I am an ex-Army official and presently working in Government of India. I purchased a Bajaj CALENTA 25 litre geyser from Defense Canteen: 4484-Camero, AF Canteen, Subroto Park, New Delhi 110010 on 11.11.2017 vide Cash memo No. 124344. After purchase the representative of the company came to my residence and installed the geyser and checked the working condition of the geyser. On 20th July 2018 the geyser suddenly fell down. It is suspected that the geyser was not properly fixed on the wall and that could be the only reason.

I immediately made a complaint to the customer care number of Bajaj electricals. The complaint number is : 14860628 dated 20.7.2018. After two days the mechanic of the company came and inspected. He said he will report to the company and the company will decide further action. Subsequently, today, 24.7.18 I again made a complaint and the number is: 14897005. I would request you to take immediate action to replace it since the geyser is in warranty period. I shall appreciate an immediate response from you.

Aap ka electric geyser model new shakti liya 15 din huwe hain. jab se lagaya hai 1ganta garam pani mila uske bad pani nahi aa raha hai geyser se. aap logo ki itni ghatiya service hai 3se char martaba complain likhwayi hai abhi tak thik nahi kerne aaya hai. bajaj compny ekdam ghatiya hai aur logo ko hum bolenge bajaj ka koi bhi saman met le. bechne ke time per bahut bate kerenge jeb koi fault aajaye to koi sunwayi nahi.
