Hi team,

On 13th of Jan 2018 I gave my vehicle for chain socket change and while servicing they didn't tight the rear disk, due to which I met with an accident and this is not the first time I'm facing this, previously they hadn't properly tighten the gear box and due to which I was about to meet with accident that time also.

Is this the way your service provider provides services to us? Is there no value for customers or there life?

I want complete renumeration and my vehicle to be checked completely.

I would like to get the feedback. If this is the way, will we recommend anyone to purchase TVS motor vehicles? I would like to get in touch with the main manager, please reply with his contact details.

And I would like to complain this to police and file a case in consumer court regarding the negligence that you people are providing towards customers and there life.

I purchased TVS Star city+ in August 2018 from Choudhary motors manesar, but now it's engine is not working properly. Your agency did not give any satisfaction reason, your agency is not value of customer. I give suggestions all customers that they never buy TVs products. All products is very bad. , Service is very bad, service employee behaviour is very bad.

From 1st service onwards there is trouble in gear box and engine every time I'll tell service person about the problem and while after service vehicle delivery they will tell everything is good now we solved the problem in bike but after a week same problem.

Till now 2 times in service they changed the gear box n now i can blue smoke coming out n this I'll to service person means they are telling it's engine oil problem. If no one will respond to me means I'll burn my bike in front of TVS head office n I'll post in social media about vehicle, service, your responsibility towards customer.

Very bad experience with this company and also i don't suggest to other person for purchase any product of tvs motor. because company representative doesn't respond regarding complain.

First of all let me introduce my self as one of the employees of TVS group of company. I am working in TVS Sundram Fasteners Ltd (Autolec Divsion – one of your suppliers) as manager Finance.

I have purchased one new TVS Scooty Zest (Blue Matt) around two months back from SVS Motors, Ambattur, Chennai. Since the day one I purchased, I am facing so many problems in that vehicle. The very first day I took delivery & driving to my home, the rear tyre was already punctured and which they did not notice & delivered the vehicle by managing some how by filling the air which I did not know. While making pooja for the new vehicle in my home only I found that the tyre was with much low air pressure and which is faulty one. And then, the next day they replaced the tyre. And then I started facing problem in Fuel indicator which they corrected / repaired 2 -3 times and still the day before yesterday, again I faced the same problem. The fuel indicator is showing as if the tank is full. But as said, on the day before yesterday, I had gone some long driving say about 30 Kms. and I was believing the fuel indicator which shows petrol tank is full for more than 75% of tank. But actually the petrol was fully emptied and the vehicle got stopped on middle of the road and I pushed vehicle manually for about 2 - 3 KM to put petrol. And now today (14.09.2018) my vehicle is again with SVS Motors' service centre with same complaint. I believed that TVS Motors will have proper control over the dealers in-terms of customer satisfaction so as to enable TVS Motors to retain the customers and also to expand the market share. But the way your dealer (SVS Motors, Amabttur) handles the customer will , I am sure, make TVS Motors to loos the customers and which will lead to loos the market share in two wheeler, especially in Ambattur.

As I am belonging to TVS group, I feel it is my responsibility to bring this kind of problem to your company. One step further, I could write a mail to your CMD Mr. Venusrinivasan which I do not want to happen now. But if your dealer continues the same sort of customer handling I am left with no other choices except two i.e., going to Consumer Forum for addressing my issue and writing mail to Mr. Venu Srinivasan, the CMD of TVS Motors.

Hope, by seeing this complaint, you will escalate this issue & will convey your strong dis-satisfaction to SVS Motors, Ambattur and will sort out my issue / problems permanently.

Dear CEO,

This complaint regarding your foreman, supervisor, manager and other team member of your new Gs Tvs branch Vijayanagar Ghaziabad.

All member of this branch is totally uneducated, inexperienced and totally irresponsible. They are tried to repair vehicle, if vehicle is good than they fault in them than they will extra charge to the customer. My Scooty is short in wire, they don't know what is the fault exactly than they told to me change your meter, wiring and etc and charged a lot of extra money. After that I did my service outside than in short of money service completely done.

I hope so you have to close your this service center or try to replace your unusable member, who have no experience.
