I purchase dzire zxi top model in 28 October 2015. After 1 month free service due they take 400 rupees. My dzire 2 free service after 6 month take 1100 rupees. Plese tell me I can check all detail about service 1 and 6 month free service only inspection the car. And both free inspection free of cost. Why take extra charges. I am not satisfy.

I have purchased a used car from dewars garage kolkata before 7 months. they promised to give the pending documents like bank Noc within 7 day but documents are still pending. i have called them several times but nobody is there to listen.

I own Maruti Suzuki Ignis car bearing registration number MH12 NU7084. This is regarding the paint quality of my car and also the service provided by Nexa dealers-- Sehgal Autoriders and Kothari Wheels.

The paint has become pale and a yellowish layer is forming on the left side front and rear piller of my car and I complaint about the same to both the dealers but they failed to resolve the issue and not giving me any satisfactory reason for the same. Service advisor from Kothari Wheels is putting blame on Sehgal Autoriders and asking me to go to them for any kind of explanation, now this is terrible and not expected from a dealer of one of the most trusted four-wheeler brands of India with global presence.

Also the service provided by Kothari Wheels is pathetic. I gave my car for servicing on Sept 4, 2017 (second free service). When I got my car back I found cobweb in boot which is pathetic as you can't expect such shabby work from the service guys! Now you can imagine the quality of the service provided by the dealer.
I expect your prompt attention towards the issue and request you to resolve the same at the earliest.

I purchased the above mentioned car on 09 January 2017 and the Left Side Rear Window Lock of my car got some default in the month of August 2017. In this connection I approached to the Manager Incharge of Jamkash Vehicleades Pvt Ltd Maishai Bagh Darind, Ganderbal J&K State to get the said lock corrected but they told me new lock is to be installed in my Swift Car and the same was not available on that very date in their workshop.

Now the matter is that the said Left Side Rear Window Lock of Swift Car is not available till date in their showroom/workshop at Ganderbal and it is requested arrange the same lock for my car or I will be constrained to put this matter in the consumer court. Hope for early action.

I own a car Maruti Suzuki Swift KL60B3999 2010 model 85000KM. This car got a problem of oil leakage and unconditional sound. So this car was consulted in PIONEER, KANNUR (near dhanalkshmi hospital) Authorized service center of MARUTI SUZUKI for the repair work. The car was repaired within 10 days for the bill of RS-47000 and the cash was paid on the spot. But once the car traveled 5000KM it again got some complaint and i couldn't start the car. Then i took the car to PIONEER in a vehicle recovery my own expense and they got it ready for RS800 bill cause of some electrical complaint.But again when the car traveled 10kM engine started to create unconditional noise which they are asking for RS40000 again for repairing.

Sir, i have already spend 47,000 amount for the repairing work and they are again asking for a 40,000 amount to repair but my car got the same problem within 5000 km travel. I have doubt in the maintenance work they have done for my car because if it would have proper i couldn't have to face the same situation again. Now I'm in a situation that i don't have enough money to spend for it and the car is still in PIONEER KANNUR.

i have attached all the belonging documents and bill of above mentioned, i request you to take some necessary action.

I have problem on speedometer sensor. Dzire vdi 2015 model. whats the problem. how to solve the problem.

With due respects,Maruti had launched a new model swift dezire vdi recently. I had purchased it having engine no. 3148816, Model 2017 on dtd 05/10/2017 from Stan Autos Pvt. Ltd,Ludhiana (Dealer code no. 6203) But its engine gives me a trouble.

Engine overhauled just after 3000 km/ within 100 days of purchase .What happens @10k or 20k?

My car is in authorised service station(M/S Stan Autos Pvt. Ltd.,pakhowal Road ludhiana since 19thJanuary 2018.Maruti recommended me to change piston ,piston rings under warranty as 4th piston had a play.I want that Maruti should have to replace whole engine as a part instead of that damaged part.It is also clearly mentioned in the warranty policy of Maruti as per ur website.If Engines are unavaliable,Change my car,as I do not want to suffer.

As per Mr Malik, Area manager Maruti pressurises me to change defective part in the engine. What is my fault as I have purchased new car.No one cares customer feelings,time as well as money.If You have given full power to local techicians to bind or unbind the engines,Why customer wants to purchase new cars.

As per feedbacks from site ,piston costs Just Rs15000 and half engine assembly costs Rs85000 and car costs Rs850000. MSIL always fulfills cost effective routes.Then why I spent Rs850000 and should have to buy old car.

Plz dispatch the engine of the car to factory and find out the actual root cause of the failure so that no other customers suffer instead of pressuring customer for approvals.

As per warranty policy, the damaged parts due to manufacturing defect like high pressure pumps, engine, ECM, Turbocharger assembly etc are to replace under warranty provided that there should not be any violation in warranty.Now I fail to understand why the Maruti fails to replace defective engine.I had already talked/communicated to maruti area manager Mr.Malik (M) 9878489201 as well Maruti Chandigarh office but all in vain. They just want to replace a defective part from the engine not a defective engine as a whole part.Maruti Dealer" Stan Autos Pvt. Ltd. is going R & D on my new car engine. As I Know In factory,engines are assembled by machines, robots with the guidance of qualified engineers but in my case, new car engine badly,mishandled by local technicains without the presence of Maruti Engineers.

If that replacements enforced to me, Who will buy my car.I am failed to understand why your piston, piston rings got failed just after 3000 km inspite of fact on 500km(ist service) , I had done complete checkup.

Due to that tensions created by Maruti as well as Maruti Dealers, I am suffering lot and have a sleepless nights and also admitted in hospital.

I had also already compliant to Maruti under CRM:000216000004045.

Please do the needful and change my car without further delay.

I do not want to weaken the name of Maruti as it is car of common people. Also do not to weaken name and fame of Maruti. Also do not want to go courts .

It is a humble request that Plz change my defective car. As I am very common man and purchase this car on loan.

Greetings and very good evening,I bring to your kind notice the following for the corrective action to be made for the request.

I Purchased a Ignis Sigma Basic model in the month of 30th April,18 at Nexa Show room, Tirunelveli, unfortunately the car had an accident during the 1st week of May'18, had damaged in the front side of the left corner within the temporary registration period. The very next day it was sent to the workshop through the proper intimation to Nexa as well as from the Insurance part. But, after that the was repaired after the expiry period gots over. While requested for releasing the car for registration and they have not released , said to pay the amount so that it will be returned. I requested, will return the car after the registration and I will wait till the payment released from the Insurance office and dropped a letter for the same to the nexa team about the commitment and informed the message to the concerned staff as well as their team . Even that it is not returned to me. Now the temporary registration got over and even the fine is to be pay for that to the RTO because of the delayed. Also , we have not registration documents on the day of purchase and the temporary papers was raised before 15days of purchase of car.

This is really a pathetic and have not received any good support from the team and shows there is no caring for customer. Caring only at the time of purchasing a car. Hence , request to take, Pl. take proper action to clear the same and do the needful, in this regard.

I have a Maruti Bareza Car . The Number of my car is HR 60G 2831.My car is giving average of just 16.5.
I have complained two times on your customer care number.Complained Number is 6281156758 dated 24.7.2018 & 968560775 dated 4.8.2018. But my problem is not solved.II am not satisfied with your service and i had to purchase a new car but Because of your irresponsible behavior i purchased Honda Amaze on 30.07.2018.In future i will never recommend your company car to anyone because you dont take responsibility after sale of your car to customer.

I Amandeep Sharma, from a world level recognized company Maruti Suzuki purchased a car Dezire Vxi (O) dated 14-October-16. Registration number of the car is PB65AH 8631. This car was purchased from Autopace dealer, Industrial area Chandigarh. At that time dealer told us that car engine guarantee is valid for four year from the date of purchase or 80,000km whichever comes first. A lot of cars from Maruti Suzuki Company are running on roads of our country, so nation people do have trust bond on the company and purchase vehicles from the company with blind eyes. I also bought Dezire with excitement and pride.

This incident was happened on 31-May-18 in morning nearly 8:15am. My father (Sh. Suresh Pal) was driving the car over Zirkpur Bridge. He felt some abnormal noise like crushing of the plastic bottle. At the same time other car driver signaled my father about some problem below the car and my father parked the car on road side immediately. After getting out of the car he looked below it and found car engine oil leaking from the car. My father called me and narrated the incident happened. I immediately left my office and reached at Zirkpur. My father left the place for office and handed over the car keys to me. I immediately called Autopace agent and told about the problem. An agent from Autopace reached at the spot and it was being advised by him to tow the car to the service center. Then with the help of crane, car towed to Autopace service center in Chandigarh for repair purpose. When asked the reason of oil leakage, it was told by agency that something heavy hit at the chamber of engine and it leads to breakdown. We told that road was clear and nothing such happened at that moment. Then they said; only surveyor can tell us the reason behind this. After this Autopace agency asked us for opening of engine. With approval they opened the engine and took pictures of engine and sent it to head office. They told us only head office can tell us what happened with the car and next course of actions.

After 2-3 days, it was informed to us that due to hydrostatic lock (water clogging inside piston) only one piston of engine got damaged and causes failure in connecting road along with other parts of the engine resulting in leakage of oil as well. My father told that on that particular day, no rain was there and even no water was on the bridge or in the way, then how come water can enter into the engine.

Appointed CO of agency Mr. Baljinder Singh told us, this is not necessary that water from rain can cause this problem. At this moment it was cleared to them that all car maintenance services were being done by Autopace agency along with washing of the car.

Mr. Baljinder Singh, CO of Autopace agency communicated us regarding spare parts request and estimate cost of them which was approximate Rs. 47,000. I told them my car was just 17000Km driven and only 18months old. Your agency told us that engine guarantee is till 80,000Km or 4 years whichever comes first. Then he told us that, this damage is not covered under guarantee as confirmed by Mr. Vidhur Gupta from Maruti Suzuki company agent. I talked to Mr. Vidhur Gupta regarding it he told me that if you want go our way we can offer you some discount under customer Good Will scheme otherwise we can’t do anything. Also Mr. Baljinder Singh, CO of Autopace agency gave us words that we will do our best to minimize the cost of damage. I agreed to their terms because my car was in the agency with open engine. After few days my car was repaired by Autopace agency and total sum of Rs. 23000 was paid by me to them.

My trust was badly broken by Maruti Suzuki over the issue that how come a good company like Maruti Suzuki do to his customers while car is still under warranty.

I asked for the full report of the car repair and photographs of the fault but they simply refused to give me. It was told by them that customer is not authorized to have problem report. I can never trust Maruti Suzuki ever. I will not buy and let buy my known a Maruti Suzuki Vehicle.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to draw your kind attention regarding the problem faced by my cousins. The car owned by them is Maruti Wagon R Vxi. Both told me that the bad smell which is coming from their cara due to rat entered in side the car's air condition system. It costed them almost Rs.4000.00 to clean the A/c area. Can you please fix a mesh or any other arrangement to avoid the rats entry to the compact at area.

Dear Team,

I am user of vehicle no. HR06AA1809 (Owner Name: Sanjay Goel) Swift Dzire Model 2012 purchased from Harisons Automobiles, Panipat. As I had raised a complaint regarding claim to be provided for the part named MUF Sensor which is not working after the car service was done just 2 days before.

When I collected the vehicle from Harisons Maruti Service Center dated 13th November 2018, I was told that they had carried out the full service and the required oil and filters have been changed. The bill that I had pay for it was Rs. 9000.

On 14th November, one day after the service, the vehicle developed serious fault of break down due to damage of Air flow Sensor, making the vehicle unfit to drive.

According to me, the part is damaged due to entrance of water inside any electronic part of the vehicle during washing of car at the time of service.

The above fault indicates that it was a mistake of the service provider not mine. When I tried to explain my issue to Harisons automobiles, they refused to accept their mistake and also misbehaved with me. They have made a statement saying, "your part is out of warranty and had damaged casually."
I am not satisfied with their statement.

I had purchased this vehicle in year 2012 and till now I have got all my services and necessary work of car done under Maruti Service Center. Also I had taken insurance service from Maruti Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.

I want to get full claim of the damaged part and some kind of action should be taken on misbehavior done by Harisons Automobiles. If this kind of behavior will be continued then I'm afraid it will definitely affect the goodwill of Maruti Suzuki.

Please try to understand my problem and do the needful asap.

Is not giving any proper reply even they avoid to take my calls. I have been asking repeatedly from them but they are not giving any reply. Please let me know when i will get my car.

After i refused to give commission Now he has started threatening us and abusing over call. We have registered FIR Against him today in Police station kashipur.

Kindly take necessary action against him.
