I have made a transaction of Rs.2500 for credit in my paytm account on 30.9.2018 at 7.42 p.m. The amount has been debited from my bank account for POS PAYTM. This amount has not been credited to my Paytm account nor has been refunded to my bank account till date. Please do the needful and oblige.

Sir, I have an idea, regarding Auto payment facility by paytm. e.g. If I have to pay Airtel Bill on 7th October,2018. Due to hurry/forgetting due to old age/some other unavoidable reason, I cannot make payment on or before due date. so I feel there should be a facility with Paytm, the payment will be made by Paytm Automatically and message will be given to customer. This will be highly helpful for old person like me (65 yrs) and likely to forget. Pl let me know such facility is there or else please work on it.

My order was delivered to me date on 28/09/2018 but status was dispatched the product showing on status still. I am contacted to courier person they told to me status was but status was not changed in my paytm login. my order item was damaged, I want to replace or cancel my order because i am not satisfied this product. Resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I tried to connect the call for customer care they not responding my call 1 hour 20 mins call waiting.

Can I have an update on this order please? I have tried contacting PAYTM 24/7 helpline & was not helpful at all. Everytime I was put on hold saying your agents are busy & no one contacted me after that. I need my product to be delivered or money to be refunded back to my account.

When I check my orders section they ask me to wait for 24hrs, asking me to check if my watchman has collected the parcel. How come it will be delivered to someone else without my consent?

Not delivering a product & mentioning it as delivered. No helpline numbers being reachable. This is pathetic service provided.

I used promocode in order to get 300 less on recharge of airtel for 500. But, it was showing only 25 cashback. Also, next time i used it, it showed that the promo code already used. You guys are cheating customers in the name of promo codes.

On 26sep 2018 I was send money to my friend paytm wallet with help of SBI debit card 2500Rs two time(2500rs×2=5000rs). Both time amount was debit to my SBI account, but amount was not received to my friend paytm wallet. pls resolved my issue urgently. Paytm account mob no are:7875317629. I am also attached screen shot of amount debit to SBI bank account. I am also notice that paytm service are very poor i am unhappy to paytm services.

I ordered an induction cooktop pigeon rapido slim2100 order I’d is 5951071438 on 3 sep 2018.It was delivered broken.I returned it and received a message that refund has been initiated.but I haven’t received my money till now.I talked to customer care a few times and filed complaints also,complaint I’d being 88627848 and 87211378.I am a regular user of paytm and incident has disappointed me very much.please look into the matter and return my money ASAP.

I have transfer 1000/- from Bank of India on 25 Sep 2018 but till date money not credit in paytm account. Money deducted from BOI account. Customer care service not picking phone.

7 days ago returned one red tape shoe of order id:6136286232 because it doesn't fit me.How do i get my refund since it was a COD. When do i get my refund? I'm expecting a convincing reply.
