Very slow internet speed. speed reduced to 50kbps when i use half of internet. very bad experience of jio. Jio tv,live TV did not play.

Thanku so much to resolve my problem. And i don't think before calling on helpline number but seriously experience is amazing. Once again thanku.

I have booked my Jio phone 2 but now I don't want it because my brother has brought a new Jio phone 2 so please cancel my booking I have booked today only.

i am jio user and i am living At - dahivali pada ,(murbad -shahapur Road) taluka - shahapur, distric - thane. state Maharashtra. i have face daily network problem because no network in my town so please saul this problem. Near My village has a jio tower, but it is closed because we give the network Otherwise, we should start the tower as soon as possible. We have a many jio users.

I am 72 yrs senior dr.My Service request no is SR00000R2MSO for network connectivity.The routine long standing answer since more than 17 months is "install a new site in area to have you seamless connectivity" for which I m eagerly waiting.I am tired of 90 days waiting cycle which I have been facing. Low connectivity is only at my place where I am staying and no where else at other places places. Please help me.

I was raised complaint for data not working. Then your backend team closed the sr without calling me or without intimate me. I'm using data on city area if your 4g data not working in cities then what is the benefit of 4g network. Resolve the issue. if i have to used your network for calling then what is the benefit of Recharge more the 400.

I am using only two sim but another sim is active in my adhar. so i am not using that sim. The sim no is 8660112234, please block this number.

I will do a recharge of 399 n the will deduct a 1596 rs from my bank account. N they not have any reasons to explain me the details n they didn’t connect my call to theri supervisors.

I am heena. I kept a jio Sim for office purpose. But this Sim is not working at present time.because of my jio sim suddenly off 2 days and my no. allotted to another person I request you to start my jio Sim. my jio Sim number is -7999760260.

Time to time complete net down, jio executive say after 90 days your problem has been solved your executive say your problem has been solved your can used jio net. in the month of September 2018 I m facing same problem again I Consult jio executive he say after120 day your problem has been solved. What can I do. you r bluffing me only.

I took Jio wifi some times earlier. Since about one and a half months the Company is unnecessarily sending CB messages @ 100 to 150 every day. They were writing Pandit Ji .....phone no. @ Rs. 5/- a minute. I requested for DND. at no 1909. After more than a week messages stopped for about 15 days. Now the Company has again started sending such messages @ 100- 150 per day as under sakhi 1800123100.

w.e.f. 12.10.2018. When i requested for DND , the frequency of sending such messages was raised to about 200 Such messages are sent specially at night. It appears that the Company is bent upon to disturb the sleep of consumers. On requesting for DND, pre recorded message was received that DND is already activated on your phone. No one is ready to her any thing. Last message was received by me at 11.26 pm today i.e. 16.10.2018.

I am unable to under stand what to do. Should I surrender yout Jio No.

I bought a wifi device from reliance Digital Outlet on 11/08/2018. I also paid Rs. 248 for a JIO Sim with 28 days data Plan . Jio Executive told me that sim number is written on the paper envelop of Sim card i.e. 6306159597 and you recharge this when your plan expires.

On 10/09/2018 when my earlier plan expired , I recharged with Rs. 399/
On 16/10/2018 I recharged the same number with Rs. 149/.

When again device showed nil Balance , I inserted the sim to the mobile Phone then I realized that my sim number was different from the one written on paper envelop. i.e. 6306189597.

Now , situation is that I have recharged 2 times a sim which belongs to some else. I have envelop with wrong number written on it. My question is, why should I bear the loss from wrong doing of other person. Please refund me the amount I have lost or arrange to get my sim recharged with that amount. I have made all payments through Net banking and may verify the transaction.
