A.C. went on repair for same problem for the 3rd time in six months on 08.07.17 and engineers were finally able to detect the actual fault. This test and trial has costed us thrice where I told that gas refilling will not be borne while rest repair cost I am ready to bear though the same too is not rational. Today is 21.07.17 I.e., 13th day and your co. Is silent over the issue not delivered the rectified product. The said matter is fit to be escalated for consumer redressal where in peak summer the customer is being harassed of a faulty product and poor service. Please call and update on 9818863491.

Carrier ac is not working properly every 15 days we face problem. We buy this ac six months before we are not satisfied. plz replace this.

I had complaint on 18th of Oct regarding my indoor unit coil found leak. I was surprise to know after removing the coil the condition of the coil was worst. I had brought it four to five years back I cant believe within four to five years the condition of the worlds best Cooling company can be like this.

I am highly dissatisfied with your company AC performance. In addition to this in spite of log complaint on 18th oct no one is responding to my complaint. you will surprise to know that in my office I had same problem of indoor unit of your company having coil leakage issue. (it is also five years old unit). I have confirmed that you have use inferior quality of coil in your indoor unit.

I had spend 42000/- (Invertor AC) four years back, my usage of AC is very less mainly use in night. two times I have charged gas 1500+1500, now still asking for 8000/- (New coil). The total cost of my AC gone up to 53000/- . As a customer this is not acceptable to me. Please do the needful.

I heard you nave 1200 distribution center but no one able to response my complaint. I am highly disappoint with your product and your service.

I bought carrier AC and I’m totally disappointed with the product which just broke up in 6 months, they deduct money for emi purchase on time every month. But, free service twice in a year is not checked out time even the scheduled appointments is not covered. They called me 3 times in a weeks and postponed the date and no prior info about canceling the schedule.. every time I went though LOP bcoz of these irresponsible staffs.. staffs are not concerned about customers satisfaction very poor customer service provided on call and direct contact. The staff who came in after numerous cancelled booking(from the company side without notification of cancellation) told the swings flop as been damaged and had to replace it for 450 bugs which completely unbelievable and nonsense.

It’s just been 6 months and you people sell such a low quality plastic made product which is totally scary and 101% not recommended to people who are searching for good AC. The worst thing is staffs who came in to fix the AC initially did not cover the drilled whole properly which lead to a leakage resulting in damaging wallpapers total waste of money causing so much inconvenience and disappointments.. definitely not going to recommend anyone this brand.

I bought 2 ton Inverter 3star Carrier split ac in last week of January. I only used 3-4 times but that time every thing was alright. Now its not even cooling maybe there is a leak or something, plz send me an operator.

I purchase new ac few days ago .it’s not work properly when we complain about it ,service man arrive and says it’s motor is no more and after that no one came to see and repair it. ur service man behavior not good and it’s about four to five days we suffering from that issue in that hot season. We daily call on care and complain about it but no response we find about when the service man came and repair it .plz repair it as soon as possible bcz temperature is very high and not bearable. so plz come as soon as possible

I have a 1.5 carrier split Ac which is under warranty and i have call your toll free number and booked for 2nd free service. After booking the service i got a call from your back end and received a SMS with technician number also informed me that he will visit date and time but after next day he did not attend even he did not conform me to attend or not. Same day 5PM again i received a another SMS with technician number .. he also did not call me or conformed me when he will come. i have call the technician and fixed the time for service but he did not came on that day. If you provide this kind of waste service i suggest you stop selling the product. We have lots of good company who provide the good service support along with good product.

Carrier Ac purchase only 25 day but Ac cooling not working properly. In 10 day we have already complained but not satisfied in carrier service Ac cooling not working.

I purchased A/C Carrier Inverter Split, 1.5 ton, 18K Emperia LXI 3 Star, Remote from Rathna Cools Private limited, Chennai on 24.05.2023. The Company assured to arrange installation of A/C within 2 days . Till date the new A/C has not been installed. There is no response from Carrier Service. I regret having purchased a Carrier A/C. Rathna Fan House, Chennai misleads customers through flashy advertisements as if they're prompt in Sales and arrangement of installation of the A/Cs . The Ratna Fan House delivers the products at their sweet will and time. I am much aggrieved over the non- installation of the A/ C by the Carrier Service. I am to take legal action against the said Ratna Fan House and the Carrier. I am an advocate practicing in the High Court of Madras.
