Worst customer service
I have forget my MPIN for net banking and i went to the nearest branch. The staff inside is so irresponsible that they dont even think to help the customer and things went very wrong when your customer care no. is not available. please improve ur customer service.

Yah definitely you will get a passbook but your digitally statement on receiving email and SMS will closed on registered mobile number, every time you need to visit bank branch for update of passbook.

Customer care did not connect to a representative. How can i clear my doubts and i spend 20 rupees balance, still no response from customer care, very bad service.
