I had purchased 2 wonder chef non stick pans 1 month ago. Both the non stick pans coating has come out. I hope you will look into the matter and get back to me at the earliest.

I have received gas tandoori with broken glass lid,i have tried , to contact customer care but if no use I am trying since 4 months.

I have purchased juicer and during second usage it's stopped working. So I would like to get this problem solved and in customer service number is switched off.

The Device stopped working one of a suddenly only after 15 days of its usage. I have been running from pole to pillar since then to get in touch with their customer department. But every time I call, some random response with no resolution is given.

Each time a new phone # is given of a filed technician which neither picks up the call sends some random text ( Saying he is not available) or some other says that the delivery area, does not come under their look around.

My request is to please replace the appliance as its hardly been used and is under warranty. Attaching bill for your reference.

I have purchased a Wonderchef hot meal mini electric tiffin box. It was worst product. It got spoiled only after first use. Please tell me about exchange policy, because I have warranty card of one year.

Wonder chef nutriblend grinder jar is leaking and a minor crack even seen near the blades base. The product is under warranty period. kindly do needful as soon as possible.

I need a long jar with blades. My old one is creating sounds and the blade is not firm and moving. could you arrange fixing the blades or substitute with a new one.

Very bad service. My glass is cracked of gas tandoor oven. it is in warranty, I want replacement.

It’s almost three months , I am requesting them to send me the gasket of the cooker, which is not available in my , city, and any other gasket does not go along the cooker (se ura, stainless steel). repeatedly I have called them as I am not able to use the cooker since Three months.
