Despite several attempted from my registered mobile no to call on your toll free customer care no (kolkata) 18602086633 but only one response is coming " your are not dialing valid number, pl check the number which you have dialed". Pl advise me in which customer care no. shall I call now to resolve the issue.

I was recharge today 599 rs and I have use HD channel but Sony channel can't open what will do that page whats wrong with. you plz eminently start this channels, what is the issue is this channel so many times I try this page problem can't open it. plz take quick action.

Worst services provided by Tata sky, some channels are removed from my yearly plan I just wanted to shut down.

Hi! Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

It is noticed that tata sky channel No 130 set was not displayed on my TV having ID NO 1184842142 wef 01 Oct 18 to now. after complaint on said help line No no any rep to attend call .I have missed the KBC contest 01 Oct. Please reply me without further delay. I am free to move consumer Forum.thanks and regards. prem.

Hi Sir, This is Satyanarayana Reddy my Tata sky subscriber ID:1231914993. Last month on 5th September 2018 at 8.36pm by mistake i recharged Unknown subscriber ID: 1008559658 for Rs.1,360/- through Ola Money wallet, Transaction ID:DQSN-FCL7-A5D6. I already gave a complaint to tatasky customer care on 7th September 2018 ( Complaint request number: 17GOKD17). Please request you to refund my money to my Subscriber ID 1231914993 and do the needful. (My Registor Mobile no.8978333444).

Sony channel deactivated without any information, whereas recharged for one month. I called many time on your help line number but no body attend my call and I have not received any call or respond from your side since last night.

Hello. I am having tatasky Platinum package annual and have very recently paid the whole amount. However not able to see many channels including sony. Trying to contact your representative but through customer care and helpline nos. There is no number getting displayed on channels not receiving signals.
