Due to inferior quality of studs & nuts (part nos 902 & 920) used, motor was disengaged between pump and HDPE delivery pipe with d.O. we are suffering a lot due to motor was dropped to the bottom of tube well 440 ft deep.

My new projects start was with your submersible pump n its not working. the electrician then took it out n separated the motor n tried it out n it was running but when attached to pump n put in the bore well its not working as if the load of pump is too much for it.

Purchased submersible pump on 27.8.15 vide invoice 459, still under trial for proper water supply, but motor not working and dealer is not giving support for the replacement of the same (Dealer RK Projects pvt Ltd.) I have purchase a new KSB 10 hp low voltage submersible pump. It taks high ampears, heats to wire and not operated by 15 hp LTLK starter (MK1 relay 13-22). kindly tell us the minimum and maximum voltage needed by pump and suggest suitable relay/hp for starter used.

My pump is not working at the voltage 240 and it is working only 200-230 voltage good working at 220 v. when voltage reach 240 V your starter close the pump after 2 -3 minutes, pl suggests me what i will do at this time when voltage go above 230 v. i am also try with voltage stabilizer not success.

We deeply disappointed from an reputed company, pressure pumps problem has not been solved for the last 4 months. like this kind of service provided by KSB pumps Bangalore. senneta hotel - Thiruvallur.

The pump motor 1 hp is not working due to no electrical supply from cable socket / plug pins are loosen. There is service center in kanpur, U.P. So kindly do needful for repairing.

We have purchase 4 pump of 12.5 HP & 7.5 HP two each on February 06, 2016. All of pumps are not working. Very Poor response from company as well as their dealer .

I purchased ksb submersible pump 7.5 hp in 3 month ago but motor not working.

400 voltage ----- good work
300 voltage ------- very low work

Water releasing is very slow . Texmo motor is good work in 200 - 400 voltage. it is good supply of water in 200 voltage but ksb motor not working it.

My new KSB Pump 1 HP Motor was not working properly after 15th day of purchase. I complaint to the service center in every week moreover after complaint the service center technician responding in late & Un-efficient manner. For that reason every week we have to beg to service center to visit my home. Therefore requesting KSB to change the pump with the new one and to instruct the service center to respond in urgent basis.

We purchased submersible pump set from Amravati dealer. Unfortunately it's motor burnt out after installation of 8 Days. Now we want to claim its warranty.

I have installed my Ksb submersible pump in month of April but borewell company did not give me any bill and now refusing to give service. How can I generate duplicate bill for my pump? I have serial number but two numbers are missing due to handling of pump in borewell. Last four digits number I have.

Hey people these people are selling fake products and don't accepts their own faults. We bought a 6 HP motor and got out of work 3 times in three times and their Jaipur branch people talk like we customers are having no value for them. Very disappointed with this companies services.

Pump not working , many times complain to authorised dealer, but nothing response. pl.send me your mobile no so, I clerify my complain.

In my location there are many KSB motors installed but its difficult to find its spare parts. The people at Aurangabad service station dont give any response. Due to this my motor is not used.

I purchased a open well submersible pump on 11.04.2018,and fitted on 12.04.2018 but on 17.04.2018 the pump stopped working.

Wrost ever design for above pump model i had seen in all my working experience. to bad design for gland pusher and impeller broken within 6 month when we dismantled, no step and lock provide for bearing locking.

In Lucknow 1.1kw pump installed in bore failed within 3yr. I want to replace water cool to oil cool on cost of difference payment is any provision for above.

I have purchased mono block pump from M/s. Meerath Macinery Store, Old G.T. Road Palwal-121102 (Haryana) vide invoice number 1618 dated 29.03.2019. The same is not functioning well and gets heat up within 10 minutes of running which needs to be restored immediately at House No.-01, Mohalla Jaindipura, Sohna Road Palwal-121102. In this regard, kindly refer my registered service request number SR 1904013S0003.

We are using solar pump but impaler broken and dealer come but not help and support. dealer man is a not check and talk about this pump, replace all sat of ksb pump . The control panel ammeter burnt twice and have to repair is this the issue because of pump or bad control panel.

We have purchased -15No's of KSB from M/s Deraz Engineers from Hyderabad vide invoice no:362002328 Dated: 28.12.2020) for our process purpose. Out of 15 two numbers aren't working well due to failure of mechanical seal.

Regarding this we complained to Deraz Engineers on 05.07.2021 and requested them several times regarding the issue but in vain.

We purchased KSB pumps because of brand value but the service of your dealer is very poor. So please look in to the matter and resolve the problem immediately.

I purchased new 3 phase 7.5 HP solar submersible pump from KSB Ltd on 24th Apr 24. 15 days later after installation pump and motor become unservicible. I registered complaint to KSB on 15 jun 24. 20 days have passed, still waiting for my pump and motor get serviceable. Very inferior quality product and very poor response from the firm. I recommend other not to purchase such type of poor quality product and save your money.
