I am very old consumer for hero i am purchased new bike deluxe in Uttar pradesh in shama auto sales 1 month back but still not received bike related any documents. please take action mobile no is 9604965427.

I have come to shama auto sale hero service center but service is very poor. they take 5 hour for bike servicing without washing and then service is too late, it's very poor service. why customer like me purchased hero it's zero...in future I will NEVR buy hero products.

Hi I brought new Hero Duet scooter last June, but it has very bad mileage, it gives only 30km/LTR. I didn't see such a worst scooter, it's waste of money. Service is also very poor no much changes after each service of my bike. I want my money back very much disappointed with ur company scooter, why do u sale such worst products sir if u do not satisfy the customer.

Very poor customer service from hero dealer. Shree Balaji Automobiles Roorkee road Muzaffar Nagar City Muzaffarnagar 251002 Near police chowki 9720111910. did not provide complete accessories with the bike n overprice. Pathetic customer services from the dealer.

I have purchased a new bike hero slender plus but bike response not good. Some 500 km bike engine was noise and bike clincher white pollution and next day , I am go to company service major then service major asking me your bike engine fully repair. Plz frd not purchased new slender plus.

I am using hero extreme sports single disc bike. past saturday i am give for service to your service center because my bike is pulling one side. when said its a tire problem. i having doubt why its pulling in one side.

Hero agency sirsa haryana deep motors ki services me dhoka dhadi customer se chain lock ke 20 or lever ke 70 rs extra charge. warranty period me bhi najayaj vasuli or rasid bhi nahi dete.

This is bad customers Service and bad language. Feku company and bad hero showroom services. My contact No.7057810911.

Dear sir I am Dinesh singh,serving in indian army,now posted in Jalahalli Bangalore.I buy a scooter Mestro Edge in Nov 2017,after one weak I complained in Jalahalli cross Hero service center to service manager Tirupati babu for very less mileage ie 30 km per Ltr,but he telling me after first service it will be active 45 km per ltr,after first service the mileage is same ie 30 km per ltr,i again complained to Mr Tirupati babu,he till me again milage will achieve after second service,but after second service it is same, mileage problem not solved.after 3rd service milage is same 30 km per ltr. No action taken by service manager till date for solve of milage problem.

I reported many time in service centre Jalahalli cross but no action taken by your service manager.when I go to buy the scooter your sales man say the milage is 55 km per ltr.when I say to Mr Tirupati babu ,your sales man say the milage of the Mestro Edge is 50 to 55 km per ltr, he is saying to me I don't know what are the sales man say. i am fedeup with your service. so please take the matter seriously other wise I will go to consumer court.

On 24/12/2017 I purchased HF Deluxe from Satyam Automobile, Chandpara, North24Parganas, WB, PIN743245. Engine No-HA11ENH9M05100, Chassis No-MBLHAR231H9M14200. After purchasing I have faced clutch switch problem. It has been changed on 27/08/2018, but found the problem intact. Why I have to face the problem so long?-Ph-9333325434.

I buy maestro bike from samrat motors. Dealership service not good, all staff not well educated no any manners how to communicate with customer and finance department ms.Rohini not given proper information not an any person present at delivery time. Rohini behavior not good, no one can help to customer. My decision was wrong to select samrat motors to purchase new bike.

I have hero duet 1 month old, very high mileage in this scooter. Now is getting 30km/liter mileage. I request you to resolve this problem. Plz do the helpful as soon as possible. Mo. 8735814397.

I face the problem to start the hero duet scooty. I purchased it last (Oct.,2018). I purchased it from nanda motors hero agency at sirhind. I am facing lot of problems. Sometimes it cannot start even not by kick. Sometimes light is not seen in its meter, then it cannot be started. I made a lot of complaints regarding these problems at speedways hero agency at Amritsar. They doesn't give me positive response. They just give me solution of just time being. Again after some days same problems are arrived.when I again give a complaint to speedways agency,then they kept my scooter and charge its battery and return it to me on next day. I asked them to replace my scooter' s battery still it's under warranty. But they doesn't give me positive response. Kindly resolve my problem.

Hi, I am more than 3 years old hero customer. My bike is in the service center from morning 10am but its servicing is not started till 4pm in the evening. Your mechanic staff is not working at all. Atleast complete the work in the same way as they are charging for it. Hero company is completely dabba. Is company ko band kr dena chahiye.. Jab gadi hi sahi nhi rhta to naam bada rkhne s ky matlab.

My splendor ismart bike is one year old but problem is millage issue. Starting problem when i am riding 45 to 60 speed bike engine stop.

My name is parvez 9639048840, My new bike splendor+ service is very bad and late bike delivary was given. Delivery time was 5:30 but the bike was delivered at 7:30. I am not happy and I do not suggest other person hero bike.
