Ola service in Guwahati is third class, please avoid ola, one driver today threatened to kill me, his name is Sudip Barua.. dangerous service.

For a ride yesterday (26/8/2018), I had booked the cab with ola one day in advance i was told politely that I had to board within 5 minutes of the arrival of the cab-as per my booking schedule. The driver arrives 10 mins early and after waiting for 5 mins , he just pushes off. This resulted in my not being able to keep up my appointment. Luckily I got another one in a few minutes tiome.

To day again (27/8/2018) I had booked for a cab for a ride at 6-30 A.M., the driver calls me up or rather I called him up 10 mins before the scheduled time , he says he is 6 minutes away , but 5 mins later I get a message from Ola that they are unable to meet my needs.

I call up the customer service anf after painful wait of , what seemed like eternity, 5/6 minutes one executive responds and repeats parrot like responses and says, she would take action against the driver. When I spoke to her boss it was like a bigger parrot replying.

I have been using Ola, in Hyderabad, for a number of years now, but the service/ customer sensitivity has deteriorated vastly. Suggest some drastic action.

My ola post paid amount is due RS.562/- and an amount of RS.599)- was added to my account previously on 10-8-18, which was not adjusted, the amount may be adjusted to the post paid dues.

I have wrongly registered the first ride but support section shows 50 rupees extra on my first ride.

My ola account is blocked after I cancelled the trip. But I had to cancel the trip twice as driver's phone was unavailable & third time the driver refused. This was while I was booking ola auto and I regularly use ola & also have balance. I request you to kindly restart my account.

My account has been debited two times on 28 & 29th august 2018 rs326 & 829. I have call so many times to our partner care to solve these problem but they don't have any answer. so for these 1100 rs I have to come banglore office or what I want to make you sure that bookings made by my car mh04gd2837 is genuine and valid booking. so either reverse my money or show me what fraud my car has done I hope you will response to me very soon thank you.

Why had you blocked my ola account with no reason? 24 hours are over unblock it.

Very bad experience. I booked olacab today at 2.35PM CRN2283953116. driver showed that he has arrived but practically his phone was not reachable for 20 minutes. Which shows that driver HARI PRASAD TIWARY MADE A FOUL PLAY. THIS MATTER MAY BE LOOKED INTO.

I have 1990rs in ola but now i want to transfer that money my account. we have option add money... when we click add money ola not wants kyc doc. when we want to transfer money to our acc, ola wants kyc docs and customer care number not reachable. I have paid ola 740 on 05.10.18 . But it is not updated...n asking me to pay again.

Though I have paid cash to the driver for the rides, Ola utilised my wallet money of Rs.200/- and this was brought to the notice of Ola. Requested them to credit my money back into my account but they have not taken any action. It seems that Ola is very happy to utilise the customer's money for their personal purposes.

I have paid 760 for only 11 km.driver cannot explain about this.and does say anything u have to pay So much money for this ride because reason is??? so plz settle my amount.

We can never rely on Ola when u require them.
1. Their drivers cancel the ride at their whims and fancies. No action taken by Ola.
2. Drivers are rude and threaten to beat you.
3. Ride is booked. And then it gets deleted from the transactions.

I have recorded messages of atleast 5 cases in the past 10 days. But Ola does not seem to be bothered. Maybe they have grown too big to bother.

I wish to post these recordings in the the social site so as to let the customers know how Ola and its drivers behave.

I am from mumbai. On august month i booked a ride from my house. After a minutes the cabbie cancelled the trip without call or without message. Check my booked date and all in details. Now i cant book the cab because it is showing pending cancellation rs 50/. I WILL NEVER GOING TO PAY BECAUSE ITS NOT MY FAULT, CABBIE ONLY CANCELLED IT AND I WAS LATE BY HIM ONLY THAT DAY FOR SOME FUNCTION. So kindly refund my 50/. Else i will wait for some days and take my final decision. aIm sending my copy of cancellation also, check it and atleast do reply me.

I faced this issue twice. My money got debited from bank but did not update the ola money. 14/10/2018 i recharged 200 but it got failed and 15/10/2018 i recharged 40rs and that also got failed but money is debited from bank on both days. I am trying to contact ola support , but they're just giving suggestions than telling how to reach up to ola and raise a ticket. I need the issue to be resolved soon and refund my money 240 rs.

Why my Ola account was suspended, there was no valid reason given. This is not fair to us customers that you ban users randomly on your wishes. If this goes on i dont know how many will use your service.

Please deactivate my credit limit forthwith.
Reason: some of your drivers.. particularly auto drivers are demanding cash, resorting to booking cancellation.. as if we refused the ridw after coming to location. there by cancellation charges are levied on us. And we have to again search for another cab / auto.

Ola is cheating the public, as the drivers are arrogant and rowdies, scoundrel, who cheat, who threaten the public. Ola must be banned, intermediately as well its threat to the society. Ola is becoming a threat as well a big mafia, by these drivers and who are becoming rowdies, and snatching money, threat to society. The govt must ban these ola activity which is looting society, with bogus digital marketing and as well hiring the rowdies as drivers, who are threat, and who can be even rowdies, as well terrorist,,,like drivers why ola is not looking into all these, as well this has become the threat to society.

I came by Ola at 6 pm from ghodasar to Eskom temple ramdev agar .During booking rent shows 171 Rs. While reached to destination price shows in driver mobile 213 Rs. Which is higher then regular price. How Ola did this? It's purely froud by Ola team. Ola is very cheap. Dont travel by Ola .

KA01AH 8045 phone no. 07032461403 , He (driver) called me asked me for OTP no. then denied to tell him, then he said that if I ll give the OTP no. then only he can see the navigation , So I have given the OTP no. after giving him OTP , he is not receiving my calls, from past one hour he is just cutting my calls, then I thought to complain against the driver so got the number from google 08067350900, and I called several times to this number as well, no one has received yet.

This is something very disgusting think happen with me, this driver is not cancelling the booking as well , he is waiting for me to cancel, and if I cancel this booking there will be some cancellation charges are applicable.

Kindly take this issue in High authority.
