When your company launch the Realme 2. Your company told that both front and rear camera will have portrait mode but in front camera portrait mode is not there. Please put front camera portrait mode in new update.

I had call with customer executive related to SD card unable to see after inserting in phone. Executive told me to change the format of SD card in NTFS format. I changed it now issues is resolved.

First of all, I don't know why I have shown such a huge interest in purchasing this idiot and stupid phone without realising the reviews and ratings given by the realme 2 pro buyers. I contacted Real me customer care but they said the inbuilt PDF reader and MS office apps are not available as inbuilt what the heck is this.

I have purchased Realme 2 pro late January 2019. I have a lot of suggestions and issues in my devices and this mail main concern is to give some feedback hope it helps other customers if you go through that and resolve at the earliest.

I did a mistake in purchasing this device better I should wait and purchase Honor 10 Lite or Redmi note 7 pro. This is all hectic to me. My friends were right about this Realme device such a worst mobile of all.

Here are the few things I noticed that were not available as inbuilt options and needs to be solved at the earliest:
1. Realme 2 pro does not have the inbuilt FM Radio, PDF reader and Microsoft Word, powerpoint and excel to open relevant documents. I don't know why I spent 14,000/- for this heck device even the inbuilt reader and Microsoft apps not available.
2. There are no security updates at all its been 2 months my mobile was updated at last.

The issues I noticed in my device after my patch update of about 200MB nearly:
1. I found some lagging issues while opening some apps it looks like I am opening a split screen of about 20% during the lagging even I did not activate the split app screen.
2. I found some battery draining issues even in standby mode and there is no signal fluctuation at all and even every option is disabled which is not in use for me.

Thank you for consideration. Hope will get rectified with the next update for all the realme users.
