I received the wrong product and I tried contacting the customer service number many times but there was no response. I just want my money back.

Today I ordered sweat silm belt. Which is very small not comfortable. Change this product otherwise, I never use filpkart and I'll help social networking.

I purchased vivo v9 through flipkart portal and in same I find difference in display screen with other vivo V9. I escalated the issue with customer care and they send technician and also technician person accept the fault but till the time I am not getting support from Flipkart and hence they are not ready to replace which is really unprofessional behaviour of such well known brand. I escalated the issue twice.

Kindly consider and take necessary step against the grievance because I don't want to spoil the brand image of flipkart and vivo.

I have ordered for an weighing machine and it should have been delivered by 13th august this year.But it was not still delivered.When we contacted them they told that they had called us, but actually they didnt. Not only that they had cancelled the order and had sent back the machine. They were irresponsible and also told lies that they contacted me. Therefore,we are cancelling the order and placing a new order. We request the company to take serious action against the courier company, and also to make sure that such things will not happen in the future.

I have bought a VIVO V9(Pearl black-Golden line, 64GB) mobile phone @RS 20,900 on 9th Aug'18 in No cost EMI on credit cards offer. Flipkart give discount of Rs.1094 as a interest wavier off at Rate of interest@13% for 9 months after excluding Rs.1094 from actual price of phone i.e. Rs 20,900. I made a payment of Rs 19,896 . But the amount Rs 19,896 is not converted in EMI's, when i called to My RBL bank credit cards they said that your EMI is not converted from Merchant side (Flipkart). when i trying to convert amount Rs. 19,896 they charged higher Rate of interest @21% for 9 months +Rs. 299 processing fees . According to that the mobile phone cost will goes more than Rs. 22,000 which wrong. I have locked complaint against the same on 13th Aug'18 but after too many reminders or request to Flipkart, there is no solution provided to me. my credit card payment due date is just about to reach in 2-3 days and the amount Rs.19,896 is stand in statement. i am not able to pay the whole amount in one time that's why i bought a product from flipkart on no cost EMI but Flipkart have false commitment.

I am very much disappointing with Flipkart. After so many follow ups, there no solution provided by Flipkart even single person is not contacting with me till date.

Against Order : OD113138161625364000 , Product : Samsung 275 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Refrigerator on 17th August I have paid Rs.26,498.00 through BajajFin but Flipkart not able to deliver product in time, so I cancelled my order and claim my refund but my amount not refund till now.

My finanser m/s BajajFin will deduct money from my bank account from 02.09.2018 on-words.

We already informed your representative and she assured me refund will be initiated and will reflect in my account before 02.09.2018. Kindly confirm.

I have ordered "Honor 7N" phone, received on 28 Aug 2018. The item was defective, I'm facing issue with battery backup and charging time. Phone is taking too long to charge and draining very fast.

I have raised return request on 31 August 2018, and also had a telephonic conversation with customer care support executive.

Technician visit is scheduled for today, but now its showing cancelled.
could you please tell who cancelled request and when technician will visit??
Also please explain what is the process to replace the defective item??

I'm facing such a horrible experience with flipkart for the very first time. If you guys are not able to provide support for defective items then please don't sell.

Dear Flipkart customer care,

We have purchased Luminous Rapid Charge 1650VA /12V Single battery Square Wave Inverter which was delivered on 22nd Aug 2018. The order of this item was OD113120548327414000.

We called the electrician to install the inverter on same day. But electrician informed that there is no output from inverter. We immediately opened flipkart application and put return of this product which was duly accepted on 22nd Aug 2018 itself. Two times the courier people came but not picked saying this package is big and they bought only two wheeler and four vehicle is required for this pickup.

The site shows that return order will be picked by 3rd sep 2018. Today the site shows, my return order number Return ID was 12201318112072661780 is cancelled. Why such a bad practice by Flipkart where bad products delivered. We are awaiting fast the response from your end.

Just wanted to inform you that flipkart customer care service is useless. I raised a missing product complaint as I was supposed to receive 2 products but received only one. When I called Customer Care. I was told that I will get a mail or call from flipkart enquiring about that. I never received any form of communication from Flipkart but in Flipkart account it showed that problem is resolved. I raised complaint again and again but nothing happened.

What I understood is -
- It is basically useless to raise a complaint with Flipkart because you can be assured that problem will not be solved.
- Flipkart never bothers to call or email customer when complaint is raised.
- They just close the issue even without contacting customer.
- Flipkart never bothers to follow up with customer to check if the problem is solved.
- Flipkart cheats customers and they are okay with that.
- They are not ready to rectify their loop holes.
- If you order any product and if you don’t get that product, be assured that your money is gone and don’t waste your time by raising a complaint

I just wanted to inform you how horrible your customer care services are. My money is still with you while I don’t have the product for which I paid money. Since it is only Rs. 699/-, I decided to ignore now because there os no point in wasting time by contacting Flipkart CC again and again when their customer care services are flawed.

I raised complaint on time. Raised complaint again repeatedly on time since Flipkart didn’t solve the problem. Now when I call Customer Care, I get a reply that since time is crossed beyond 72 hrs, they can’t do anything. It is not my fault. It is the fault of Flipkart to close the issue even without contacting me.

Just wanted to convey you that Flipkart cheated me. I placed two more products yesterday. I called customer care today to check with them what did they do with my earlier complaints. After taking to the CC, now I regret for placing orders again on Flipkart, because if I don’t receive them, I will be a fool to get cheated by Flipkart again.
If I am lucky and receive the items I placed yesterday, then the immediate next day I am going to deactivate my Flipkart accounts and will never buy anything on Flipkart in my life time. Losing one customer may be nothing for you. But if you go on cheating customers like this, a day will come, Flipkart cannot survive.

Today I received MI air purifier and it is defective one also it was not packed as shown in booklet. I tried to connect to mobile app but it cant find the purifier. I called to flipkart and then MI customer care, they informed it is defective. I again called to flipkart for replacement or refund but they rejected refund request also cant raise replacement request due to their software technical issue. I tried from mobile app and via website but replacement request cant raise.

Not sure what will happen with the product, seems flipkart has become one of the fraud company to start cheat customers.

My ATM Card has been purchased any product 18129 rupees to Flipkart by another person, whose payment has been done with my ATM Card. Whom I have not got any information about Neither did I get any message nor any mail. So I found this information on checking my account. I immediately reported on Flipkart's Customer Care that the transaction of my bank account should be checked. And the information which has been purchased from the Flipkart account should be given to me and the order of that goods can be canceled. So that the bank account that I have taken from my bank account can get me back. I have not received any satisfactory answer to my request. I am calling your customer care from tomorrow morning. I got the answer that your problem will be solved by tomorrow. But there is no solution to my problem. My Complaint Number is IN1809031708318017129.

I ordered a Benetton hard case trolley bag (INR 5600) and I was sent a INR 300 cheap duffle bag. It has been 10 days now and flipkart is still investigating.
