DECLARATION IN CASE OF TRANSFEROR INITIATED CALL

I, kanchu babu hereby affirm that I have read Tata Sky’s policy with regard to transfer of Tata Sky connection/s and subject to the terms and conditions therein, wish to transfer/accept transfer of the Tata Sky connection with subscription account no. 1283273660 in the name of Mr.Kanchu Babu residing at SPL-D1233 kunavaram colony manuguru [507125] bhadardri kothagudem telangana to be transferred in the name of Mr.Karri Nageswar rao residing at SPL-D1241 kunavaram colony manuguru [507125] bhadardri kothagudem telangana. who has agreed to the same.

I have no objection to the said transfer and agree to pay Tata Sky the applicable service charges which may be debited from the subscription account.

On the basis of the foregoing, I hereby waive and release Tata Sky from any and all claims, damages, liability and/or costs of whatever kind, that may arise out of or that are related in any way to the transfer of the Subscription Account as stated above.

I am sorry to say you have trained staff but trained as monkeys because they r the only living beings who keep on repeating the same thing again and again. All they can say is the procedure required for recharging. For any question asked of them their answer is repeating of the procedure. Are they not allowed to answer a direct question or they don't use their brain to answer the said question.

If the bosses of this company are reading this message I would like them to answer a few of my direct questions.

To be truthful I thought only I was facing this problem with their staff but after opening this site and going through afew of the remarks I realize I am not alone.

My tata sky ID no 1049200023 and my request for service complaint no is 173UYSJ5. I have 2 Tatasky box but last 3 weeks my 2nd box/ TV is not working because of heavy rains. I am only using one Tatasky box. My primary tata sky box no 854011729332 is Not being used but my 2nd Box 612296205323 which is updated box with recording facility is the only being used( and is Now my one and only primary tata sky box) is the only one being used.

I had telephonically requested that since I am only using one tata sky box no 6122962053323 my package should be charged for only one box and a rebate of Rs 250 be shown in my balance account. Further since I have difficulty in receiving calls in my airtel mobile no 9910246625 in Mussoorie Hill station where I live your agent can contact me in my land line no 0136 263 0398. I am getting missed calls from you but it does not connect when I call back. I have trying to get this rectified since 18 Aug 2018 and as of date am NOT getting my problem rectified and am unnecessary paying for 2 boxes. Please rectify the problem to my satisfaction and inform me in my LANDLINE at the above no namely 0135 263 0398. I.am not happy running around the bush for a simple, minor issue of this kind which is reflects badly on Tata sky, more so since I have been a customer of long standing. Thanking you.

I had done annual recharge on 18th May 2018. Next recharge was due on 23 Apr 2019. I had taken a photo of the TV display then . Now I am getting a notice that recharge is due today o6 Sep 2018. Please reconcile and ensure that the reception is Not disrupted. Hoping for your immediate attention.

I have requested for activation of my multiple connection 4 days back and it has not been done yet. M calling up customer care daily twice but nothing has been done. I would like to know whether the problem can be solved or not and if not I would like toh remove the connection and would take both new connections for other service provider. ID 1063-550162

My id 1020281497, set box replaced on dt.24/04/2018 and paid rs.1000/-, POS-Paytm, vid WO No.14G30RT & 14HONYTW, Dt.21/04/2018. It stopped working since dt.10/09/2018,22.30 hrs, and displaying message on TV screen as CLOUDY WEATHER, even here no rain since long. Pl arrange to get service for the fault arisen in my replaced setup box no. 867214127039, NDS NO. 5281837484117399, STB Mode-DS 729TAT.

I recharge my A/c but it wrongly deposited to other A/c. what can i do?

I was given a special offer of Rs.13860/- for the Renewal and activation of PLATINUM HD PACKAGE for 2 years. I was told to pay Rs.13501/- yesterday afternoon as there was some balance in my account. I paid Rs13510/- and again Rs.20/- and then Rs.50/-. I got a call from your office at around 5.30PM that they are activating the required package. Instead of PlatinumHD package, Ultra Monthly package was activated.

On my repeated requests at your customer care instead of activating they say the complained has been taken and wait. Yesterday at10.30PM I was told that the activation will be done at 12 midnight but still no response and they are charging for Ultra monthly on daily basis. This is causing great inconvenience. They have given Complaint no. as 17OFAXFN but no resolution. SURPRISING. How much more I have to wait. Please get the activation done.

I am from Andaman and Nicobar Island, I have a connection of tatasky since last two years but every six month it needs software update but the GSAT-10 VTP unable to download the software due to vertical position. if you update software through vertical position then we easily update our set top box
In Andaman near about 4500 connection. please look up the matter seriously.

Representative from Tata Sky visited & collected Rs 2420/- by debit card on 25th Sept 18. Activated today. The plan offered by your representative is Dhamal Mix pack + Dhamal Mix HD @ Rs 140pm in case of annual subscription or @ Rs 220/- pm for monthly subscription.

I have discontinued my current Videocon D2H connection & subscribed Tata Sky.

Surprisingly after the activation your customer care representatives are not accepting such type of offer give by your mktg rep.

Kindly resolve this issue asap. I can send photo copy of form.
