I was booking ticket from Pune to dewas on 20th sept the payment has been charged from my account twice i.e., 2590(1295+1295) but the ticket was not allotted to me hence the booking got unsuccessful and I didn't got the refund till yet which according to the app policy is 5 day Maximum.
