Not able to access internet properly.

Your Jio TV app is not opened and not working properly. Except this all are wonderful and good network.

My jio tv is not responding me.. its show oops moment, dont know whats happening.

My jio no is 7909030233.Sir my phone handset is oppo neo 7. My jio TV was shown the picture or videos everyday regularly but from yesterday it was not shown the picture or videos.I uninstall and install this many times but still doesn't work. Sir I kind request you to improve or resolved my problem.

My Jio. SIM No. 7981095321 worked well on internet from 2nd July to 26th July 2018. Suddenly from about 9.00pm on 26th July the internet connection got disrupted. I complained to customer care on 27th July and on 28th July but till date (1-8-2018) the net problem is not solved. Can Jio technical team rectify the problem as soon as possible?

Very poor services from jio company m facing problem slow speed from 1 week which I had complain already in customer care but they are not providing any solution.

I purchased a router (Dongle) on 1st March,2017 and I am using it to my Home PC. I am not using for any thing like jio chat, voice etc on mobile.I have Airtel SIM CARD for my mobile usage. Now a days I will not at my home & the jio usage not so much. Kindly check my data usage.I am staying in my daughter's house and connected with WI-FI. Rarely I will visit my home and try to use the dongle. Previousely the speed was amazing, but now a days speed become very slow, starts Buffering. Example for one or two mts video I have wait for more than ten mts One more information I want give you that the speed reduced constantly few days before every RECHARGE. Today without interest I recharged to R/s 149/- plan. As a jio consumer I have shown my feelings to the concern. PLEASE rectify the Problems I have shared with you and expected to continue as Jio member. Thank you.

Jio network is strong range my area but Jio TV not work , I am call customer care but problem not solve.

Worst service. You only take money never service good. In my area your connection got bad, l complain many time and each time they told me wait some days-wait some days. My money got wasted many.

The OTP no is not receiving in my Jio mobile no. and mail ID whose registered in My Jio App. Please activate the OTP at the earliest.
