This is to inform you that product i have ordered is yet not delivered why, promising date was 25th October and now it's 30th when flipkart is going to deliver my order or else money. Very disgusting and bad service from flipkart and seller, why you people playing foolish game with customer. Then don't do so, Deliver my product.

Replacement of TV Thomson

We reference to our below order we are very much disappointed with your after sales service and will suggest to every customer to do not buy any of the product from flipkart.
As for this TV purchased picture of TV is not upto our satisfaction any the same seen by your engineer and he confirmed from his end that there is a genuine problem in this TV and the same he approved from his end for replacement.
But till date after so much of calls and communications no response from your end and finally we received call from your end that now your TV can't be replaced even after your engineer approval for replace.
So now we are very much disappointed with flipkart and will never buy any products from flipkart and will also give warning to all other customers to never buy product from flipkart.

Worst flipkart service

i respect u but it is my worst experience. i am ordering the mobile dhasara festive, why cancel my order u take more time my money back.
Then again i am order in flipkart shameless its a very big mistake, You again cancel my order. worst service worst experience, two times u r fooling the customer. If you dont have a stock why r u posting that item, shameless guys dont blame the customer, dont cheat the consumer. You r adding offers but ur company not given proper response. as soon as possible give me my money back. Dont take a long time otherwise i am approaching consumer court.
Delay order
My order booked on 12 Oct 18 and delivery date on 01 nov 18 given by you. It is informed you EMI start from 02 Nov 18 but the order has not been recd till date. You are requested to fwd the same at the earliest.

Sending fake product and blocking the account
Flipkart has now adopted a new Modus operandi for cheating and fooling it's customers. Now if u order any costly items on Flipkart they will either send you a fake item or a totally different cheap item. Now after that problem will arise.. if you will try to return that fake item, then they will totally block your account and you will never or ever return that item or can get a refund for that. if you will try to return that item by ordering a new one from another account.. again your new account will be blocked...bcoz Flipkart know which item or its fake copy is circulated by him (Flipkart). It's a new way of cheating it's customers.
The customer care are just dumb..they don't know anything and they will say that... we are forwarding your problem to the concerned department..who will infact will never solve your problem..and will give reason dat since... you are returning so much items, our computer has blocked your account..but in reality.. even if it's ur new account... returning certain fake products shown on Flipkart platform is causing this problem... bcoz the computer is already programmed by Flipkart officials to do this. Cheap business policies adopted by Flipkart.

This is to inform you that after mailing many times to flipkart for my problem I'm facing, they only assure me by extending date, instead of contacting me and providing solutions. why flipkart and it's seller have adopted a new techniques to fool the customer and play a foolish game with them or just collecting the amount from customers and not delivering the products for the same, but multiplying their self account, why??
If flipkart or seller is unable to provide the product then transfer the money to the customer account, Why very disgusting service from flipkart

Complaint regarding refund

I had order 2 Quantity of Rigo Women's Shrug on 5th of Nov,2018. When the order was delivered on 9th of Nov, 2018. It was packed and above the package it was written 2 quantity. I paid Rs. 676 to the delivery boy. However when I opened the package there was only 1 qty of shrug. Then and there I placed a call to Flipkart and had a talk to one of the executive, the final settlement was the whole amount of Rs. 676 will be refunded after the product is picked as there was mistake by FLIPKART. The product was picked on 10th November, 18 and the refund processed is only for 1 quantity I.e Rs. 338.
This is the way how you make money ? By cheating your own customers? I want the rest of my Rs. 338 back.
