I have sufficient balance in my account for 1st EMI deduction of personal loan. EMI amount not deducted yet and getting notification of penalty of late charge. Please help.

I was at your Vadodara location on Feb. 22nd and made some changes to my account. All forms were duly filled and supporting documents provided. I was assured that upon return to the US I will be provided with
details on the account and email access to login and makes changes and/or deposit funds etc. I am more concerned about the fact that I have to make money deposit to maintain the minimum balance and therefore not be charged maintenance fees.

I have tried to contact the branch managers Ipsita Shrivastava who helped me with the account setup but her number is not in service.

I request you to please assist and reply to this email as all other methods of contact have failed.

I had lein marked on my account for 90000 Rs.When asked, the customer care asked me to visit the branch for resolution.However, the branch did not respond in helpful manner, just with one answer that Central finance team has done that and we do not have any control over the same. Nobody can do this unilaterally, without giving us information by phone or by email.

This is pathetic and in case it is not answered, we will lodgr FIR against the bank.
