I bought 42" LCD TV in 2012, because its power kit is not available TV repair is not possible since part is not being manufactured. What can be done for this as the technician has said?? I want to know what can be done to repair my tv by m/s Panasonic? In this relation i talked in Lucknow with Panasonic's sri Abhishek Kare but he too was not able to do anything. In such situations pls help to resolve it.

I have purchased panasonic refrigerator model/year NR-BU303/2012, serial number 2MS501403 in 2012. It's been a month since my refrigerator stopped cooling. I complained to customer care service then technician attended and he firstly changed the sensor, still it didn't worked then second time he changed PCB costing rupees 4670 but after 10 days the problem started again. As the problem started again I called the customer care service on 1st January, they registered my complaint and told me that a technician will visit within 24 hours but no one came. Then I called them again on 2nd January 2018 still no one has come yet.

I am highly surprised that multi national company panasonic is showing poorest services. I will never recommend panasonic products to any of my relatives. I have been noticing since my entire life that other companies refrigerator works properly at least till 10 years but I am highly pissed of with this panasonic refrigerator.

Hi I am Rahul Bakshi, I had bought a water purifier on 9.1.18 from panchkula was installed on 10.1.18 it has been repaired twice in between 10.1.18 to 13.1.18. Your technical person said it may be a defective piece other technician said it is common problem. It has been repaired twice and in two days and again stopped working on 13.1.18. i have registered 3 complaint till 14.1.18 and told to replace the product your technical person visited and took pic of water purifier and told it will be replaced with a new one but nothing has happened since then. Kindly look into the matter immediately or else I will be have to go to consumer Court expecting an early reply.

I purchased a trimmer ER206KK in 2014. the battery had to be changed now. I have changed it from eSHOP, ground floor, payyannur mall, payyannur, Kannur, Kerala. they have charged 400 Rs and refused to give bill. pls clear it up.

How it is possible for customers to repair his handset even on the first day of purchasing. I have purchased Panasonic refrigerator model:-NR-BR307XSX1 on Dated by 4th May 2018. it's deliver on 10th May 2018 , refrigerator body is damaged. Panasonic service center will replaced Model:- NR-BR307RSX1on Dated-22th May 2018, Refrigerator Color & Model not choice of my family, I head informed to Panasonic service center person Mr. Suvranto Mob.-9831408800 to replaced as same model:-NR-BR307XSX1 but they will direct denied and said to me sir it's not possible to replaced.

My request please replaced model as same on my choiceable model:- NR-BR307XSX1. I am not satisfied of this model:- NR-BR307RSX1. Please help me.

Hi Team,

I had to purchase a new brand Panasonic Smart color LED. After buying the LED it’s working fine, but suddenly after the one and half month it’s getting started some problem. I had made a complaint to customer care. Next day a Panasonic engineer came to my home and get checked. The engineer wants to open, the LED at that time at my home, but I didn’t agree with his troubleshooting because I bought this new one so how can he open at that moment. After the so many conversations, Engineer suggests that I have to take this LED in the service center and will repair, then return you but totally I was not agreeing with his commitment because I had purchased this new one. Then I wrote in his report that I don’t want the repair this LED, I want to replace. As per my request, After the 15 days engineer replaced the LED.

Note:- Now it’s working fine, but next if the same incident happened again, then I don’t want repair or replace, I want only refund.

Panasonic service is below zero. Never called me. Always me having to call them. I am not satisfied with your service. We have registered complaint to Panasonic customer service more than twenty times. The serviceman come only one time. But the problem was not solved.

Sorry to inform you that your service provider at Ajmer has rendered very poor services while installing new TV on 9-07-2018. Your technician told me that he deal in A/C so he coldn’t connect UPS and Chromecast. He has forcefully fixed the Stand that too supported by 2 volts only as well while tightening stands on reverse of TV he put the TV on dining table by screen side on top of surface of dining table without using any soft cloth in between TV screen and dining table. Moreover no setting was done and Demo was not given by your technician.

Very very poor services.

I purchased a TH-TH-32D200DX 32’inch LED Model and Ser No is 175PS11C21443on 11 JUN 2017. From last 1 year I got problem with display and audio. after my complaint company resolve my problem. I plan to extend warranty on product for three year. Your executive collect check on 11 JUN 2018 after that no contact from your end, so I tried so many times on that executive mobile but no response from there end.

Now on 14th SEP 2018 I face problem of display, I complaint on customer care. On 17th Sep 2018 your executive visit my home and resolve problem and take photo copy of product bill and invoice receipt of extended warranty. next day same executive come to my home and tell me my warranty is not extended and give me my check back which is I give to your executive on 11th JUN 2018 to me. I spoke with senior person mr. shriniwas but he advice me to take my check back and give invoice receipt of extended warranty back to them.

I need a explanation on this matter and need to extend warranty on product.

On Dated 15.10.2017 I bought a Panasonic ELUGA I4 IMEI/s No.353160090246500 mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem:

1. Mobile is automatically shut down.
2. While talking on mobile, the voice is not clear, so no conversations can be made.
3. Mobile is very hot after 10 minutes.

The [Consumer Rights Act 2015/ Sale of Goods Act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone (repaired/replaced or refunded) and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days.

I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

I have purchase Panasonic P55-Novo 3G/4G handset from yavatmal, maharashtra on 21st Nov 2017. Since we purchased with 2 3 months it started giving problems of speakers,battery,hotspot,message app, inbuilt apps not working, we also show to service center 2 3 times but again we are facing issues and now the mobile is in service center from last 3 months from 11 Oct 2018.

Even i talk to customer care they have given me the no of Maharashtra Panasonic supervisor no. (Nitesh and Rahul) and this people have committed to give us new handset in place of old one. But still we have not received the new handset whenever we tried calling them they don't pick up the calls or else tell us that there are some issue handset will dispatch in 2-3 days but till now no action have taken. Please help us and provide the new handset as soon as possible. This is the worst Panasonic brand and service i have ever seen.

I'm Debabrata Biswas. I am a very loyal customer of panasonic brand. I buy panasonic products myself and ask my relatives and friends to buy panasonic brand materials. But sir has been very unfortunate with me lately,

I made a little money by buying a TV from a panasonic brand whose model no - TH-49DX650D. Whose price is Rs.1 lakh. After buying my very own but after only 2.5 years the TV started displaying problem from last 15.08.2019. I call the Panasonic service center and the technician arrives saying that the panel of the TV is damaged and has to be replaced. And it will cost money. But sir I bought the TV only to satisfy my hobbies without hearing too much trouble. I have no financial ability to buy a new panel log or new TV again. It is my misfortune that the TV has been bad in such a short time. Please draw a humane view of me and benefit from the convenience of replacing the panel with my TV's warranty period.
