exchange that note ur branch manager (Arjun Kumar) misbehave with me. His behaviour towards customers is very bad.. .my a/c at obc is from 1999.

Plz take serious action against branch manager...every time he used to misbehave with customers. He didnt even exchange that 500 note...My mobile number is 9908632636. plz its my request to take serious action against that branch manager (Arjun Kumar).

I have applied for the ATM since 4 months and not received yet. Please send my ATM as soon as possible.

I have deposited a cheque obc branch but it has bounced back so i not satisfied with obc branch staff because they have not a satisfactory answer.they misbehave with the customers.

My loan account was closed last year itself,but till date the bank staff @ Richmond Road Bangalore is taking Rs.18000 from my account every month even after repeated requisition.I had personally reported this to the Manager many times but it is in vain .I am really disappointed by the way the bank is working.Its high time now that I want to take this issue to the consumer court with all details.I felt this is the last resort and I am sending this to whom so ever concerned.Hope so the issue will be resolved soon.

Dear Team,
I’m your client, since 2012. First time, I faced this situation that, while withdrawing Rs. 3000 from ATM Munirka, I didn’t receive the money. But, the money (Rs. 3000) was debited from my account. So, I filled the fraud report form on 17.11.2018, with your local branch located at Munirka, New Delhi.
I waited for 5 days, and then visited your local branch again on 22.11.2018. They told me my case is closed, and no reason was given. Manager of Munirka branch said - my case is genuine, and they will send an e-mail to the main branch (Gurugram) regarding this on 22.11.2018.

I request you humbly to consider my case again, see the CCTV footage, do investigation and then come to the conclusion. I’m looking forward to resolve this issue, peacefully.

सादर अवगत कराना है की प्रार्थिनी सीमा पाण्डेय का खाता आपके बेंक में है जिसका खाता नंबर 3287101002806 है जिसक एटीएम कार्ड नंबर 5089253287002156 से दबरई मुख्यालय स्थित एसबीआई एटीएम से दिनांक 24/11/18 को समय लगभग 4.30 से 5.00 बजे सायं को पैसे निकाले जिस पर पहले मैंने 10000 (दस हजार ) रूपये का widhdrawal किया जिस पर काफी देर इन्तजार करने के बाद भी पैसे नहीं निकले जबकि मेरे खाते से पैसे कट गये । चूँकि पैसे की आवश्यकता थी इसलिए मैंने दुबारा से अपने खाते में बचे हुए धनराशी में से 9500 रूपये निकाले जो कि मुझे प्राप्त हो गये इसके पश्चात मैंने वहां पर मोजूद गार्ड से इस सम्बन्ध में बात की तो उसने बोला कि ये पैसा आपको वापस मिल जायेगा तब मैंने आपके बैंक के कस्टमर केयर पर फोन किया तो उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि आपको शाखा पर जाकर लिखित शिकायत दर्ज क्र्रानी पड़ेगी तभी आपका पैसा आपको वापस मिल पायेगा ।
अत: महोदय से अनुरोध है कि प्रार्थिनी की सूचना दर्ज कर प्रार्थिनी के 10000 (दस हजार ) रूपये वापस दिलाने की क्रपा करें महोदय की महान क्रपा होगी ।

Dear Sir

Greetings for the day. we have 4 accounts in your bank and your services are becoming worst by day
complaints are as follows:
1) Most of the times there is no money in ashoknagar X roads ATM which is just in bank only
2) There is no security Guard in the bank or in the ATM
3) Today on 28-11 at 14.35 we have received SMS of a cheque received for clearing ,i called on land line but no response then i called up Mr Ramesh sir about cheque , he said send money fast , and in between on 14.44 we have received SMS of cheque return charges debited from my account , so cheque got returned ....
then I called branch manager ( a lady) she is joking about all this , I have recording of all the conversation , TO MY KNOWLEDGE this OBC bank should close immediately , there are all fools sitting in branch and in clearing branch in Chennai also.

in this competitive market a Cheque Bounce is very BAD they and you should understand this
4) The Branch manager doesn't have any knowledge about banking at all , How can you make a irr-Responsible person Branch manager
5 ) I will be closing this account very soon
6 ) I am cursing your whole bank from my heart
7 ) I will wait to see for what action you will take ''

My a/c is at oriental Bank Branch ,TUGLAKABAD DELHI PIN CODE 110019 I am facing difficulty to related my saving account.everyday I have revived message from bank plz change ur debit card but when im going Branch manager and staff have showing. so much attitude and i have received card but whn i m say to staff to activate card, he said come another day but I can't go because I'm not well and he said plz sit and I will check. i m waiting 1 hr but he is not respond. so plz active my card other close my account because very poor service nd facing many problems.

On the date 9 December 2018 I used ATM card to cash out from it but it charged me 20 rupees on 300 amount, notify you, sir your bank is not a premium dating for which I would pay highest charges for service. please improve your service.

I have lucknow OBC account and Friday 7 Dec 2018 i tried to withdrawn 4000 from axis bank palam vihar gurgaon but cash does not dispense and amount got debited i have tried to withdrawn same amount from andha bank ATM as well and the same thing happened. please look into this matter and provide me solution.

Sir I am the Account Holder of OBC Kabool Nagar Shahdara Branch. OBC did not deduct my RD from my SB Account. It has sufficient Balance in my account but some banking problem they did not deduct 6 installment please do necessary action please.
