I had purchased a wrist watch on May'17. After three months the Gold plating got faded. I approached the titan's service center for repair of the watch on 29/07/2017 and was asked to collect the watch after 30 days. When i called them after 35 days, it was surprise to know that the watch wasn't repairable and offered me to replace the watch a voucher.

Kindly explain me for the below mentioned queries
1. In this latest world, it took 1 month to check whether the watch can't be repairable.
2.That too nobody responded before my call after 35 days
3. After 55 day also, nobody turned up for this issue

Why I had been forced to face this type of unprofessional care by TITAN ?

We bought watch from Titan and one day after it stops and start without any manual interference. We gave for service, and it was told us repair will take one month. When we went after one month, on confirmation we were told they could not locate the watch. Come next day.... very pathetic service. Not at all happy.

I have purchased a lady wrist watch one year back vide model no NH9716BM01A dtd 27 apr 2017for an amoun of rs 4495/= from A retail unit of tital Cp Ltd Mahagun meyro mall shop no 119 First floor Vaishali Ghziabad 201010. But it unfortunate to say that this watch has not shown the correct time till today ( after being repaired twice during the last one year. Having the warranty of two year). this watch has a special sentiment for me as it was gifted by my daughter on her first pay.

It seems this watch has some unrepairable fault. hence it is requested to exchange this watch at the earliest. my mobile no is 08826459514 (ghaziabad, uttar pradesh).

Dear Service Manager, Head of Titan watches

On 02-01-2018, i deposited my watch at Titan outlet (World of Titan), R G Baruah Complex, K B Road, Jorhat for repair of my Octane Watch. Problem registered was - "Pin cut out".

The representative possibly could not reject the repair request of the defective watch because at the same moment, i had purchased a new watch for my wife. We were advised to enquire about the request, the following week. Every week, we were told that status is not known and the general reply was that they will revert back in another hour.

Since, then, i have been doing regular follow up. But sadly, this has not changed the approach of the local outlet at Jorhat. Today on 05.03.2018, when I enquired about the status of the repair job, they weren't even able to track the status. Evidently annoyed, i communicated my grievances to the contact no.s available in the repair slip. I wasn't expecting any confirmation call so i rang up the service outlet contact no. after an hour.

Today, due to the escalation and altercation with the local representative of the "World of Titan" Jorhat, I have been told that the watch is ir-repairable and is being returned back from their works.

It has been a casual approach from the Titan outlet at Jorhat, where in service related issues are not addressed properly. I had also tried to deposit my watch prior to 02/01/2018. However, then my request was not entertained by the local Servicing Team of Titan. I was told that we don't address minor issues and was advised to get the watch attended through local watch service outlets.

This evidently underlines the statement that the particular Titan showroom has tarnished the image of Titan and customer grievances has been not attended. moreover, customer has been ill treated and harassed for the last two months. When the customer has lost patience, the particular showroom has shown arrogance by informing that the watch cannot be repaired.

Sorry to state, but this kind of service and attitude was not expected from Titan.

I got a battery replaced from M/S Sagar Traders, F-405, Vijay Block, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. I was charged as under;

Battery SR626SM – Price > Rs 50 ; Labour Charges > Rs 50
Battery SR721SW/362 – Price > Rs 55 ; Labour Charges > Rs 100

This is shocking. For one battery, the labour charge is Rs 50 and for other it is Rs 100. (Any watch repair shop will replace the battery without any charges as such). This is cheating the customer. Also it damages the goodwill of the company of the stature of Titan. I have always patronized Titan watches.

I Propose to bring this matter to the notice of Competition Appellate Tribunal Ministry of Corporate Affairs, MRTP House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110011 for protection of consumer rights.

Hi Sir,

Regarding the above complaint number, I have purchase a Titan watch (NE291NL02) on 23rd Jan. And it started discolouring strap within 2 month, I raised a request on 3rd May & still waiting for the response from the company.

In between several time I have called to your customer care & getting a same response that "Back end team is working on the issue", so may I know how long it will take to fix? I believe the when the back end team will fix by the time the warranty will be over.

I have given my Xylys CHRONOGRAPH SWISS MADE J855 watch to Ernakulam Lulu Titan for servicing as it stopped working on 05/01/2018. Until today there was no response from the service center. Today i got my watch back 17/05/2018 the staff told that the watch is fixed and everything is perfect. When i reached home i checked my watch and found out that the day notifying needle is not working as well as the two push buttons also not working and the time is getting incorrect all the time, so that i have to adjust it most of the time.

When i gave my watch the only problem is that its not working they told that it is the battery problem and it took 5 months to fix it. This is not the standard of Xylys. I need a reply to my complaint. I give 0 out of 5 rating for the service.

Sir, I bought a Sonata watch from your dealer in Tuty WGC Road on July 16th2017.But within a week it stopped functioning.When I asked for a replacement they changed the battery and gave.

December 1st 2017 when I had to attend an important meeting at Loyola Chennai again the watch stopped functioning.It was very embarrassing for me to attend an important meeting without a watch. When I approached your dealer, I was asked to mail a letter to you. l just can't understand your mentality when we are asked to mail a letter to you, when it's the dealer we are dealing with directly.

Either you replace my watch or refund my amount. I'm a long standing customer totally dissatisfied with your customer care and service. Kindly do the needful at your earliest.

I bought a Titan watch through Tata Cliq . its invoice no;A33933180707A037.Invoice date is Jul 07 2018. description is Titan Analog watch for men, NK 1688KMO2. its hour needle wasnt so accurate so I took it to the World of Titan at Kottayam, Kerala. They accepted the watch, gave me a receipt and said that if it was a serious problem I might be charged.Charging me for a complaint about a watch which is not even a month old, I think is not fair. I should get the watch serviced and repaired free of cost, which is an integral part of the guarantee agreement.

With a heavy heart, I wish to inform you that on December 18, 2016 I had purchased a Titan watch (model NH22144101) from the World of Titan outlet in Chinchwad, Pune.

About a year later, the watch started slowing down. On January 1, 2018 I took it to your outlet for it to be repaired. Thereafter, twice it had to be taken to the service centre. The last time it was sent was on July 26, 2018. This time the watch was returned to me after a month. The watch, I believe was kept under “observation.”

Today, the same problem persists. Since the watch is still under the two year warranty, I insist that it is replaced with a new one. I am sure you will concede this request. The situation warrants it and it will only be fair to do so.

As a customer, we swear by the Tata brand and Tata products are considered to be most reliable. Let there not be a breach of trust. This is my humble request.

I look forward to the problem being solved amicably.

Mujhe nhi pata tha ki Titan ki watch or product itne kharab hote h warna main kabhi galti se bhi ise purchase nhi karta. I have given my watch for service since 2month..they have not return back. What wrong?.. is this way to respect a customer.. still how many days u need ??if you continue same things by expanding days this won't be right!!! hope you return my watch soon from service.

I bought a sonata watch 77045 analog display. However the beep sound of the watch is disabled. Please let me know how could i recover or switch it on back.

Dear Helpdesk team,

I had purchased titan watch mentioned in subject from Doha qatar and unfortunately the glass is broken. I requested the distributor (Domasco) in qatar to place an order for the glass since last 2 months and until now they are not able to fulfill the requirement. They are simply saying the glass cannot be ordered while i had already ordered the same once before and replaced it with them.

I look forward for a guidance from you to make the watch operational. I am attaching the picture for broken glass for reference.
