Bc kabhi phone pickup nai karte. Itni badhi company bc firb ek admi nahi call receive karne ko f**k off and most important thing sala customer care k koi b number pe call karo bc konsi language bolte h pta ni. Pehle language change karne ka options to do sala totally faltu. PLEASE DONT BUY videocon D2h product worthless product.

I have recharge Rs. 300/ online on 23th July 2018. But balance was not showing and it was disconnected the service. Again I have recharge from my same account for 100 rupees. It was showing balanced and activated. Previous recharge is not showing till now. So, pls look into the matter.

Total waste of money and time with customer support.

Videocon d2h is a looters company. Its rs-300/- plan is only active for 19 days only.

I have been calling ur office for the past 10 days due to a mistake committed by your engineer. Your engineer took 300 rupees of a part replaced and 200 service charge from me as well as debited Rs. 200 from my recharge account of 260 due to which I am facing an insufficient balance error.

Even after making several calls to your office still the problem is not resolved. For the first time I am totally disappointed with your services and you'll have caused me a lot of mental torture. Hope you'll solve my problem soon.

I have shifted house 2 days back and your team member was fix the dish and went after few hours connection was lost and again I will raised the query but till time none are come fix the problem and most wording part your customer care number also not working.... Videocon d2h is very much worst service I have experience.

My customer ID is 168320995. The Videocon service is very very worst. I had replacing simple box to hd box. But not visible hd channels on TV.i had called Videocon customer service but no response received. I request you to return the new box and old box send me.

Worst customer care services... They are saying 24/7 but always issues in contacting customer care. I am going to replace because of this.. Fed up videocon.

Your customer care executive is not able to resolve customer's queries as today i called three times but they are disconnecting call three times. i have trusted on Videocon and i have purchased my 2nd D2H Connection but after today's bad experience i feel to discontinue my both connection.

The matter was i have two connection of Videocon D2H, now latest one (Customer ID: 176735183) is already running but my old connection is not activate but i would like to activate my old connection.

But in view of above thing i feel why i should continue my services with Videocon!

Launched complain on customer care id. Till problem not solved. No reply received even they say "will reply within 24 hours".

The customer care service is worst from.this company... Not any response just waste of time.

I have been losing out on some subscribed channels as peg my package. I am not sure why they have been removed without my knowledge. I have tried all your customer care numbers with no luck. I am moving to another provider to avoid your shitty service!

My sports package is switched off till now. it is coming but after 9pm today only sports package is not available other channels is coming. I was doubt tomorrow ind-pak match because of that's why sports package is switched off, I thinking soo.

Its useless, no one take Videocon D2h service.
