I am very much sorry to inform you that we have purchased a LED TV 22" on dated 3/2/2015 vide bill no.2076 from JANTA ELECTRONICS, Salempur chhapra, BIHAR, But I am unsatisfied from your customer service staff to till date. now I am giving in details of my complain and your staff dealing against the delay of service provide to me.

1. first complain-no.0808150125 your technician visited to my home on dated 23/8/15 and clarify by him the panel is not working. again your another technician is visited dated 14/09/2015 and replaced the panel and he also force to me you pay me rs. 3000/= three thousand against the repair charge but i have not paid to any amount to them by fight of discussed. than after two day my TV is not display the picture upto date.

I have logged complain on 26th Oct, 2015 regarding my 30" TV and Technician visited my house and took the snaps. After that there is no update for the same.

I am clearly saying if company not able to resolve the issue before 5th Nov, 2015 I will be going consumer court and also will write to all Sansui and Videocon heads.

This is to inform you that i have purchased a WASHING MACHINE from VIDEOCON dealer at DEOGHAR {JHARKAND} but the portion of MACHINE which is doing the DRY, THE UPPER LID WHICH CLOSING THE DRY PART IS BROKEN but i complain to my dealer regarding it for more than 3 months, but no body from customer care came to repair it. MY MODEL NO IS...PACIFIC BLUE..LS.601S..KSA601P, SHINE STAR, NS6011KS6012, BLUE DLX...KS6011AQUA DLX. Kindly look into the matter for this problem, I could not dry the cloths as the lid is broken so treat the matter urgent, I am going to pay the amount of money for repairing also the price of the upper lid.

I am unsatisfied with your service because I complaint before 15 days of my LED, no response from you and they confused me to give time on time . They promised to give me new LED in exchange of it. So you inform me to any strong solution because my balance deduct and my validity of these days lost. Now you not take any decision I case in consumer court to harassment me.

Service very bad and irresponsibility persons for the service centre in kerla. l have complaint for 22 days before but the complaint was not resolved. please contact my mob no.9744174107.

I read your reply but that complaint not resolve at this time(21/12/2015). you enquire what happend that tv and what resolve that complaint.This is the irresponsibility replay for the company.

Sansui 32in LED I have complained on 12/12/2015, still parts pending also engineer and service centre no one responding. very very worst bad service, if I call call centre they give ASM number Satyanaryan and baskar number Ph 7090779815, 9035004728. both person number given from call centre they also not responding. very very very very very worst service, I request to all people please don't buy Videocon and Sansui products.

This complaint on last month still pending Ban1312150067 no response very poor service 5 to 8 times I complained very bad service. call me 9739780372.

I am not at all satisfied with your product a washing machine. i have purchased it on 15/02/2010. In guarantee period the drum was damaged and drum has been replaced. From the time of purchase it has troubled us a lot i have spent more money on repairing it then the cost of product for every 2- 3 months it gives us trouble. Recently we have replaced P.C.B, suspensors, pressure switch and they took 4300 (four thousand three hundred from us) now the complaint is pcb is in repair drum has been damaged, improper current supply. I am fed up with this repairs all this repairs are due to manufacture defects. So i request you to please exchange my washing machine. Hoping you will soon understand my problem and you will solve it without any troubles Thank you.

My Videocon washing machine not working from last 25 days and i had continuously registered complaints against it but no luck and nor getting a positive response from the service center. Friends do not purchase Videocon products.
