Dear LG India,

I had purchased LG White ARIA 675(GCC247UGUV side by side door fridge on 29/09/2018 from CROMA Prozone eh Aurangabad.

On 30-09-2018 I received delivery of the fridge @11am . The fridge was not sent in the company original Box packaging. It was sent wrapped in bubble plastic package.

The bubble package was opened by the delivery person and the fridge door was opened. The glass panel fell out of the fridge. Mr .Dinesh from CROMA accompanied for delivery. The glass panels were on in their groves. Due to t he movement on the fridge in transportation the glass panel might have moved inside and there are scratches on the inner panel of the fridge on the freezer side.

There is a scratch on the shelf also on the fridge side. There is a scratch on the fridge side door.

I called up Mr. Gyan Singh sales head of croma who has sold me the fridge and Miss Chaya (776984466) and told them about the same. I have inspected the fridge at the store there was no scratches and then only I had made the payment.

Mr gyan singh told me it was last piece and they cannot replace it. Mr. Gyan is behaving in the way that as if he has done a favor to me selling the last piece. Secondly he told me that scratch has happened in the inner side and is not visible so its ok. Even the glass trays were not wired tapped as it comes in original packaging. They should have taken more care in delivering it.

I have 2 Air conditioners and 1 Washing machine of LG and that loyalty has taken me to decide to buy this side side door fridge. I have travelled from Mumbai to my Aurangabad house and bought the fridge for my mother who lives there and is a senior citizen.

Before buying i had told croma that i need delivery by 30-09-2018 as i will back to mumbai. I feel cheated by croma (chaya and Gyan singh). I have taken the demo from Mr. shaikh your LG representative from Ideal Services Aurangabad and have started the fridge as its my majboori or what to say that i cannot leave my mother without a functional fridge.

Please do look into the matter it has given me a bad taste for CROMA and LG as a brand . Hope so you understand that i have paid huge amount to receive a fridge with scratch due to mishandling by croma. I have experienced great service support and customer delight at navi mumbai when i purchased my 2 ac and washing machine

Its really disappointing at croma. Please look into the matter customer satisfaction is zero.

Croma meenakshi mall is the worst in customer service with the sales people being very rude and careless. They r not bothered about respect for customers. The worst is they are not trained enough to handle customer queries that relate to price comparisons discounts etc. I had a huge person who was in charge of iPhones teaching me patriotism when prices of iPhones were mentioned outside India. I wonder who gives them the right to teach us patriotism especially when we r Indians and nothing less patriotic compared to them.

Dear sir/ madam,

I have purchased a Bjaj GMJ (Grinder Juicer Mixer ) from TATA CROMA store at ambience mall vasant kunj new delhi on 5/11/18 (dhanteras festval) and i used this first time on 13/11/18 in evening and i found that jar blade moter is not working in all 3 jar instantly i made video of the same and shared to the csd tata croma vsk and they generate the service request for the same on 19/11/18 with the no of BOF191118FS00752, now today is 21/11/18 and still no body call me for service even with in two days of the service request service personal shoul visit at the door of the customer.

now i am very much disappointed with this type of service of the TATA CROMA AND BAJAJ and i want only replacement not the repair so look into this and revert on my mail with in 2 days only this is ridiculous service of the prestigious brand like tata croma.

I would like to put on record, an extremely helpful attitude and support given to me by one Shakeela Bano, posted in the Croma Store at Mega Mall, Gurgaon, in resolving my problem regarding 2 nos. of Phillips Air Cleaners that I had purchased. Such a dealing with customer problems needs to be lauded., and makes one go back again for future purchases. She should be adequately rewarded.

Croma staffs in attending with mobile handling with customer. Please avoid this. Other show room not allowed on office times. But this store staff very bad handling. Please avoid that situation. Thank you.

With very bad experience and very pathetic services of chroma first time i have take an printer on 1st march. your sales guy says me that printer will print initially in one fill 750 and after that this cartridge will fillable in 250 or 350 rs and will print 1200 approx copies.

I just have take around one 125 printouts and after that cartridge is not fillable also not replaceable . It cost around 4000 rs one time and every time i have take it again and again for 125 prints rs 4000 its not a worth.

Three time i have visited chroma store 5 times call on xerox help line and chroma center and my all complaints are already registered and after one visit engineer he says u have to take very time new cartridge which is no worth to take xerox printer .

In comparison to that hp and other are refillable in genuine amount and print more than that with fine services.

If my complaint are not registered and not listen not issues straight by monday i will break this printer in chroma store and file suit legal case against you on high priority .

This is on high disgusting level of services of xerox and chroma i must say. I need resolution in next 2 days else i will direct to for legal.

I bought a croma split AC in 2013 with warranty of 5 years. Until the warranty period ends, I didn't face any problem but once warranty period over started facing problems. I gave a complaint four months to about cooling issue and I was told that technician will visit within 3 days. After 3 days no one turned up and I started calling customer care people, finally technician visited after 8 days and told that gas was over and need to refill it. I said ok and I paid 2400 Rs for filling gas. 1st Day it was working fine and after that I didn't use AC since winter started. After 3 months when I started using AC, again I was facing cooling issue and again I gave complaint. Even after 3 days no one turned up and after continuous calls, one person turned up after 7 days and told there is no gas. Surprise to me after filling gas I didn't use the AC at all but technician said no gas in the cylinder. Again I agreed to pay 2400Rs to fill the gas . After filling the gas 1st day it was working fine and on 2nd day onwards again started same problem. Again I contacted customer care and they said the same story that within 3 days technician will visit the place. I know it never happens but still awaited technician call. But as usual no one turned up.

Again started calling people and sending mail on regular basis, finally one technician called me . I said I am out of station, visit either Saturday or Sunday and he agreed the same. After that I got a message from customer care that the problem is resolved and complaint is closed. I don't know on what basis they are closing the complaints. This is not the first time it happened to me. My problem is still existing and If I call customer care people again they will 3 days. I would suggest not buy any CROMA products though it is made in India and it is TATA enterprise.

This is to warn you not to buy any Croma product. Though product may be authentic but as soon as they stop working, you will see the real colors of people in Croma. It's hard to believe that with such shabby services how could have come this long? Just because they are a Tata Company?

I haven't seen such shabby services and incapable technicians.One comes and can't resolve the problem. Other promises to but never turn up. The third unaware of everything again promises the same thing but never turns up. In all these customer services seems to have no clue of what's happening. Really it's a circus!!

I bought a hp pavilion gaming laptop. My laptop got liquid spilled on screen. When I researched on what to so. I noticed that accident damage protection can help me. But, At the time of purchase I was never told about the accidental damage protection warranty by the chroma store. So I couldn't do anything later and I needed to repair my laptop on my own amount.

On August 22nd, I purchased a fridge which was delivered by blue dart they refused to unpack the same. My fridge has not been installed and there was no demo also.

Greetings of the day!

This mail is in regards to complaining about Croma LED FHD 101cm (207732 item code). I had purchased it on 2019/02/20 with 3 years of warranty. But it stopped functioning after 2 years. I had raised the complaint for the same, the technician came too 3 times in the last ten days, but the problem is still the same. All the time your technician came with the wrong motherboard which led to a circuit blast at my home for the second time.

I had registered the first complaint on the 7th of September and now it's 10 days and there is not a single positive response from your side. Is this the service you provide to your loyal customer?

Kindly fix this issue on an urgent basis or I need to take some legal action toward it.
