I have very bad experience with Honda, after buying honda Livo one month old bike. Not charging my battery, given to show room now 3rd day they are not given back, I have never seen such showroom in my life. Ambe motors, vrindava garden, ESI hospital Shalimar garden, Sahibabad. UP M 9810110130. Very disappointed by their services. For small issues few days taking.

We bought a new activata 5G, 500km we use it. After one and half month the battery is not using. I brought in S.R.K Honda at udumalpet.

This is my worst experience service center with in 6 month of activa 4g bought. in this 6 month service center people suggested me to change almost every part of activa. break liner 3 nos already changed
and thing that still they suggest me is to change - drum, air filter.

As my knowledge if air filter clean in every 2000 km i think i wont change so early. no proper response. daily i get a call today they called me to there service centre to pick my vehicle and after i reached, they started to tell about damaged parts. after 7 days now they asking permission to change the parts. i refused to changed and asked my vehicle but they neglect i finally i forced them to give vehicle in same condition.

Now i have received my vehicle but never ever to back to this service center and i always suggest people never to buy from honda so that they would save from this worst experience.

My Honda xblade purchase on 20/April/2018.

Now speed meter and rpm meters are showing complaint. Some time the display will appear as half letter and some time it doesn't work. Now I'm not able to know the fuel reading, speed, rpm and time. It is very bad. It is very very shame to Honda this bike is only 4 month old.

Very much disappointed. The brand new less than one week life of the vehicle Honda Activa 5g having starting trouble. The service from the show room located at Guduvanchery is very bad, even repeated report they not solved the problem.

I impression on about honda very poor now. I giving strong recommendation not to buy this vehicle.

Such a 3rd class service is given by Honda showroom. I have visited the service center twice within 3 days. Till now I am facing a problem of chain socket. Within 6 month my new bike becomes a dabba. Last 3 months, I am facing a problem of chain socket. In every 7 days, I have to visit garage. I never suggest my friend for hornet bike.

Honda unicorn 150 EKdm bakwas gadi hai. 5 month me mujhe 2 time compressor problem aya hai aur chain ka problem bhi aya hai. serviceing bhi thik nahi hoti hai gadi ka chain cleaning, clutch settings.. gadi ka part bhi sound krta hai ghar ghar light ka focus bhi bakwas hai.

Before taking the bike all are backside of us and when we take bike from honda company the showroom of latur is so waste i dont like the service. its so bad to be customer of this showroom and company.

Very worst showroom in sivagangai. they will not working properly to the customers....they are so lazy. i bought passion pro about 25days, so far they did not give registration.

JSP Honda Service at Madinaguda is very poor. They do not respect/value customers time. They will call to pick up the bike but after customers come to pick up the two wheeler they will send the vehicle for washing. Customer has to wait one hour.

There will be no attendant to explain what servicing has been done to cross check if the problems reported are really fixed or not. Post servicing, there is no trial run.

Overall the servicing is very pathetic.

Hello Team,

Referring to the attached images of parts replaced, amount billed for Repair since July 2018. It has been 4 times ever since July 2018 that JMD Automobile has not been able to fix the Handle/Body vibration so far.

It has only been only a year, i purchased the vehicle in Sep 2017 with not even 7000 kms clocked yet per attached image. however necessary parts been replaced & still problem not fixed.

Can someone please identify if its a mechanical fix or some RCA identification on parts that is required by Honda in production?

My new unicorn 150 3ed services done. vehicle purchased on 24/04/2018 shymas honda cherthala branch.

Vehicle time chain sound is main problem. I already informed consent branch and submit my vehicle 2 time but no changes showing the service. Engine sound day by day increasing, many time informed shymas alappuzha branch and cherthala branch.

Please guide and suggest a better authorised honda services centre and please solve my complaints.

I have facing problem in my new honda bike model no shine sp 125cc, its second time within 11 months. I am very disappointing, why not company replace engine complete.

The honda bike is waste it has most engine problems... the company service is also useless.

I am not satisfied with honda shine bike, pickup is not good, once bike stopped not pick up properly and balancing problem with handle.

I went on service centre at axis Honda Barra, kanpur. Staff was vey bad Behavier. They did fraud to me. I disappointed to see this. Company should take action to this dealer.

4th service has been done for my Honda CB shine bike, now front wheel disc brake is not working properly after the service and before it was very good. there is 5 years warranty for my bike and service advisor telling me to replace the parts with my cost. please help me contact no:09880653198.

But I found seat pad was broken and shook absorber aren't work properly, So I complaint it. But not taken any action or not to provide any satisfactory services by kamna moter mohania Bihar.

Honda activa 5g 110 price show room on road Rs:63,321.00, but I have taken Rs.70000, showroom people, why 7000 rupees have been extra taken from me, i will FIR on Honda.

r/s i gave my bike to service in (rahul honda karnal). the worst service center in north zone. i have service book of bike but that is useless ..they are taking labour charges, screw tighten, carborator cleaning charges etc.. even that they never give any payment slip for any details..bike purchasing time they give thousands of promise...and after payment they push from store.. bike no is hr08x 9286. i recommend to my friends plz never buy any honda products.

My honda navi is not moving as it use to move. And it give a hard starting in the morning. Which I have went to service centre but no solution. What can I do?
