I purchased a VIP suitcase on Feb 3 2018. I took it along with me to the US for the first time in July 2018. Unfortunately, the suitcase is coming apart on all sides - the wheel is sliced off, side handle stitching is coming off, zip handle broken. I am customer of VIP for the last 25 years and have bought dozens of bags but never have I seen such a poor quality bag. I have deposited the bag yesterday at your VIP factory outlet MGF Megacity Mall, MG Road, Gurugram. I got the reference no. SF24401 by SMS. I have made a request to honour the warranty and replace this defective suitcase with a new one. This has shaken my faith in the VIP brand.

Worst service i purchased one month back after my bag broken still 40 days still I have not get my bags worst sky bags, this is first time. I have purchased never ever I will buy vip and sky bags future.

Sir,
I had purchase one vip bag with framing lock system on 23.11.2018 via invoice no. W09518/1227 amount Rs 6350.00 from M/S Luggage Mart, Baroda, Gujarat. I found your framing lock system is not user's friendly still some design improvement required. During recent out station travel I faced lot of difficulties while operating this bag for closing and opening.

After return from my outstation vist I approached to the dealer. He is attending the complain and will change one lock. My request is to replace the back with normal / conventional lock system.

We purchased two Aristocrat suitcases from D Mart Peermuchella,Zirakpur Mohali 140603, vide bill no.-140204012-003488 dt. 28/04/2019,but e registration is rejected because of BLURR image of bill/warranty card.This is because D Mart Persons put two stamps Hindi & English on the warranty card ??This is Not Customer fault.You can register my purchases with details of my Bill,or instruct D Mart to issue me new warranty card.Treat it as Urgent & confirm.

Bought a bag and is started having multiple problems well within the warranty period. When taken to the store, the person behaves as though we have committed a crime by purchasing the bag and an even worse crime by claiming the warranty, and is very lazy to answer our questions or take note of the problems.

Finally got the bag back after 15 days and some of the problems are still not set right. When he asked he says come back later when the problem worsens. When I questioned that response, he with a bad expression and interest agrees to take it back and return it later after another period without even registering the complaint again. He does not accept the mistake made and behaved very arrogantly. When questioning his actions he shouts out loud and accuses me of being impatient. Surprisingly I have seen only that one person in that store. Very bad way of treating customers.

A similar case of faults occurring before warranty has been faced by my family members also.
Very poor quality of products and even worse customer service.( Mysore Urs Road store) AFTER THESE INCIDENTS I WILL NOT RECOMMEND VIP TO ANYONE.
Very disappointed with VIP.

I had to deposited my trolley bag on 1st of Feb 2020 @ VIP lounge sector 18 Noida. Bought this bag few months back and later I found the manufacturing defects. I was ensured that I will get the replacement within a week. Its been almost 2 weeks, still don't have any update. I am keep calling the store and customer care team with no hope.

I was under impression that VIP is very OLD and TRUSTED Brand but this recent case has shaken my trust. I would request the VIP team to help me to get the replacement soon. Service SF_Ref No 175910.

From past several months the wheels of my bag has worn due to which its very difficult to carry the bag. To get the wheels i contacted the customer care several times but nothing happened. On 6 Sep i had to travel and i again tried and told my problem to CC. I was told the company will call back after sometime. I was contacted and i explained my problem again, he asked for warranty card etc of the bag which i send him over. But still there has been no resolution of my problem.

My VIP bag was purchased in 2020 with 5 year warranty. the wheels of bag broken and not running properly. I was go to VIP bag show room to change the wheel in jagatfarm VIP bag show room grater noida on date 05-12-2022. the worker and showroom manager said to me your bag wheel will not be change. if you want to change it, you will pay amount of 950 rs for it, my bag was in warranty period. The wheel quality was very poor. if company can not change the wheel in warranty period why give warranty of 5 years. I changed the wheel and pay 950 rs, only after 1 days the changed wheel is not running properly. so i suggest people to don't purchase VIP bag, very worst quality.

I purchased a trolley Skybag from Pune with 5 years international warranty and it's one of the roller stopped working so I visited the local service centre i.e., Beauty Luggage at Ambedkar Road in Ghaziabad and they asked lot of questions so I understood that they have no intention to provide post sales service but someone I was able to register a ticket on the website and submitted the bag for repair at the same centre.

They informed me to collect the bag after 2-3 days however I re-visited after a week and bag was not even touched by anyone and they put the blame on company stating that company is not sending anyone to collect the bag.

Since, I was able to understand their intention for not supporting customers who are coming to ask for warranty services wherein their prime focus was to assist the new customer who will give them business.

My only point is, company should make a dedicated service centres to assist customers with warranty services instead of routing them to sales shops as they don't put even slight effort to provide service.

I had a pathetic experience at Beauty Luggage at Ambedkar Road in Ghaziabad and immediately I bought American Tourister trolley bag.

I purchased one black aristocrat bag from flipkart on 06 may. we travelled to u.s.a on 16th may and while on return there were damages to bag. Also ,we have 5 years warranty so what are the further procedures to this.
