This is to inform you that my Honda Aviator ‘s second service was pending from 9th july. Soon 10th july around 10 AM,I went to the Honda Axis Motors of Fazalganj branch, 122/236 Sarojani nagar Kanpur U.P. for servicing purpose and after completion of servicing I paid amount of 415. Invoice no. SALE/18-19/6512. Supplier ref 6450-DIVYA-PRADEP. Technician code –KS, Vehicle line serial no.- 5
On the way of my home I noticed that engine oil is leaking from somewhere and a harsh sound was coming from the engine, when I looked over it I found that my engine oil nut is loosen and has been dropped somewhere and all the engine oil has been completely dropped down, and there is a chance of engine cease. So I dragged down the scooty upto my home of distance around 5 km.

This incident is a complete fault of honda service centres, they are working with great carelessness and dishonesty and lack of interest and sincerity in their work.The worker didn’t either tightened the nut bolts or checked the scooter properly before handing over to me.

The condition of Honda Service centres are very poor, one such evidence is that, when I went to service centre for my 1st servicing at Crossroad auto PVT LTD, gooba Grden Kalyanpur Kanpur then too, the nuts and bolts of the wheels were loose which I noticed after coming home and went again to the same service centre and complained and make them to tight the bolts and nuts.

For better servicing this time I opted Fazalganj service center and same incident came to be repeated of loosen nut bolts.

This leads to my great loss of money as well as faith on Honda Services. Hence, you are either requested to pay your attention to my problem and make your fazalganj branch to cover up my loss, by checking the engine properly and placing new nut bolts along with engine oil or I will report a case against honda service centre to the consumer forum.

I have a Honda activa UP16BN7888 two days back I service my activa by Prakash Honda noida sector 8 starting problem after service these people repair it but problem is still so many problems in this activa brake noise regularly seat not comfortable headlight plastic colour faded mosher in tail light after service to times explain to advisor very pathetic service by Honda dealer I am working with Honda car this type of service not expecting to Honda.

This is to bring to your notice about the irresponsible behavior, unkempt commitments and delaying in providing necessary document(RC) of my honda activa 4g.

I had purchased a honda activa 4g on 20th of july 2017 from shree aadi shakti honda, i was not provided document (RC), only the registration plate (PB_G-1636) issu in april 2018 was given to me and the sales person said you will receive the remaining docs in about 10 days , since then i have been calling, visiting the dealer for my vehicle docs and whenever i went there they would say you will receive it next week... And so the next week story went on and on, (After repeated followups), after repeated visits and unanswered calls, i was forced to ride the vehicle without valid documents and the person at shree aadi shakti honda keeps telling me it will reach your residence soon and you can ride the bike (Nothing will happen) i still don't have my rc book/card.

I am very disappointed and tired of running to the dealer and listening to their false commitments and bad quality of customer service.

I request you to take this issue and take necessary action against shree aadi shakti honda about the irresponsible behavior of the staff of this honda 2 wheeler dealer.

I have purchased CB Unicorn from Gurunanak motors (Vasai) On 4th august 2018. The day i purchased bike there was an problem with battery i have informed them that some issues is there in this bike they said no sir you do worry its all right i trusted them & took bike.

Next day i started facing problem with battery so i visited over there informed they they said me that we replace the battery, they removed battery from my bike but still not given back today 14day. i have courier business due to no bike i m suffering losses. who will be the responsible for my loss, i already had 6 hero co bike but i never faced such service issues from that company. first time i purchased & so worst experience.

I hope you will look into this matter & solve it as soon as possible.

Vehicle was purchase on 24th August 2018 at Dhruvadesh Honda Yelahanka Bangalore 560064.

Within a matter of 10 days vehicle engine has a problem. It is driven only 200 KMS. Sporadic sound from the engine. Customer care ticket was raised with no. 1-50850596808 on 4th Sep 2018 and vehicle was handed over to same dealer to check the issue. But its already completed 48 hrs no response from the dealer or customer care.

Bad experience, thinking that I have lost investing my money on this vehicle. Its not trust able company.

Dear Sir, I have done the services from Celebrate Honda Delhi Patpar Ganj , after spend complete day they dont have service properly and not washing properly and deliver the vehicle with defective condition.During the running complete scooter make a noise and I am shocked the company services process. And after charging complete amount from customer not providing proper services.

There is severe issues with rear suspension and seat shape of honda dream yuga.I and my brother developed severe back pain(disc issues after riding my bike, we had to consult a specialist and he confirmed that the root cause is the seat shape and suspension of our bike. we had to avoid long journey because of this issue.

Concerned authorities may please address this issues ASAP as many are experiencing this issues to the best of our knowledge.

I have bought CB SHINE on 1 nov 2017, From day 1 i am hearing extraordinary sound from engine and when i complaint regarding this during service time they didnt attempt this. Then i had complaint in toll free no than mechanic said that there is problem in Tapid and after setting Tapid manager said that may be timing chain issue so they replace Timing chain and i had pay for this also even bike is in warranty period. Still problem continuous again i had complaint and they said there is no issue in bike from day 1. But i am unable to ride bike more than 55 speed because making too much sound that irritating me. Now they are not giving any response without discussed with me they closing my complaint. Their senior officer also attempt this bike and takes ride he also not understand what is the issue that suggest to come on sunday we take ride in highway but now no response from staff. I have bought this bike from AVADH SHOWROOM Jamnagar in gujarat. Pls look into this matter.

I got this Activa i, on 23rd june'17. I visited the showroom twice since then for servicing purpose. But despite of the regular servicing the bike had multiple issues, So I visited a private garage. The mechanic asked me why I didn't get the bike serviced yet? I was confused... He added that the bike had not even undergone the oil change, which is expected once in three months. Now after 1 yr the bike stops running in the middle of the road almost twice a month. These showroom workers fool us with the Ac waiting area and all. What they do is just clean the vehicle and polish it. Also the staff behavior and service was 1 out of 5. Showroom name is "Sai point Honda, near Baidyanath square, Nagpur, Maharashtra, 440024".

I bought a Honda activa 5g from Simran Honda at Ludhiana at Chandigarh road. I have to been to service center at least 3 times in 4 days but my complaint has not proper fulfill by the dealer and they asked that they have done it properly. I had a bad experience with this company, so please reply to my complaint and take a action against the dealer.

As I have given my vehicle for service on 28th evening expecting service done by next day I got it on 1st after waiting for more then 1hr after getting my vehicle I got a shocker of bill of RS 7900 and after shouting immediately it got reduced to 6800Rs means totally fishy or customer is being victimised some of the spare was in good condition still it was being replaced example was belt part no (23100-kpl-901) tail light bulb (34906-447-711) after asking for details they started explaining I just asked if something was not approved from.my side why was it changed ,might these people go to local vendors as they are clear and don't cheat people like these .

All below mentioned problems was escalated to every time when vehicle visited at service center. This vehicle visited approx 5-6 time for maintenance. Every time asking for same issue but did not getting proper response from Honda Service Center ( Advent Honda , Ajmer Rd,, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001) end. Issues has been escalated to service manager also but issues are pending yet.

All issues from starting of purchased day.

- Fan Belt problem
- Clutch shoe upset
- Very bad millage
- No proper pick-up
- Complete body vibration issue.

Kindly help to resolve issue.

Today I took my Activa Scooter for servicing at Sangram Honda Pandharpur. Very bad experience as i observed the way the person doing the activities. At all he was not having any kind of experience and skills to do that activities. Front panal not fitted properly. Most embarrassing thing he did not cleaned the carburettor and did not checked the timing of vehicle. Last but again very worst thing want to share with all of you that after completing the servicing he didn't remembered to even fix and tight the bolts of dicky.

Company executives please look in the matter seriously as outside service charges are 100 Rs and at Honda service center it is 220 Rs.

Honda Dream Yuga 110 cc. my bike engine vibration over is also going to speed in 60 is Bolt and nut screws loose best but no use in service. just a 10 month old my bike but how can clear my problem, tell me answer. My hornet bike engine will be over heated will riding the bike maintain in rpm 5 to 6 . it will more over heated. i can feel the heat while riding it. some times it gives more power and lesser power. in lesser power i cant easily transmit the power while shifting the gear.

I brought a new bike from Patil Honda Bijapur, Karnataka on 29/05/2018. It was third service and found that it was defective and complained to the showroom on they people damaged my bike petrol tank even though they people they will not care of my bike still my bike in showroom itself, even staff also fighting with me. Such worst service and such worst staff worst showroom i am going to take action on showroom.

I submitted bike on 23 may 2018 in nihal Honda bike showrooms with 15000 adavnace for repairing Honda hornet which purchased on 24 Oct 2018 but till date we not get bike. Diwali is coming... But I have no bike. No one can responding from showroom. Supervisor, service manager, area head.. always says that 10 day again again now we are sitting in November 1.

Very bad service .. I never be expected from Honda bike. Akshya Kumar is brand ambassador. I m fan of akhya that's why I not going to consumer court. But my father is pushing me. Please give it tomorrow. Else I'm helpless and father will not provide me car gift on Diwali and go for court. I have every call details wattup sms, recording of audio. Name or no. Which are not responding from Honda.

But I don't escalation but due to this bad service im helpless.

On 24 i purchased a bike honda xblade from A.S.R honda (12/23, Gt Road, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur - 208007 (Near Jugul Palace). From the purchasing date my bike have a problem of missing (jhatke dene chalate waqt). Mai 1st service me lae gaya lkin problem sopve ni kiya, dusre din gaya phr problm solve ni kiya, phr socha 2nd service Me thek ho jyga, 2nd me lae gaya phr bhi ni thek kiya agle din lae gaya to kaha 2 din me mil jaygi. When i was gone aftr 2 days, they said dat its carburetor is not working. Ek worker ne kaha ki carburetor ka order dae diya (said by manager mr mahesh). dusra keh rha carbetar ka order denge... Means koi confirm hi ni tha.

Agr yahi dikkat thi to inhone 1st service me kya kiya tha...Honda p vishwas h logo ka lkim service itni ghatiya. Agr expert workers hote to ek bar me problem pata chal jati...Ye bar bar gadi lae jana ni padta. I have bajaj's and tvs's bike, but their service is too good. The worst service i had ever seen is given by honda. Mere friend log honda xblade ko lene ko keh rhe thae but mai to mana kr dunga bcz every company give his best to make a wonderful bike but d thing which matters d most is how u r giving services to customer... Itna time waste hua h. I regret myself for purchasing bike from honda. Plz kindly do something for me.

My self NIPIN M.V residing at kannur kerala i have been purchased honda unicorn 2018 january and i am facing rust issue effected on front visor clamp,fr fork bolts,and chain noise as usual. i have complains on our dealer cannanore honda puthiyatheru,and they ordered some parts on my last visit on september. now i went for service but the parts are not available still they didn't solve the issue and also i am facing poor service support from the dealer. see we purchased your product just because of brand name honda but with this issues i am very disappointed, hope i will get any reply from your side.
