You people have to explain your delivery executives.. Like kamble Amardeep. The way that guy has behaved.. Oh my God. He's a delivery executive.. Why don't they get it. Y do these authorities doesn't teach the delivery executives the way they have to behave with the customers. Illiterate people..!!!

Pepsi was not delivered to me for which the cash was deducted and I want to know who is taking responsibility for this mishap.

The Food which was i purchased today it was totally with bad Quality which i never expected. It was totally dissatisfied me. I just throw into the dustbin because of that unhygienic food i got. The Oil which was used in that Food was totally too bad in its Quality. Please don't spoil Peoples Health by doing this type of things.

Atleast be hygiene when coming to food items. Don't play with us by giving that cheap quality Food and Spoiling Healths. I hope you guys will change atleast now. And i need my Amount back as early as possible. Why i should waste my Money on this shit?

This turned out to be a worst nightmare ever.... Yup ordering with swiggy. I ordered food but received incomplete order where in I was charged for the missing item as well. Still when I opened the food that I received I was shocked to see hair in it.

And the kind of attitude that I faced from your customer service people was terrible. They told me bluntly that they can not provide me any resolution. Boss I want my money back. Take your order back and refund my money.

I had ordered 2 thalies on murthalwala at dwarka, food was tasty but raita is too tangy and smells of rice. Rice is not fresh.

Such a unprofessional delivery boys i have a bed experience for last order. My order pick by delivery boy name is raju and i receive my order some other people not by raju and i receive my order to late cz Banda itni der se pagal bna raha tha pehle and when i receive my order and ill open the box for eat food but food is not hot and mood hua khrab and mene food khaya bhi nhi.. And one more thing jo banda order deliver karne aaya tha vo banda bta raha tha ki vo isliye nhi aaya because vo is area me aana nhi chahta tha .. what a excuse men.

Last 31st October cancel my order but 22nd November my money not refunded and you chat person every time chat 24 hours your money refund but no refund my money very bad.

Why there is no login page? While clicking on login page why do you guys want the mobile number and mail again and again. Why don’t you idiots just create a normal login page which on click says enter mobile number and password.

Every time I click on login it’s says enter your mobile number after that it asks mail and all and says mobile is used from last 6 months. Just do me a favour create a simple login page which just says mobile number and password for login not for sign up.

Same issue, the app says the number was used in the last 6 months! Can't do anything about it.

Hotel nagarathaar porur chennai. i'll submit MY HOTEL documents ON before april month 01.04.2018 . but still my restaurant is not added on swiggy . I'll put many complaint mail but nobody should give an proper response for me, before sometime ill go swiggy office also i will meet some persons but he is just said we will add soon we will add soon but still he did'nt added. please anybody contact and help me . 9514400169 my contact number.

Sir, I had bought a product from your company, it was completely bad, it was very bad smell and when I ate it, I started vomiting and I chatted for a long time in the company's chat box but I am not satisfied I need your solution. Please give me back my money. My physical loss happened but I want my money back. Besides, I do not want any solution from you. Received once I 267ruppes back'm telling you I want back my money.

I ordered chicken biryani but I received veg biryani, too embarrassing in front of my colleagues. After that I complained in Swiggy customer care then he send me a 25rs coupon but veg Biriyani price is 50rs & chiken Biriyani price is 120rs. so return my money as soon as possible.. How irresponsible ur team.

I have ordered a food and delivery partner pickup the order but didn't reach my destination and didn't call me but cancel my order. Then swiggy team charge me 75 rupees as a cancellation fee.

1st Jan I order lunch except all the things rice has not been received I complaint the restraint. They told complaint to customer care the didn't took any reaction.they mistake of delivery boy .r u making fooling around. Indecipline people rubbish customer care dept taking no action against the problem. then what the hell are u there.. only for transactions of money. I want reply as soon as possible.

I want to deactivate my account as I have some problems with it. Moreover I still had 2 offer coupons left in the account, but now it's not usable. Plz deactivate my account.. I need to start fresh with swiggy.

Today not delivered my food he has gone some other address and shouted on me as to response properly in phone though Iam with my 10years son waiting for food and said madam ur order has been cancelled now another madam asking me pay penalty of cancellation charge of rupees 75. is this the way of swiggy caring to customers.
