My jio tv has not been starting for last fifteen days.

Hi sir am rajashekar, my mobile number is 8555893675. today last offer so I am talk to customer care department so he was explained plan to 398 recharge. so I mistakenly online payment but not accept this plan. so please refund my money or that amount process the 3 months plan.

Worst sim. don't buy jio sim i buy jio sim a week ago & the net speed is too poor & Service is also. I complain about internet issue 4 time but no one serious about it & worst sim i hate jio.

Jio is working worst in bhimtal. Net is not working even now the calls are not getting connected. It has became irritating now using it, plz fix it.

I think your system rules is not right Because i try many time of your customer support help line number but they are not satisfied any answer. They have no information for our problem (junior & senior help supporter). Its very bad for us or your other many customers,

Apke care se call karne wale Ko pata nahi hai customer se baat karna. Mene network regarding complain kitni bar kar Chuka hi magar har bar 90 din ka time diya jata he. AJ care se call ane k bad maine kaha ki no band kar du to mujhe bol rhi thi wo mera no band kar degi. Isliye me senior se bat karna chahta hoon.
