Hi, I am Ranjitsinh from Gujarat Vijapur Dist Mehsana. My complain is about micromax tab still not repaired by company. I had sent them it from last 3.5 month in warranty period.

My phone is Q346 and job sheet no: 31597-0817-29815770 is with the serice center from 21st August. It has not been repaired and returned to me till now. Whenever i call them they keep saying it will take 5 days more, today also they told the same thing. If you dont have to give service then dont give warranty also.

My android phone has got very slow. I have formatted it several times but it didnt solved the problem. Now i am facing problem to even call someone because it hangs again and again.

I had brought my Micromax phone to Mathura service center 2 months ago to update the system. My phone is in warranty and when i showed them they told it is having liquid damage and it will cost money to repair but your system wil be updated free of cost. I refused and told them to give my phone back. Now my phone has stopped working and went to the service center as it is still in warranty period. Earliar they didnt put the seal on the phone after opening it and now they are saying my phone is not in warranty period as there is no seal.

So i want to say its their fault,they neither put the seal back on the phone nor they informed me about it. So please solve my problem immediately.

I have visit our nearest service center Sana mobile, parbhani. my prblm was that my mob was not charging n battery drain v fast. I gv them after 3days they return me mobile but my problem Is still continue, jst before its not charging and start now it start but drain battery only in 5mnt. I go 2 center n they told me to change battery, I hv earlier paid 550 they told me it charged for only diagnosis, now to resolve dz issue they want 950, what's dz Is I didn't any benefit from 550. plz help me.

I give my mobile to micromax service center on 16-11-2017. yesterday evening micromax service center call me and said your phone has repaired come and take your phone. Today morning i gone micromax service center to take my phone.. but when they give me my mobile it was switch off and not working. i told to them that it is not working. they took my phone and said me wait 1 hour. After 1 hour they said it should send to a company. when i give my mobile at first time on 16-11-2017 at that time they said that it should given to a company and after 15 days they told mobile was come back from company and it was repaired but in real it was not repaired.

i want to know that why company send back the unrepaired device? why company not repair my device in 15 days..? now micromax service center tell me it should resend to company. so give me information when my mobile got repair or if it is not reparable. replace me with new one because my mobile is in warranty.

Then we take our mobile to micromax care centre pune. Their staffs are really response to us politely and their service is really excellent. They take only one day to our big damageable mobile. Their service is really awesome and our mobile is perfectly working now and they are put to our mobile original spare parts.

I have purchased micromax E455 mobile about 1 year ago with 9300 Rs. This mobile heating very much. This mobile is only LTE. Whereas in market there are VoLTE phone are available in cheaper price than this phone. Plz upgrade micromax E455 to VOLTE. Also make some solution about its overheating. This phone also stop accepting both sim automatically and also goes to aeroplane mode automatically. I didnt saw such a worst product please make some thing to get it off from its problems.

After going through above mails/ complaints, i also wanted to loge my complaint on this mail ID. My above phone Micromax A311 purchase about 2.5 year back was working perfectly till i placed it in safe custody after removing its battery & sim card as i went outside country for a month. i wanted to reuse the same but to my surprise it was getting switch on but immediately going in safe mode & not working. I sent the phone to service center for repair & checking where i was told that the software has malfunctioned& fresh soft ware will cost appr. RS 600/- for which i gave my approval. Later on i was informed the the PC board of the phone is to be replaced for which Rs 3200 /- will be the charges. If by placing the phone in a cupboard costs you the malfunctioning of your mob. PC board than the Quality of the Product speaks it self.

Sir, In last few months on my micromax mobile phone large numbers of calls do not ring and many SMS are not received. I am facing a lot of problem as many SMS and OTP from my Bankers are and financial istitutions not received. I personally shown it to your service centre at Rohini Sector 16 Delhi. They loaded new software but the phone is still giving lot of problem. After getting frustrated I switched-over the SIM card to JIO phone; after that I am getting calls as well as SMS. This means the problem is with micromax phone itself. Micromax phone is now lting idle. The phone is still under Warranty period. Can you kindly arrange to replace it or arrange to rectify the problem at the earliest possible.

I have very bad experience with micromax service centers. I have given my tab p802 for the change of charging strip. it has been more than ten days and every time the service center says they have not received the charging strip from Delhi office. I wonder if these people are taking so much time in changing the strip??

The service centers wont pick up the land line phones. if you want to follow up you have to take someones number from the office n through them if you want to know the status. it is very disgusting. worst experience... customer care numbers also not responding.

I am Manoj kumar singh from khagual patna bihar. I have buyed micromax dual4 4gb ram and 64 gb rom model no. E4816 from Amazon on dt. 29.6.2019 at 9pm . It is delivered on my home on 3.7.2019 at 11:45am . After 10days it started to become warm and it's battery doesn't give backup and not take charge so immediately I take it to gurhatta at patna city's micromax service centre.then the employeer told to me that call to the micromax Or Amazon company and it will be not repaired here . Then I called at Amazon customer service there they told to call micromax customer service. I told to my whole family, relatives, neighbours not to buy any product of micromax company . I really want to say the company to give me a new mobile that should not be the bad one.
