on 2nd sept 2015 i had send my mi4i 32gb phone to your service station using pick mi service . inquiry no - 9000001124. it has more than 50 days past but still it is not repaired. company is not able to repair then provide me replacement or cashback as soon as possible.

I had purchased a mobile xiaomi redmi 2 on 21/8/15.it had worked only 8 days after that it automatically shut down. i had complaint on your service centre. They told the problem is mother board is not working. I want the replacement of my mobile phone instead of repairing. Your service centre employee has said that we will repair your phone in 15 days and now they are delaying now they are telling it will take more 15 days to repair. I am very disappointing with your services provided by your service centre. Please solve my issue. I want a replacement of my new xiaomi redmi 2.

I have purchase mi4i but within 3 months it is not working due to charging and other problem.and i have visited your service centre and my phone is with them from 1 month and they are telling parts are not available.i ak suffering from last one moth.plz replace my phone or give my money back. I will hope will concern at my problem.

I have purchased a redmi 4 G note from flipkart on 6th Jan 2015. In the month of Aug (on 13th) my screen became black. I went to Mi Service centre (bhubaneswar) (Online job no is BHV/XM/15/01673) they had changed my screen. I came back at my residing place which is 120 km away from Bhubaneswar. On Sept 9 2015 again same problem arises in my set I went to bhubaneswar MI service centre with few more problem, as heating of set while charging, WI-FI not working, Camera Zoom in and out not working.

They had diagnosed it and told me due to moisture near camera it was happening one part is also damaged so they had made a bill of 1050Rs against this repair. I went to collect my set three times always they said they did not receive the spare. So i called MI customer care (16th of Spet)they told me within 72 Hrs you would get a call till date i am waiting for that call. They had handed over my set on 21 of Spet evening. I came back with my set recharged it On 23rd Spet again same problem came in my set whole screen divided into 4 lines and in between two line there is black space. Again I called MI customer care they told me your valuable customer for me we will arrange a pick MI service for you THE inquiry no is 900002558. For the way bill i have called customer care 5 times then I got it. On 29th Evening Fedex people collected my set and sent it to QARMATEK SERVICES PVT LTD, AHMEDABAD-380015 GUJARAT. INDIA. On 3rd of OCT2015 my handset was there.

I received call from PICK MI that you have to pay 189 rs against the freight otherwise we will not rectify your set. On 6th Oct I paid this frieght through net banking but that was is not reflecting in his account so on 9th again i made a payment of 189 rs( in evening). No one has ask me about my handset problem on 10 Oct I got a mail that your hand set has sent back after repair ( if you people do not know about problem how it has solved). I received it on 13th evening. Now my hand set is formated I have download some application like whats app, Opera Mini, UC browser like that. In the evening i faced same problem I called the MI customer care again they assign another PICK MI service no 9000003829, My hand set reached at same service center on 21st OCT 2015, till date i am waiting that some has call me for my problem till date i am waiting for it.

I am doing only one thing that from 16 spet 2015 everyday I am calling Customer care(MI) except sunday and holiday. Now i am very hopeless. I have too much pain and agony as I have purchased Xaiomi Redmi 4 G. I do not know weather this time i will get defect free handset or not. I have mailed also but reply are not satisfactory. I want the mail id of Mr. Jain ( head of Xaiomi India) or Mr. Lei Jun. Please help me I suggest all the reader do not buy any Xaiomi product.

I would like to inform that I purchased a Xiaomi MI 4i 16 GB from shopclues.com.

My phone had a defect, while typing a message I found that letter "Q" and number "1" can't be typed while all other keys are working. This issue seems to be reported by many other users online, I understand it is a manufacturing defect.

I went to you madhapur service centre, Hyderabad. I must tell I got disassapointed.

1) Initially service centre team told me that we don't service phones bought online except Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal. So I asked them to give the same in written.
2) Then they asked IMEI number of phone, so I told them it is IMEI 8XXXX40240XXX1. After some time they again told me that IMEI number is not in the excel sheet of warranty.

So I request you to please check and give me an official confirmation that phone is not under warranty and it cannot be serviced. If it is not under warranty, I will file a consumer case against people who are selling it by saying that phone is under warranty.

Please send an email if someone from XIAOMI is monitoring this forum and can help me.

I submitted it Service Center R-42 FF, Metro Piller no. 46 Main Vikash Marg New Delhi for repair on 5th Oct2015 Jobsheet no. JS15100500838. with expected Return Date 12 oct 2015, But till Date no any Status about my phone, Please update the status as soon as possible

I purchased Mi4i 16GB worth Rs. 12999 on 17th Sept, 2015. Within a month the cell Phone got an issue with display (manufacturing default). So I submitted my Phone for repair/replacement in Mi service center (S.G. INFOTECH- Boriwali West Mumbai-92) on 12th Oct. 2015 and till now I had visited more then 3 times and every time the service center replies me that I'll get my Phone in or after next week and have not yet received my phone back. So how come I can trust this company , therefore I want my money back for which I purchased the Phone. So I kindly request YOU to contact me by mail or call.

I bought MI3 phone, touch pad and charging pin was not functioning properly, hence phone was given for servicing at Service center at Thane, Eternity mall on 07 th Oct 2015. They confirmed that phone will get repaired and will inform me about the same.

first of I did not got my phone repaired yet and they do not have courtesy to inform and pick up the phone. I have to personally visit the service center twice. They are giving the reply that parts which are changed are not yet received from company (Xiaomi) and they can't do any thing.

This is really disappointing that repairing of phone take almost one month and not getting any response from service center. I need revert from company that whether delay was actually from company side or from service center. If service center is fooling the customer than some action needs to be taken against them.

Hopping for some positive response to my queries.

I am using MI4i but it is not supporting the 3G network, i have sent the email to customer care for resolve the issue but no response is given by such mailing address, i think i had made a big mistake to trust on the Chinese company.

I have ordered a Mi redme2 prime Mobile as on date 04-11-2015 which Order ID is 5151104104260013. As i am buying first time any phone from this store. so i dont want to dissatisfied from the service. so it will be a happiest moment for me if i will get my phone before diwali. so its a humble request to you kindly deliver in time.

Yesterday i received Mi4i phone from snapdeal, phone is switched on & few apps were downloaded. There is an MIUI update got auto-downloaded onto my phone & where it asked for reboot the phone, booting got struck at 99% level and its not at all coming up. I have tried Volume down+power button where its showing fast reboot but the fast reboot task not getting completed, its just showing Mi logo on the screen & not moving further. Kindly help me with the procedure to reboot my phone.

This is to inform you that I have purchased Xiaomi phone (MI-2) it was having charging issue so I went through pickmi service, I made three times complain then it reached to the service centre 2 times it was picked and it was returned to me. Third time when it reached to the service centre it was physically damaged as the screen was broken. Now they asked me to pay Rs 3121 which I paid through NEFT now when my phone reached to me the condition of the phone was same screen broken charging issue was not solved. And also I have paid cash Rs 189 to the phone which returned me.

Now when I am complaining and generating new pickmi the no which is generating it used to be invalid.

The service is very bad. My mi 2 is lying with the company from past 2 months under the excuse that it is under repair. It was not detecting the sim card does it require so much of time. Worst service ever. I regret to have purchased your product.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I want to highlight some problems that I'm facing with Mi4i device.
1. The phone heats up when you browse through applications for 5 to 10 min.
2. Prevent pocket dial option is good feature but even this has the same heating issue. When I keep my phone in pocket, it stops unnecessary browsing of application but it heats up badly.
3. When camera is turned on, in just 2-3 minutes the temperature of the phone rises by 4 degrees.
4. Poor performance of the camera in Low light conditions. The picture that I shoot turned out very noisy.
5. While browsing through applications, there were instances where has phone lagged a lot. The Phone turns out laggy sometimes.
6. SAR values are also a big concern because when you dial *#07# it does not shows up the SAR value which other phone show. The company mentions that it's SAR value is 1.290 W/Kg. But how to trust this value. It may go above the level mentioned if the phone heats up.
7. There is no requirement of Performance mode because no one will keep their phone in this mode after using it for the first time. The phone heats up more than balanced mode and also drains the battery quickly. Company should have made something that could delivered excellent experience in one mode itself.
8. Gaming performance was also not much impressive. It takes more time to load a game. Definitely, not a phone for Game lovers. Here too, battery drains a lot.

Overall, one cannot use this phone in an Indian environment where the temperature stays above 35 degrees. Company has specifically mentioned that phone may explode if the temperature goes beyond 40 degrees. Now, that's a big concern for me at the moment. Now, the users will decide what a big mistake they have done from buying this phone. I purchased this phone only for it's good interface. I wish if the company could take back their phone and update it with those features that will be much safer for Mi users.
Because in India we say, Jaan hai toh Jahan hai.

I had a horrible experience with your Mi service center at Salt Lake City in Kolkata. I had purchased a Mi 4 handset (64GB) from Flipkart 4 month before for Rs 23999/-. Unfortunately the handset fell from my hand and front screen got damage 20 days before. I had gone to your service center who told that it will be replaced at a cost between Rs 5000/- to Rs 6000/-. They will send the requisition to the company and call up and confirm. There was no reponse for 15 days. When we called up some one picked up the phone and said it will cost Rs 8500/-. The next day we call up for a confirmation some one called 'Deb' picked up the phone and said charge will be Rs 9900/- if we are interested we will get the service or we will not be able to do any thing. Three times three different version of charges.

I stay far away from Salt Lake City and have been after your service center for last 20 days. If this is the level of service I am afraid I will not recommend your brad to any one nor buy any product of your's. Hope to get a positive reply of this mail. Pl inform me the exact charge for replacement without further harassment. Note the present cost of the handset is Rs 14999/- how can screen replacement cost be Rs 9900/-??? I am still a good fan of mi & always have a faith in your wonderful products range, recently my phone dropped in water for some time which made my phone completely inactive only red blink during charging was the sign, so I decided & went to one of service centre at revenue colony in pune, maharashtra, India, there after analyse of phone issue, receptionist their told me, that my phone's motherboard is needs to be replaced, I requested her a lot to revive my phone to get me my data on phone back, but she refuses everything & told me that no one in this world could repair this phone, so disappointingly I left the service centre & visited to nearby local repair store in pimpri, Pune area, the technician there work for 30 min on my phone replaced connector on motherboard & cleansed all burns, to my utmost surprise my phone revive back to original condition, in just rs 800 where your technician told me the expense of rs 9,148 recently I have bought mi4i & mi4 for my wife & her sister by convincing them about the quality & durability, but my recent experience puts doubts on my faith, does local technicians are more brilliant than your technician or the service centre just wanted to make the money by fooling innocent customers, you should really look upon to it, I tried every other centres in pune for repair of my phone but everyone gave me same answer that they don't repair motherboard but can replace it, imagine the phone is now become the integral part of our lives we store pictures, contacts, mails & many things which makes your phone precious than its cost, what if we can't get good trusted service.

I am fortunate I got my phone back, but would puts doubts on customer service after sales. I am eager to know about your policy, you can check very well from my written form at, Pune, revenue colony, near post office, India, maharashtra service centre there you can find remark by them for change of motherboard & charged me rs. 230 without doing anything on my phone, I am ready to show my current condition of the phone, even I am writing this comment through my mi3 only, you will never earn business by such pathetic service, I know you are best in the market now, but be the best in service also,
