From icici bank they sent one courier 43985877552. now 1 week completed but i didn't received it. On Sunday evening i got one sms that they tried to deliver, but it is fake.

A well know company whose service is the worst, they always delay couriers to my address. There are smaller companies which offer better and on time service.

The worst courier service, they have very late service, i think most of the products they store at HUB itself.

Nobody attended my delivery which is from Flipcart.ID-79076749264. on 4th Oct. Today I personally spoke to you n you assured, it will get attended but no response. Also I mentioned my office timing which 9.30 to 5.30.but till now nobody attended & no communication from blue dart.

Then why you are not interested to delivery..if u r not interested to deliver then tell to Flipcart as you are totally careless about customers delivery.

Again I hv spoken with Mrs.Janeth & one more lady assistant telling ur delivery not possible for today. Then why u stupid people's are working in this industry.

As ur comparison DTDC is the best best n best delivery solution at list they personally communicate with customers.

The call to this number is chargeable, even if I have all free call facility. This is incorrect as it is not possible to complete the call even after 10 minutes due to ivrs waiting. Bluedart shall mention that customer will be charged for this service.

I didnt receive my parcel which was supposed to be delivered on 12th June. i am being diverted to call on multiple numbers yet i am not getting any response. for no reason its being disconnected. very bad service by Bluedart i had ever. is this the way your are for customers.when you are meeting the customers needs on time then why do we need to depend on such irresponsible public service.
