Asper your guidence given in the broucher i register with MasterCard Secure, but i din't get the OTP no. Now I am not able to book my train ticket.

15-Dec-2018 & 17-Dec-2018 I paid my fees Rs. 600 +600 = Rs.1200 ( Both Fees were paid at the same Requirement And the same registration Number) by Debit card but Unfortunately that Transaction was Failed and the amount was Deducted from my Account. I have the proof that the both Transactions were Failed.

So, I request you to refund my amount as soon as possible.

REQUEST TO RE-CREDIT MY DEBITED AMOUNT OF RS.2000/-. I lost 2000 Rs from my account while using atm. I went to withdraw Rs2000 by Axis atm on 05-07-2019 at about 5 pm from my a/c - 15190100005588 but i did not received my debited amount of Rs.2000/- so far which was deducted from my a/c. How can i get my money, plz help me.

My number is damaged. I changed my phone number. Bank send me all the message on new phone number but Atm card send OTP on old phone number when using atm card for online payment.
