Dear Team,

I have bought a ROYALE ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 GUNMETAL GREY in OCT 2017 and had serviced my vehicle time to time for it's maintenance as suggested by the service centre. I am very upset with the service of SIDDH AUTO , one of your authorized service centres in Pune Maharashtra. I trust ROYAL ENFIELD as a brand and have chosen it for my ride but now my thought has changed fully as I am suffering because of your vehicle and services unlike others.

I have done 6 servicing of my vehicle 4 free and 2 paid. Untill the 5th servicing my vehicle was as it is purchased but after the 6th servicing it is in a pathetic condition and the feel of a RE ride is dead. In the 6th servicing I have paid Rs.5500. For servicing , disc change, AMC, wheel balancing, rear small light replacement.

After servicing I have received my vehicle and ride it for 100 km it was back to it's poor condition. I have tried to reach the service centre people of SIDDH AUTO but I failed as they didn't respond and no one was ready to listen and help me out.

I have placed a complaint to RE with complaint ID- CCSHOC181914397. After complaint, the service people from SIDDH AUTO have called me and they took my vehicle for re-servicing and solving my issue which I highlighted in the complaint . They gave me a bill of RS.4702 at first through SMS and when I asked for this charges which were too high the corrected it and sent me a SMS of RS 3189 which is high too. I am very pissed off with this very unprofessional way of working and doubt on service, customer centricity and quality of RE.

I want to know that as compared to other companies in market is RE so poor in quality of parts and services of it's ride or is this the service centre authorized by RE who is doing the damge to it's brand loyality. I have used three vehicles till date but have never heard of Changing any part of vehicle specially the "Chain Socket" withing 1 year of purchase, which I am facing now with RE.

I want a resolution to my issue asap and I will definitely share this incident on other media's too. "VERY UNEXPECTED AND HURTING".

Hi Team,
I had given my classic 350 at your service center Bangalore, yesterday. its just been 11 months since I bought this bullet and despite having the warranty the service center denies to consider the warranty. However, I had Agreed to get the service done with at an extra cost, yet the problem has not been resolved. post service the bullet still continues to vibrate when it reaches a speed of 60kmph, engine makes a sound while riding.

I sincerely feel this service has not made any improvement, further will look forward for the same to be corrected at the earliest.

Also being an authorized Royal enfield service center why do you deny to consider the warranty? kindly look into the matter and advice.

Customer care numbers are not working! Lots of cheating and will definitely not recommend.
