the product is have received is defective
1. the mobile phone's charging point is larger than the charger provided so it is not charging
2. one led bulb out of 10 is defective ithe is not working

Recently i have first time place an order for 3 shirts+1trouser+1 belt+1watch by order no : 1019251469 on 25-12-17 . I have received my order on 29-12-17 but there watch was not there , so i complained immediately via complain no : HS2017122900820 against order no : 1019251469 dated 29-12-17. They told me you will received product with in 5 days but till today not received.No feedback from this company what they are doing ? Better to go to consumer court with such company.

I had ordered LG microwave from homeshop and received the item on 8th feb 2018 but after openeing the courier it was found that microwave receives is in breaked condition i had sent pics to customer care on veey next day and marked mail to for refund but reply i got from there is very disappointing as they told me that u had raised your request after 48 hours of delivery they told me that u had received the product on feb3 ..but in reality i had received the product on 8th feb and complaint was lodged on 09 feb 2018. I asked them to check their courier delivery acknowledgement...but i hadn't received any response from their end.

It is to inform you that I have ordered 30 Pc Living Room Decor set by Home Couture-Blue vide order No.1020509123. But, unfortunately I have received only 18 Pc instead of 30Pc. I have registered my complain vide No. HS2018022201376. Accordingly, the product has been returned to you on 25th Feb, 2018. I have also furnished my bank details to your company for return of my money paid for the product.

But, unfortunately till date after lapses of 18 days. I have not received any massage regarding return of my money. Can I get the money or the company will cheat me?

I'm just disappointed... mene puri Enquiry karne ke bad hi order book kiya fir bhi apne worst product bheja
local product bhi ache hote he.

I recieved a complete damaged product with some product missing the photo which I saw while buying the product was not similar to the product I got... My order ID is 1021 764193.

From last 5 month regularly complaining that product is not working but till date it has not been replaced. Brand number in being provided (9958408275) but incoming call this number is not available message comes. Complain are being closed without any resolution.

Hello sir/madam,

This is my first experience with you, but unfortunately its so unsatisfied service by you. We got short of stock will full bill and you take full amount.

I had ordered on dated 03-08-18, order id is 1024865967 for Rs 999. We received only 4 top instead of 5 top. My order title is pack of 5 top by Femiro. we not received Navy Blue Color Top.

So what do you in this matter. You send me one top or appropriate amount 199.8 is refund in my account.

I received very bad totally different product. I returned it and then again it come with most bad. The channel has poor product and service is truly very worse. Never buy from this. Shopcj is far better than this.

Received different set of kurtas from you than the one which was ordered by me. Order No 1025833395 order dated 09/09/2018. I ordered for code No 34776731 but didn't receive it, not even one kurta is matching. I only want code No 34776731.

I have ordered for Wonderchef 19 Litre OTG on 6th October, 2018 and paid the amount of Rs.2699/- through credit card on 7th October. I was told that the OTG will be delivered by 11th October and it was not received by that date. On enquiring your office, they postponed the date to 18th and then 22nd and lastly 26th October, 2018.

I don't understand the delay in delivering the OTG and no reason, whatsoever, is given. I have registered a complaint No. HS 2018101800421 on 18.10.2018 with customer care, but no reply has since been received. I understand that this act is a nonsense and negligence on the part of your company thereby embarrassing the customer. I think, with this attitude of your company, I am reluctant to buy any product from you in future.

It is requested that the necessary steps may kindly be taken to deliver the product at the earliest.

I am Digambar Kadam From Nashik informed you that I had booked 6 double bed sheet & 6 PC bedroom Solution by Royal living order on dt 9/4/2019 at 6.25 p.m.as per Order No 1030678123.There was your 11 anniversary so you have launched various lucky draws i.e 500 points,3 micro oven per Hours & 10 scooty. Regarding this offer my name & order no was announced for micro oven as a lucky draw Winner.But I was sent massage from your office no order has been placed in last 30 days from my number & Home Shop 18 does not conduct any lucky draw/lottery .Without any inquiry how this wrong massage sent to me?Please inquire about this issues & informed me as early as possible & don't send wrong massage to customer, because there may be bad effect.
