At the time of train ticket booking (tundla to Allahabad train name lichchhavi express number is 14006) payment has been deduct from my account message receive from bank, but train ticket confirmation message not receive till now. so please confirm my ticket and payment status.

Your site for booking flight is big fraud. You display while booking domestic ticket "FREE CANCELLATION" and add upon the amount in ticket. Your display is so dicey that your customers at the sight of display gets impression that the amount is charged for full refund if they cancel their ticket but I have serious doubt that the said amount is charged for FREE CANCELLATION. This display from you on your site amounts to deceiving customers for committing fraud causing wrongful gain to you and wrongful loss to innocent customers. This scam and fraud on your part makes you liable for criminal action.

I, therefore, request you to display it as insurance and not as FREE CANCELLATION. If this display is not removed or rectified within 15 days, it would clearly mean that the whole act of fraud is being committed intentionally and you shall be liable for the same. Take it as notice as I myself have been deceived by you while booking domestic flight. My Booking Ref: PRL07FNHIA.
