I'm Sorry to say your phone is not up to the mark. Kindly Revert with Proper Counter Measure and replace our phone with new hand set.

We have complaint about this issue 2-3 times but no action is being taken from your team. This is such a disappointment for us.

I Have purchased a fridge from flipkart they promised me that it will reach me on 1 august but they delayed after much hassles i got my consignment when i opened the consignment it was damaged from inside I requested for replacement but they replied that a technician will reach my premises and find out what is the problem.In deed a technician arrived and he took the details of the problem and assured me the fridge is damaged and will be replaced. the next day when i opened the order status it said replacement cancelled as the technician has solved the problem. But in reality it cannot be solved replacement is only the solution.
Need help please post this message as others may not not fall into such fraud and harassment.

I purchased a sofa set( Gioteak) through Flipcart. My order No is OD 212414762871651000 dated 26 May 2018. Flipcart informed me that the sofa set would be delivered on 9th July 2018. But it was delivered early, on 26th June itself. On opening one piece, I found, the sofa was without bushes. More importantly the fabric was poor, the workmanship was extremely poor, the finish was crudest. I was utterly disappointed with the product. I contacted Customer care of Flipcart and wanted to return the product. They initially said it is difficult , but then accepted. But after a week or so a person from Flipcart informed over phone that I cannot return the product if the issue was quality. He said quality of the product was not the concern of Flipcart and they rejected my return requests.

The product is too crude and not worth even half the money I paid( 29,000). I tweeted about the issue. Then Flipcart contacted me and again told that they cannot take back on quality issue. So now I am left with a very poor quality product. I want the Flipcart to accept return of the product and return my money. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE ISSUE CAUSED IMMENSE MENTAL AGONY TO ME SINCE I SPENT Rs.29000 of my pension money on a useless product. Kindly help.

I had purchased ivoomi mobile on 25 july 2018 and I got on 2 Aug 2018 but it has battery problem.therefore I want to refund amount of this product.So I requested you please grant my refund.

I have received wrong product of Anti-ageing cream. The cream i have received contains liquid in it and when i request for exchange or return, they told that i can not be returned. If they acn't fulfill the policies they make so why they proposed them.

Sorry to say somebody registered my mobile no but other email id when I will try for registered then put forgot password it shows other email id and same otp come to me by sms. nobody receive the call.

Please immediately remove that email id and if required contact me and block that id at present.

I am from Patna, Bihar , it's third time that your delivery boy sold my cod order. When my parcel was out for delivery and my delivery no. Was off when i call them from other no with pin the call cannot connect and they sold my order and when i check my account it was delivered. Your customer care also don't take any action on it. I want you to check, my pincode is 800003 and my near ekart hub is kankarbagh... And the order is redmi 5a 32gb which is ordered only once a month. I want you to take action or if I will take action then it was very bad.

I was purchased new mobile (red mi note 5 pro) in exchange offer. My old cellphone is MI 5. I am using MI 5 cell phone since December' 16. Even I have never used cellphone wihtout body cover. There is no damage in my cellphone body and no damage in screen. My cellphone was up to date with firmware. During pick up & delivery time, courier boy check the mobile and told me that there is damage in MI 5 and not delivered new cell phone as well as not pick up old one. If you not allow damage on body, its not an issue. But person who used mobile since last 2 years, obviously there may be chance to some minor scratch in body. I am big fan of flipkart. But from today's I will give you assurity, I will never purchase anything from flipkart. Because I am very very very disappointed by this incident. I will aware all my friends, collegues and relatives never purchase from flipkart. Why you have give so much bogus service of mobile exchange?

Do you think anyone purchase one brand new mobile and he/she will never use mobile else put as it is in box. When they purchase new one with exchange offer that time he/she will provide that brand new old box pack cellphone to you.

I am trying to make order for a product with more than one quantity and delivery price is increasing for every no. of quantity which is useless. For the product which you are going to deliver in one pack of same vendor and in the same address why should I pay more delivery charges??? This really make no sense.

I have purchased the Kodak LED TV from Flipkart on 8th October 2017. But it is not working. I have to inform the flipkart & service engineer came & saying parts are not available. So I am waiting for its part till today. I do not want this type LED whose parts are not available. It is under warranty. I am worried when it will be out of warranty so what I shall do of this Kodak LED.

Arrange to send the engineer it is still under warranty.

I ordered Intex mobile on 20th Aug 2018 and delivered me on 22 aug 2018. this is good for in delivery but Flipkart should know how customer will fill if your product received not in working condition (No display and Heat). Flipkart should place them on customer then they know how their customers was unhappy and broken. I think Flipkart should not read only the customer mails but take immediate action /solution and their satisfaction.

I registered a complaint in Flipkart customer care centre (Complaint No.12201317285684877632) I only request you that replace with New Mobile immediate their is no need of your technician for check the mobile. Flipkart should trust your customers fillings.

I am Suraj Singh Bagga, I wanted to mention here that I had a very bad experience with the product I had ordered for i.e Redmi Note 5Pro Gold (64 GB).. I found that product has been some technical issue related MIC is not working properly, and refurbished product sold. Already this handset come with pre loaded song. Feeling shocking ..you cheating with me. While trying to connect with Flipkart customer care with in second day i tries hundred of times but, you gyes are very smart you dont connect my call to customer care. N when i mail @ yours mail id.. Its reply this mail is no longer available...And also same in application when click on return button no drop down selection come ,this is yours 10 days replacement policy make fool all of us block all registered mobile number and mail,when i call n mail from unregistered number you guys reply plz call from registered number, This a very final time to made order on FLIKART, if you are not provide the customer services.

Now I decided to share this on social media.and also take help from consumer court.

Courier boy not delivered my order. but yesterday courier service provider (Ekart) sent a sms that is my order has been delivered. After that i am unable to contact with courier company. still i am not received my order.

I was ordered saregama carvaan product on 23rd Aug. To give gift my sister on raksha bandhan festival but today on 25th Aug i received that product and check it but it's s/w affected n not working so please request to replace it by today only or tomorrow only otherwise refund it.
